A front door replacement was needed with the complete frame rebuild being required for the new door and frame to fit, and as silly as it sounds, we opened and closed the door about 20 times after they left just grinning to each other. We discovered a leak in our roof and Ivan and his team were able to come out the next day to assess and locate the cause of the leak. They tarped the area to avoid additional water damage and then repaired the roof as soon as the rain cleared. They also removed a ton of debris from our roof which was very much needed! Highly recommend if you need anyone in the West Linn area.

Working with NW Exteriors to replace our roof was a great experience. Removing our previous roof revealed some unexpected repairs, which did not affect the length of the project. While this resulted in a higher cost than anticipated the NW Exteriors team communicated the nature of the problem and the proposed solution and in a really clear way. Our roof was leaking into our garage and I decided to call NW Home Exteriors as they already had great reviews. I called late on a Friday and was greeted by a very kind individual that stated she would pass my information on to an advisor and they would get back to me shortly. About an hour to 2 hours later Ivan (an advisor) was at my house assessing the situation. We discussed timing to get it fixed (as it was pouring and he could see the water coming through the garage) and Ivan stated they would be at the house on Saturday morning to fix the issue. Next day, Saturday, they were at the house in the morning and fixed the issue. This is by far the best service I have EVER received from any construction company and I highly recommend NW Home Exteriors. They are simply amazing!

The team at NW interiors did a fanstastic job on our roof. We needed additional work done and it did not affect the length of the job. The team also helped with some needed repairs and rebuilt the chimeney flashing at no extra cost. We had significant issues with how the water flowed that overwhelmed the gutters causing flooding. They installed the roof to handle the large amount of water and it is drastically better. The team was professional and cleaned up every piece of debris. We hired NW Home Exteriors to install gutter guards on our house and could not be more pleased. Ivan came out for a consultation, we discussed our options, an estimate and he got us on the schedule. We had one postponement because of weather but then we rescheduled and Ivan and his team showed up on time and did an amazing job. In addition to the gutter guards that they installed, they replaced a gutter and downspout that were damaged by a branch and matched it to our existing. They did such a great job on the gutters and our metal roof we had them power wash the whole house and driveway. They made our place look amazing. We hired NW Home Exteriors after a previous company did some repairs and then we had a significant leak. NW Home Exteriors did a minor repair initially as they were too booked to do the complete roof replacement right away. Ivan was very friendly and returned to our home a second time as we had further questions. Once we decided to hire them, he told me Jarred would be our contact for next phase. I knew that it would be several weeks, as they were booked out. Jarred is very nice as well. Consistent communication could have been a bit better. Once you reach them they are kind and helpful. They also did bump us up a bit in the schedule because I contacted them to say that we were hearing another drip from the poor workmanship from previous company we had hired.Also the installation crew did a great job of cleaning up each evening. It took about a week, due to weather constraints.

Ivan and his team did a great job on our roof this last summer. We had a really weird deck cover with beams that were splitting and it was creating leaks during heavy rains. His team replaced a few of the splitting and rotting beams and re-roofed the entire house. Ivan was very concerned about attic airflow and installed an innovative system that allows air to circulate using a roof cap that blends into the roof line. Now all of those ugly vent caps are gone and the house has a streamlined modern look.After all of his work, the roof has performed well during the heavy rains and snow that we experienced this last winter. I would highly recommend Ivan and his team to anyone who wants quality work on their home.Edit on 4/17/2019:Our roof still looks great! Their was a shortage of delivery drivers due to the virus and the shingles delivery date was pushed back another day. The crew decided to go get some of it themselves so they could get started. We first contacted NW Home Exteriors last fall - our neighbor had his roof replaced by these folks, and recommened them. After getting several other quotes, we decided to hire this company, and asked them to wait until spring (dry weather) to install the roof. Jared was very accomodating, maintained contact with us over the winter, and scheduled as soon as we could reasonably expect a week of mostly dry weather.The work proceeded according to schedule, the yard totally cleaned up every night, and the roof looks great.I recommend this company without reservation.

