I had multiple plumbing issues I discovered when I purchase a new refrigerator but they couldn’t hook it up. I frantically contacted several plumbing companies. I decided to hire Olson Superior Plumbing Company, and what a blessed decision it has been! From replacing all the angle stop shutoff valves and the water pressure regulator to installing a new toilet, the service has been exceptional. The professionalism and care displayed by their leadership, frontline plumbers, and wonderfully informative front office staff have truly impressed me.Reyes Martinez, one of the managers at the company who provided me with much more reasonable estimate compared to other companies, has been instrumental in supervising the project. He has provided not only excellent oversight but also been incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive during what could’ve been an extremely stressful process. We were at the end of our rope. Having been dealing with a leaking water heater for 10 days, then with a water header that didnt heat water for 6 days, then with absolutely no water for 3 days. I was pulling my hair dealing with the home warranty people the entire time. THEN, having to deal with their assigned contractor for just as many days. Every time my failing water heater entered a new failure phase, I communicated my problem to the assigned contractor. To absolutely now avail. They didnt contact me back or even acknowledge my calls. Truly a nightmare. At the end we had to check into a hotel to manage our situation. The warranty company was no help. Once I got the quote from the contractor, I was blown away. What dung! I said no more. You people are worthless and dont care. THAT is when I reached out to Olson Superior Plumbing (OSP) for help. I wish I had done this from the start. OSP took my call on Monday around 10:00am. They had a tech out to my house on the SAME DAY. Not only that but the tech that came to my house, Richie, was top notch. His work ethic was unquestionable, and he had some work to do. I was amazed. Awesome worker and awesome company. Be sure to call Olson Superior Plumbing first. They also respect Veterans. This is a great differentiator in my book. Hope this review helps you decide to go with Olson.

This was our second time using them. The first was for a drain clean out issue. We had to call Olson Plumbing this time bc we noticed water damage in our kitchen. We have had the best experience with them, despite the fact that we couldn’t locate the leak at first. That wasn’t their fault. It took some time bc we ended up having asbestos bc our home was built in 1966. They referred us to Cory with Emergency Home Solutions. We had JJ&S come for the asbestos removal. Olson just came back out now that we expose the area. They did as minimal damage as possible because we were paying out of pocket. The entire experience so far, minus the fact we have a leak, has been great. Everyone we encountered was professional, polite and definitely followed their ‘people before plumbing’ motto. We definitely will recommend.

He found that at the end of the extensive job in May, the team forgot to turn on the valves for Halo and so it was inoperative for the last five months..resulting in a huge amount of scale building up again on the natural stone tile in master bath, etc I had it professionally cleaned after your completion of job in May, only to have a huge build up again. Kurtis found the problem: Halo never turned on or working for last 5 months.

I started looking for a water heater in April as mine was 15 years old. I came across Olsen Superior Plumbing looked at reviews so I called them. I spoke with a couple people and we text about what I wanted they gave me pricing and availability right away. Things happened and forgot about it than Nov came and low and behold my water heater went out I called on a Sunday in a panick left a message they called right back but my husband reset it and it worked . Monday am I decided I didn’t want to deal with it anymore and called Olsen spoke with Joseph which was so nice! He spoke with me answered my questions no matter how stupid they may have been he had a smile on his face through the phone , I loved that ! He scheduled Phil to come out that day and bring the Bradford White model I wanted . Phil was so sweet so patient and kind very efficient knew Exactly what he was doing as there was corrosion on my pipe and I was so nervous about replacing my water heater but he assured me it was fine . He explained a lot to me and my husband and he did a great job!!!! I had to hug him when he left it was like we knew him all along lol . They even text me after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied . Very personal touch . They do all kinds of plumbing ect so if you are looking for a company that’s reliable fast that you dont have to second guess yourself if you hired the right people they are BY FAR the BEST ! I will be using them for everything I need in my house . Very professional highly skilled company.

Our latest need was for a new water heater. Olson sent over Logan for the installation. Logan did a great job of not only installing our new Bradford-White water heater but also taking care of a PVC routing issue and helping fix the platform that the heater needed to sit on. He is very thorough. Logan fixed one of our toilets on a previous visit. We are very happy with Olson.

I called Olson Plumbing for a quote and Olson gave me the lowest price. The other 2 plumbing services quoted us up to $900 more with bad attitude for free. Olson did better than give us a lower quote but introduced us to the idea of switching from a water heater tank to a tankless heating system. They went out of their way to learn more about our old, broken tank over the phone by asking to send them photos when the idea of the tankless system was being discussed. In other words, while the other 2 plumbers were finding ways to gouge the price for a water heater tank replacement, Ericson at Olson was analyzing our garage layout to determine how to install a tankless system thru the photos I sent him and once he to me had the parameters defined the quote was emailed & I approved. I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to Anthony who was the plumber who worked all day to get the new system installed but Ericson came by too, and checked at the progress and to help Anthony. Our thanks to Ericson who patiently took the time to look at the photos in order to figure out (ahead of time) how and where to install the new tankless system. Ericson was highly knowledgeable and clear when he explained the benefits of the tankless heating system including rebates and tax credits. They were both very professional and had very pleasant demeanor. I also want to thank Audrey who didnt give up on returning my phone calls. Olson will now be our familys go to plumbers! I found my plumber. In the last 3 months I’ve had 3 different plumbing companies trying to figure out why we kept losing hot water. Not only did the other companies not identify my issue which in result I missed the deadline to my home warranty to replace my water hater…..Zack showed up and he was able to identify the issue. Not only is he sweet and patient, but I was impressed with his knowledge and ease to explain it to us. Zack provide many options and was not there to make a sale.The installation portion went smooth. They did such an amazing job. They also relocated our water spigot that was inside our garage to the outside of the house. I am very happy we found this company. Goring forward this will be the company we use for all of our plumbing needs.

