First person came to do the inspection (Water heater leaking) to see what needed to be done who was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. They called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving and I received a text with a photo of the person so you knew who to expect to show up I was then contacted by the office to schedule the water heater replacement install. Same thing, day of the install I received a call from the tech letting me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and quick with the install. Highly satisfied with this company.

We put a work order in the late afternoon and they had someone out the very next day. Our plumber Brent did an awesome job and switched out our kitchen faucet in no time. Definitely recommend.

Called several plumbing companys due to a leak between meter and house - most said wait until next Monday! Not Pruitts - Misty called and found a tech - no other plumbing company would help. Alan arrived and was GREAT. Worked hand and fixed the problem at a fair price, same day. I would recommend Alan and Pruitt’s in a heart beat for any future issues. They are the BEST!

Highly recommend Pruitt’s plumbing and their technician Brent. He showed up after a very long day-had a great attitude, explained everything to us, fixed our leak and even gave us some great advice on soft water when he saw our other system. We will only ask for him if we ever have any issues! Highly recommend and very thankful he was able to get us water again this Friday evening.

Brent had came by my home to replace and install a new water heater and let me say I couldn’t be any happier! From customer service, to the quality of work and how much pride he & his company takes is truly amazing to see these days. Water heater went out, we called our insurance company and they assigned Pruitts to us. They were out to us right away, Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to wait 4 days to get a new water heater because of the home owners policy but the moment it was in they called, said it would be between 10 and 2, they showed up at 9:30! James was great, got it all installed and we are back to hot water! Very good job, I am very happy with them!

This was the second time our home maintenance company called them. First was toilet repair over the weekend and they called to ensure it wasn’t an emergency. Today they responded 1 day after call for a clogged drain and garbage disposal. Very reliable and professional, above and beyond normal.

Our water heater was leaking so we filed a claim with our home warranty company. Within an hour someone from Pruitts got ahold of us. She let us know that someone would be here to checkout our problem the same day. James our tec called us about 15 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He showed up when he said he would and was super friendly. He fixed our problem and restored out hot water. Great experince!!

I had work done through a home warranty and Pruitt’s was easy to work with and an overall pleasant experience. Spoke with Misty for scheduling and had service completed by Kyle and Brent.