We had a roof leak in our attic a couple of years ago. It turned out to be from a nail hole that was not sealed when we had some other work done on our house but it led us to get a few contractors in to take a look at our roof. We were given an estimate of 2-3 year life on our roof that was installed when the house was built in 2002. We began saving for a new roof and this early spring we solicited bids from four different vendors. One never called us back, another was quite a bit more in the bid than the other two. It was a very close bidding process between the two other vendors. We weighed the merits of both and ended up deciding to go with NW Home Exteriors. We are very glad we did. We worked with Jared who is one of the co-owners of the business. He was available before, during and after the decision process. He gave us more information as we sought it out. The bidding process was very clear and felt we were able to make an informed decision about the quality of the roof we were purchasing while also having it fit within out budget. Where possible, we try to always save up for major purchases and unexpected house repairs. In addition to a good quality roof with a good installation, we were looking to improve the ventilation to the roof to help with overall roof life and also decrease the heat build up in the attic in the summer.When it came time to install the roof, Jared was very particular about showing up on time, he informed all of the neighbors of the work being done and made himself known in case the neighbors were being inconvenienced by any of the work being done. His work crew worked extremely efficiently and they were always very careful to keep the roof from being overexposed to rain. We had several days where they could not work on the roof due to threat of rain or actual rain and we appreciated the fact that they did not put anyone’s health at risk to work on a slippery roof or risk getting a rain storm causing damage to the house. The overall installation took longer due to their being careful in this manner. They cleaned up the work site every night and picked up nails and staples to avoid flat tires. They did this around the entire property.While the weather has been a little more mild since the roof has been completed, I do think the overall ‘feel’ of the house is tending to be more comfortable, our allergies are a bit better with less mold in the attic for sure. While only time will tell how the roof works out, the fact we have a roof install that incorporated the latest in roofing technology (Tiger Paw underlayment, Cobra and Snow country ventilation system), we are comfortable knowing that the job was done right the first time. We have recommended NW Home Exteriors to several of our friends and neighbors. One is getting a new roof from them later this summer, two more are looking at timing for roof replacement.Our neighbor friend who watched the install and reported on the progress shared something with me that I was not aware of and that the best time to install a roof is prior to it failing. The last two-three years before the roof fails is when the damage to the structural integrity of the sheeting occurs. We are certainly glad we did not wait any longer as we would have only had more damage to our property. I would strongly recommend NW Home Exteriors and in particular, Jared to anyone who is looking at putting a roof on their home in the next few years. I think it is wise to get a bid and save up for the installation if at all possible.

Im very happy with the result and would recommend them.The estimate was easily arranged -- I called the office and then got a call back to schedule it. Ivan arrived on time and was very thorough explaining the process and patiently answered any questions I had. I felt like he clearly outlined the different options available for underlayment, venting, and shingle without trying a hard up-sell on the premium choices. He seemed to understand people have varying budgets and may need to choose a few trade-offs to hit it.After accepting the bid, the crew manager called to schedule the work. There were a few problems getting the exact date nailed down. I was given a target date with a promised call back when it got closer to confirm. I didnt hear anything at that time, and had to place a few calls to the office and send some email to find out what was going on. I knocked off a star for this reason. Eventually I got the direct line to the crew manager and things got ironed out from there.Once the work started, the crew was very respectful and diligent. They attempted to minimize inconvenience caused by the extra trailers and vehicles and made sure we didnt get stuck in our garage needing to go to work, for example. I was given regular schedule updates with estimated completion date, and checked on to see if I had any questions or issues needing to be addressed about the work. They cleaned up at the close of each day and laid down tarps to protect the surrounding garden and plants, and catch any debris.When the job was finished, I got a walk-through with the crew manager and then another walk-through later on with Ivan (who provided the original estimate). In both cases they made sure I was happy with the work and addressed any concerns.NW Home Exteriors is GAF certified and because of that their installation comes with a 50-year warranty from GAF. This is a nice sense of security after the job is done.

I called NW Home Exteriors about repairing a small leak we discovered while cleaning the moss off the roof. Ivan responded to my call right away and came out to inspect and provide a quote in less than hour. He provided photos of other areas on the roof that were leaking and needed to be resealed. He was helpful in explaining all the areas of concern. The price was extremely fair and I especially appreciated that he was able to get his crew out to repair things the very next day considering it was pouring rain out! The roof is old and will need to be replaced in a year or so but Ivan and crew were able to patch things up so that I can have some time save up the money... when I do, Ill definitely be using them again!

Ivan and the crew at NW Home Exteriors did a great job on re-roofing our detached garage and barn. Cost was very reasonable, and the roof looks great. It took a few weeks to get roofing material in, but Ivan kept us posted and once it was ready they completed the job quickly. We had some rot in the roof sheathing that needed replacing, which they took care of. There was some additional cost for the new sheathing plywood since it wasnt included in our original contract. They finished the install and left the site cleaner than it was when they started. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again, very happy with the work. Thanks guys!

Jared Mora and his team at NE Home Exteriors were wonderful to work with. Jared always promptly responded to all texts and calls. Jared walked through the whole process with us start to finish. He showed us many options for color tiles. We went with pewter grey. Throughout the whole process Jared checked in daily and made sure that if we had any questions they were answered.The team are some of the sweetest, nicest, hard working men out there. They made sure every day before leaving that my yard was picked up. They also went out of their way to remove an old satellite dish (at the request of my husband). it had come with the house when we purchased it. They also reattached part of our gutter that was coming lose. Along with several other things .I would hands down recommend Jared and his team to any homeowners looking for very adorable prices, a job exceptionally well done.

During the wind and rain storm on 12/11/21 a tree limb came down and damaged one of our skylights in the kitchen. Water immediately began to drip from all corners of the skylight. I called NW Home Exteriors and was connected to Ivan. He promptly and efficiently obtained my information and dispatched a technician. Within two hours of damage the tech had placed a temporary cover over the skylight and stopped any further water damage.The tech diagnosed the problem as flashing damage and said they would order new flashing and would repair it as soon as possible, weather permitting.Today ,12/15/21, the tech is on the roof installing the new flashing and surrounding shingles.I would recommend NW Home Exteriors to anyone based on our experience.
