    We have used Friendly Plumbing for several jobs in years past. This time we had an unexpected water tank ventilation problem arise and Michael and Eugenia helped explain system mechanics. They were patient and understanding with our concerns. Michael came to the house twice and was able to figure out a cause and solution. Thank you for your efforts and expertise.

    Several years ago, we had an issue and called Friendly Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend. Our first impression was that this was a company who really focused on customer service, quality of work and at the same time offering a very competitive price. As a customer it is a good feeling knowing you can trust a company who will always do exceptional work. We have had them out for multiple issues, and they always come through for us.Everyone I have talked to over the years are extremely polite and professional. If I had to give two shout outs it would be Michaeal the owner and Brandon. Every time I have the luxury of talking with them is a pleasure. Two great people for a great company. For anyone who has plumbing needs this is the company you should reach out to. You will not be disappointed.

    We were in need of a water heater and these guys had the best quote. Super reasonable and fast! Kyle did the job efficiently and was friendly and knowledgeable. Eugenia was also a pleasure to talk to and kept us updated. We will definitely keep their number on hand for the future! Thank you for your professionalism! I highly recommend!

    I had a sewage ejector pump replaced in the basement today. Eugenia setup the appointment 2 days ago. Brandon, the plumber showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was very courteous, professional and did a clean neat job overall. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided at a very reasonable price. And I highly recommend Friendly Plumbing for similar home projects.

    Giving a shout out to Friendly Plumbing. Disclosed a hot water side pipe leaking at water heater later in the day on a Saturday. Friendly couldnt make it out that evening but Mike came out on a Sunday morning and completed the repairs in less than 2 hours. Costs were very reasonable and Mike was very professional and customer service oriented. Would highly recommend Friendly Plumbing.

    Recommendation for Algonquins Friendly Plumbing. This company is a throwback to when quality craftsmanship and customer service were valued.I became aware of Friendly Plumbing through recommendations and have used them for a few repairs previously. I had them out again this past week for a repair and as usual their work and professionalism were top notch. Additionally their customer service is outstanding. Which, in my opinion, is unfortunately rare these days. And their price cannot be beat. Huge shout out to our local Friendly Plumbing. Five stars in all categories.

    Highly, highly recommend Friendly Plumbing. They helped me out of a tough situation where a contractor installed a new water heater incorrectly, creating a really dangerous predicament. Friendly was extremely responsive and communicative, got to the job quickly. The work was professional, clean, and efficient. Kyle and Michael were both, well, friendly, and know their craft well. Pricing was fair as well. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone.

    Friendly Plumbing was mentioned on my neighborhoods recommended vendors list, so I decided to give them a try when my ejector pit pump failed. So glad I did - these folks are total professionals, and the pricing was certainly fair for the work I had done. Wont hesitate to use them again.

    Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. A service call was scheduled, and even though the removal and installation presented some difficult challenges, everything was done professionally and completely to our hopeful expectations. We’ve had Kyle out for a few things over the past year and couldnt recommend him or Friendly Plumbing any higher!

    True to their name, all of the staff are FRIENDLY! They answered the phone immediately and dispatched one of their plumbers in a few hours. Brandon is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. I will recommend them to anyone! God bless!

    Great service from a very professional and friendly plumber. Michael not only did the job we asked him to do, but spent time taking care of other small plumbing issues we were having.A few years ago, Michael replaced our hot water heater. He did such an excellent job, we were glad to be able to use his services again.His prices were fair and he did great work. I would be happy to recommend his services to anyone in the area.

    Weve used Friendly Plumbing a few times now. They replaced our water heater and put in a water softner for us. Then they just came out on the weekend to fix our main that was clogged and causing a large leak. They were able to come out and take care of it right away. They are professional, friendly and great to work with. Id recommend them to anyone.

    Ive used Friendly Plumbing a few times now and I have not been disappointed with their services. They changed the flushmate system in my sons bathroom. Just recently they had also come to replace the shutter valve, and extend the line for the fridge as there was none. They are professional, courteous and have always done a great job. I would highly recommend.

    We had an issue in which husband was unable to fix issue on Saturday. Water was off and it turned back on would be a flood. They came out within an hour and fixed it in an hour. They were professional and we have water again! We highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

    Friendly Plumbing has never let me down. They have gone above and beyond several times.My (live-in, disabled) mother was recovering from surgery; and I was back at work, trying to catch up.Her bathroom faucet started leaking, so her caregiver called me. Friendly Plumbing came over, assessed the situation, and went to the store to get her another faucet. There would have been no way I could have left work, or Moms caregiver to leave her to do it.Several months later, my ejector pump failed, partially flooding the basement. They arrived quickly and fixed it.They have done several things for me at this home, and my previous townhome. I will always trust and appreciate Friendly Plumbing.

    I am so happy with the work that Friendly Plumbing did on my leaky bathtub drain. Fast, efficient, and affordable. They are the best in my book. I have had a few others out here for other things but this company beat them all by a mile.

    Met the team at Friendly Plumbing the morning our basement flooded, less than a month into owning our home. They came out and pumped the water out, investigated the point of failure and found the short-term problem as well as the larger, root cause. They fixed both issues over the course of a few days and our house hasn’t had any major issues in the years since.Calling them for new fixtures or whatnot seems trivial after that experience, but we do it anyway because we trust them to care for our home.

Everything went smoothly, the problem was explained to me, and the service was done in a incredibly timely manner.     Michael is always willing to explain the issue and fix needed and why. Very professional and knowledgeable. Good prices. Due to volume your appt may be pushed out few hours due to other jobs for that day but always contact you and provide updates.