Olson was quick to schedule me in the day of my call. Aaron, the technician, uncovered the trouble 10 feet into the pipe ... thick grease sludge built over many years required a chain knocker device to penetrate through the blockage and clean the pipe. A camera scope ensured the block was clear beyond 30 feet. Drain works like new.

Lyle Reitan came out just hours after we called Olson and spent several hours on a leak between our upstairs master bath shower and downstairs bar. Lyle cut an area about 3 ft by 3 ft in the drywall ceiling and the water trapped in the ceiling was drained. After draining 1/2 bucket of water from the drywall ceiling above the bar Lyle proceeded for over 2 hours locating the leak. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate the source of the leak and there was no evidence of a leak in any of the inflow and outflow pipes. We agreed Olson would return to repair the leak if the problem reappears. The charge for Lyle’s service for spending over 3 hours was only $149. Lyle was professional and very thorough with his work.

The shower/tub spout would not shut off. We were having a party the next day. Contacted Olson Superior Plumbing. I was contacted soon after submitting a request for an estimate. I provided photos of the shower and the water valve cartridge and received a fair price estimate. We could have scheduled the repair for that same evening but we could not be home at the time Olson had a technician available. We scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon on the day of the party. Elliott arrived on time at 10 a.m. and was able to check the water pressure and change the water valve cartridge in about an hour. The water leak was fixed and the party proceeded smoothly. Elliott was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Later that day, Olson also followed up to make sure we had a good service experience. I highly recommend Olson.

I had an experience that is very frustrating and ended up leading to an unnecessary insurance claim. I would say to be careful. I don’t think what they did was intentional…caveat emptor nonethelessAbout a month ago I get a knock on my door from my downstairs neighbor. I was in the shower when they knocked and the are below was dry at that time. They explained that there had been a leak that caused warping in the ceiling. It was a 1x1 area over the shower nozzle cut out and that area had completely dried.I invited Olson plumbing up to do an inspection and their guy did his thing. He ran water through the sink and bathtub overflow for about an hour at which point they were stumped on the leak. I explained to them that my sink doesn’t drain and they didn’t look in to it. At that point everything was completely dry and the first plumber left. I invited him to come back for another inspection if he would like.An hour or two later the guy returned with a second plumber, but the second time he removed the bathtub overflow and showed me a piece of cracked seal. He then poured water through the overflow for another 10-15 minutes until he got a call from downstairs saying they found the leak.When our plumbers came the next day they explained that none of the water from upstairs had been draining and it likely backed all the way up to the bathtub. There was a leak underneath the downstairs sink/toilet which subsequently made my upstairs bathroom unable to drain. They also explained that about 5 gallons went through in a single day during the diagnosis and only about 1/4 a gallon could had gotten through cumulatively over a year period with the cap in place. When Olson took did the diagnosis they created a new leakA 1x1 area of damage turned in to a whole bathroom remodel downstairs as a result of taking off the bathtub overflow, removing a piece of the seal, and pouring water through the hole. My quote from Olson was $700 more than the property manager plumber and it would have left me with a sink and toilet that were still unable to drain

Logan was an outstanding plumber, did all the work we asked plus a free look through the house to review all the things that will likely break down in the near future - pretending these problems dont exist wont make them go away!When unexpected problems came up during the toilet reinstall he clearly stated the issue and what extra work would need to be done (our flange was destroyed by roots) and gave us a discount since he was already onsite.Very friendly with my small kids and dog. Very proficient at his job. Another great experience with Olson Superior Plumbing, will probably be using them again real soon for the upcoming problems in my aging condo.

Used this company for my personal property. They were amazing. Truly can’t say enough. Two other plumbers said I needed to tear apart my bathroom upstairs and cut into the subfloor to fix a leak. Bryan was able to fix the leak by going through the ceiling that was already open from the first floor. Have definitely found our plumbing company moving forward. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, caring and sincere from Emilee who took the initial call and listened to our needs. We had a kitchen sink drain clog on a Saturday and called a couple of other services. Calls went to voice mail. When we called Olson Superior, an actual person answered the phone and took our information. I explained that I hoped to be able to get the repair and still attend an out of town event. They assigned a technician and gave us a time estimate. It would have meant going late to the event. But I fully understood that they were pretty busy and I hoped for the best. One of their technicians, Reyes Martinez, was not the assigned technician, but was able to take the call early and came out and fixed our problem. He was professional, very tidy and cleaned up nicely after his task, and worked hard to get our problem fixed on time. He even offered advice how to avoid blockage in the future. I had never used Olson before, but they will be my go to company from now on. Thanks Reyes and Olson Superior.

They first came out for a slab leak and they were prompt and very reasonably priced. They are honest and professional and we are so grateful we called them. Theyve helped us with a repipe, fixing a leak, installing a new water heater, installing a halo system, and installing our dishwasher and reverse osmosis, drinking system under our sink. I found out on a Saturday evening that my water heater was leaking. I called Olsen plumbing around 8:00 am Monday morning. They were able to get Elliot out around 10:00 am and he was quickly able to diagnose that my water heater was 25 years old and I needed a new one. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!! I had my new water heater before 1:00 pm, installed and everything!! I’m very happy because cold showers are not my thing.

First of excellent customer service. They call you back, and take the time to listen to what your problem is to make sure they understand what they need to do before they arrive. Very professional and efficient company. Phil came out and I was immediately struck by how calm and patient he was and very knowledgeable. I could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about. I’ve been having problems with my shower handle for months and have had a couple of plumbers come out with no avail but Phil was finally able to resolve the issue for me and I was so relieved because they alternative would have been to put a hole in the wall.
