    I call yesterday about our water heater that was past its warranty that was leaking and Mike and Chris where here the next day in the time frame they said they would be here.     These guys saved my day and did an outstanding job! I must commend them for being available before 9am CT, making it to my house within 20 minutes, being courteous and providing their service at an affordable price.We needed to change the valve for our toilet but were unable to do so due to our main valve being ceased and not having a key, and the city valve was buried by a tree root that grew over the valve itself.MPT was patient with the entire process! They left to allow public works to do their part and then they returned later to complete their job by replacing the main shut off valve for our house and fixing our toilet leak by replacing the water valve for our toilet.A bunch of valves that needed changing simply because of age, some natural instances and basic wear and tear.Thanks to MPT, I am now able to save on my water bill and use the toilet. :)

    Found MPT plumbing from a Facebook recommendation that several people posted when someone was looking for plumbing services. Messaged and set up appt online, arrived on time and sent a pic of who was coming. Listened to my concerns and checked out sump pump.. no high pressure and fair pricing. Small business is my preference and was glad to work with MPT. Once sub pump is installed Ill update on how the overall work was as well. Update: sump pump was installed on time and day as promised. Whole process was way faster and then he showed me the worked and explained everything. Highly recommend. Found them from recommendations on FB groups and glad I did.

    Mike showed up right on-time. Was very nice and easy to talk to and got our severely clogged up kitchen sink unclogged quickly.     Normally I dont do reviews, but today I will.I found a new plumber.Our garbage disposal broke last night after normal business hours. I was expecting an answering machine when i called but spoke with Michael and explained the situation.He came over the next day as promised. He is polite, professional and pays attention to every detail. Not only did he check for leaks after installing a new garbage disposal, but he made sure the garbage disposal worked.     Michael and Chris were absolutely spectacular. They arrived on time and immediately put booties on before entering the house (I didnt even ask them to!). The reason for the service call was to fix my shower, and the more they dug into it the more they realized there were additional issues. All in all, they ended up making multiple trips to pick up additional parts needed and the job took much longer than Im sure they were anticipating.They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and very patient with all of my questions.     Great service! They came the same day within a short amount of time. We actually had two separate issues within a few days, and they responded very quickly both times.     My hot water heater had started to leak and needed replacing. I called MPT and they had an available spot the next service day. They sent me reminders and gave a notice when they were on the way. Both technicians were friendly and explained everything to me before they started the work and made me aware of any surprises that might happen.     Im very satisfied with the quality of MPTs work. They did most of the work, to install a new dishwasher, and left me with all new plumbing under the sink where they replaced old valves and added convenient connections to the dishwasher and espresso machine. Only the final electrical connection, leveling, and floor trim were left to do.

    I am very impressed with MPT Plumbing. I requested an appointment when my water heater started leaking and Michael was there same day to give me an estimate. His crew was able to come within the hour to install the new unit. I liked how Michael gave me his card the minute he walked in my door and gave me the names of his team that would be working on my install. They arrived and immediately introduced themselves. I really liked that because it was a great way for me to verify that they were indeed his team that were coming to my house.     MPT is like a model of what trades people should be like in the future. They took my information. I was notified by email when they would be coming out. That day or day before I canā€™t remember I was emailed about the appointment along with the name and picture of the person doing the work. I received an email when they were on their way. They used newer technology for the work that they needed to do. They were quick and efficient. Next time I need a plumber I am definitely calling them again.

    Mike and Chris were rockstars today. We recently purchased a home and it was sitting vacant for several months which clogged the kitchen drain to the point it was backing up a week after we moved in (inspection ran the water and dishwater but did not show any issues). Mike rodded several times and it wasnt working. He called some partners of his and they came and after about 4 hours everything was resolved. Mike never gave up and was explaining everything along the way and giving pros/cons of what they were trying to do it. 10 stars for these guys!!!

    Easily the best experience Iā€™ve ever had with a plumber who cleaned (roto-rooted) the mainline from my house to the sewer.I had this sense right from the beginning that he saw me as someone who needed help. I felt like he actually cared about getting my drain back in working order. I never felt like I was just a handful of money to himIā€™ve worked with a number of plumbers to get the line cleared. Once they thought they were done, theyā€™d have me flush a toilet or run the tub to see if they opened the line. After one test they were gone as fast as possible.Michael was different. He told me to turn on all the faucets in the house. He said he wanted me to try to ā€œflood the systemā€ in order to make sure the drain was open. We did that for 5 minutes. No back up.I asked why he had me do that. No other plumber tested his work that way. He said he wanted to make sure the line was open. If he wasnā€™t, heā€™d do another pass with his cutting tool.I may not have conveyed very well how nice this experience was. It was terrific. Weā€™ll be working with him twice a year to keep our mainline open. We need to because the trees in our yard will forever send their thirsty/hungry roots up our mainline.Thank you, Michael!! See you again in March, 2023.

