    After a couple of bids and a little research on Google we decided to go with Van Rooy for a new water softener. I’m glad we did.     Brian installed a whole home water filtration system, consisting of three different parts into a very small and difficult to work in area. He used quite a bit of imagination to achieve the necessary connections according to the instructions the manufacture provided. It was certainly not an easy job, but the system is working perfectly. He made sure that there were no leaks, of course. And on the Friday before memorial day he helped me re-connectmy under sink icemaker also. Fantastic!

    Finally got it right, and it is perfect. Great service from the staff if you are making an appointment, and great staff from the plumber that arrived. Hes a car guy and so am I. Highly recommend just get it all done the right way and the first time they come out. That is your responsibility. Better to wrap it up in one trip then have to call back to get things corrected.

    Kevin arrived to service our aging and leaking soft water unit in a very timely manner. He was honest about the length of time to take the unit apart vs. getting a new unit. We opted for replacing our current one. He immediately called his office and insisted he complete our request before moving on to the next call.     A HUGE shout out to Van Rooy Plumbing! Our neighbor, 89yrs old, drove in from Colorado to view repairs to her late brother’s home in preparation for sale. Whomever did repairs when they took out the swamp cooler failed to finish the work. She arrived late yesterday afternoon (Labor Day weekend) and when she turned on the water, water was shooting 3 feet high from the top of her roof. Long story short, the water department had to come out and turn off her water. She came over to our home and introduced herself and asked if we could help her find a plumber. We called a couple and Evan (AWESOME dude) called her first back. He arranged to call her when he was done with his other 4 overtime calls. He arrived and fixed the issue. He wanted to bill the company that did the work for her and when she didn’t know who it was he refused payment and said “I will eat the cost of the parts.” Van Rooy Plumbing you have earned 100% of my business moving forward because of how Evan treated my neighbor and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work.

    Van Rooy Plumbing has to be the best plumbing company in Lake Havasu. From Lauren who is on the front lines answering the phones and coordinating the work, to good people like Kevin and Don who are working in the trenches turning wrenches and reassuring the owners that they will not leave till the work is done. This company made me feel like I was directly working with the owners. Every employee I had interactions with, knew what they were saying, knew what they were doing and knew that their hard work was part of an equation that added up to a winning team.     Excellent plumbing company that was able to provide the service I needed when others couldnt. The service I needed was a bit unique as it was for a remote water reading system install in a commercial property. I tried a number of plumbers which declined or did not respond to my request in Havasu and even sent the system to one who agreed to the job and then couldnt do it. I was able to contact Jake while I was in Lake Havasu City and he met me promptly at the property and went over everything. He was able to work with me on a change out of a different meter I needed and they did the job quickly and coordinated with our tenants for the install. I would definitely recommend Van Rooy for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them if you are an out of state landlord. Thanks Jake.
