    Today Roger came out and fixed a leak that has been an issue for us for some time. He explained everything so well and honestly have the best prices I have seen for plumbing so far. Not only did he do amazing work he was great and easy to work with. You can tell Tom’s plumbing take pride in there customers. Great customer service, great work done. Will only use them for further services.

    We had a full toilet replacement. Roger did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be done. The prices for the replacement were competitive and very reasonable. We are extremely happy with the service.

    I had a leak in a galvanized pipe in the basement that was hard to get at as it was stuck between the heating venting and ceiling and was hard to visualize and get at. I needed the work done fast to prevent further issues so I called 1-Tom Plumber and got the job done at an affordable price. They were on time and the expected work window of time beforehand was almost exactly the time it took to get the job done. I would definitely use them again and I will encourage my friends who need plumbing to do so also. BTW, I asked a local community Facebook group what plumbing company they recommended and the majority recommended 1-Tom-Plumber. I am a very satisfied customer!

    John and Andrew were fantastic! They arrived quickly to help with a leak under my kitchen sink. They communicated clearly and fixed the problem promptly. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and 1-Tom-Plumber!

    Loui and David went above and beyond to help my wife and I in a pinch! They solved a plumbed a sink that had been previously plumbed incorrectly while preserving nearby walls, cabinets, and counters - a fear other plumbers told me they couldn’t achieve. They did it promptly, courteously, and effectively. And they even fixed a leaking connection elsewhere on the property that was driving me mad! Outstanding work!

    Fantastic service! Cade came by and inspected the issues I had (or thought I had) at my new house. He explained the services that were actually required very clearly, which end up being a lot less than I had originally thought, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The work he did was excellent and all the draining issues I had were solved and now I have peace of mind at the new house. Highly recommend!

    I was referred to 1 Tom Plumber for a kitchen sink clog. I called and asked for a plumber to come out the next day. Henry was at my house bright and early.     Raudel & Roger were very courteous & professional when they came to do work on our drain & overflow in our condo. They informed us every step of the way, even went so far as to take pics in advance of the job. Bonus, they speak Spanish & were able to communicate & coordinate appointments with my downstairs neighbor whose ceiling they had to work through.They emailed video, pics & paperwork.