    Weve worked with MPT Plumbing three separate times and each time they have been extremely professional and honest. The most recent time was today (2/14/2022) when we requested a second opinion on a water heater issue. One of the big companies (that we used for servicing our furnace and AC) had been out to flush our 1 year old water heater and had us absolutely terrified that it was not installed properly and was venting carbon monoxide into our home. I called MPT Plumbing for a second opinion. Michael, the owner, came out and reassured us that everything was installed correctly. He could have sold us a new water heater on the spot - the other company had us THAT worried. But Michael was adamant that everything was good, that it would be cleared by an inspector, that there was nothing to worry about. Very grateful for his honesty!

    Mike and Anthony did a great job. I had an emergency with a pipe leaking in my basement. The main shutoff in the house was broken and wouldnt shut off. Mike was at my house within 45 minutes and had the city shut off the main supply from the street to fix the problem. I feel that the price he charged was reasonable and the quality of work and professionalism was very good. His quick response helped minimize the damage to the drywall in my basement.I called 3 other plumbers first and none of them answered the phone. I left voicemails with all 3 and only one eventually called me back. MPT answered the phone immediately. Also, I really liked the use of technology in their business. They make good use of text messages and e-mails to schedule appointments. This made it very easy to get the appointment scheduled quickly and to get them the details of the problem for the appointment.

They were willing to squeeze us in that same day to put in a new one with a back up. Plus they put in a new garbage disposal at the same time.     Although when I first called they said they couldnt get me in schedule until next day, when I told them how bad it was leaking, they said they would try to get me in if they had cancellation or could make time.     Truly a one of a kind company. Fast prompt and all fixed in less then 40 minutes and it was a pipe with a nail in it from the previous owners when they remodeled the lower bathroom. The Tech took his time and found where the pipe would be and with only one cut (which I can reuse the dry wallšŸ˜) he found it. Which is insane due to the amount of pipes that go up from that wall.     MPT came out and fixed all of my plumbing issues. I had low water pressure when using a sink and shower at the same time - turns out it was my water softer, which they replaced and fixed the pipes that were not properly installed by the builders. I also had issues with my outside spigots which they replaced - they did it right and added a shutoff valve on the interior of my house so I could turn the water supply off to the spigots in the winter to prevent the line from freezing. They also replaced my water line to my refrigerator. We are very happy with the work performed and price paid, would highly recommend MPT for your plumbing needs!

    Our original appointment was for 3 p.m., but they called at a little after noon and asked if they could come then. I really appreciated that, and it was fine for them to come. They came and found no issues with leaks, according to the water meter, but did replace the flap in the toilet tank. About an hour later I was not able to flush the toilet and called back. Mike came out and fixed something else in the tank. Since then the toilet has been flushing all right, but it has been noisier than before. I will see how it goes and whether or not they need to return.

Evaluated the issue gave me a price of 975 after talking he said 925. The quotes and estimates i had were closer to 800. Thought price was high but i love the work they do courteous, efficent, clean , friendly, knowledgeable. I appreciate the work they compleated. The pump with a retail cost of 170 was resonable i just felt 925 was high for 2 associate an hour and a half work. On a very tight budget. Overall i really appreciate the company and work Ā°Ā°

    MPT took care of my hot water heater asap...no hot water even in the warm weather.....not good.They came in the morning were done in less than 2 hours...boom hot water. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends

    Prompt service. I had a water leak coming from the second floor shower into our first floor mud room. Michael diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me where the leak originated from. Unfortunately the repair first requires removal of the shower basin which involves removal of tile and part of the shower frame before he can repair the leak. May be time for a remodel.

    The lead technician, Michael, and his assistant, Chris, were the epitome of professionalism. Rather than tearing apart the pipes or recommending expensive work, they offered some simple remedies to avoid future clogs. They were prompt (arrived earlier than scheduled, but called first to make sure it was OK) and a pleasure to work with.
