    Corey and Jayson were fantastic. We had an issue with the our gas fireplace, Corey and Jayson diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly after other plumbers had failed. They communicated well and thought out of the box to fix this issue. The price was very competitive. I would 10/10 recommend using their service in the future!

    We had a small pipe leak repaired and a new toilet installed. Skyler was very professional, accessed the work that needed to be done. He explained everything thoroughly, giving 2 options for the repair. He was on time, courteous and cleaned everything up before leaving. He did a great job.I recommend John Stevenson Plumbing and Air conditioning. I used this company to have my old air condition heater and duct work removed and install new units. The guys were very pleasant, clean & courteous.They did a wonderful job, did all the work in a couple days. Just in time to beat the heat.

    My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

    John Stevenson Plumbing & HVAC was the 5th contractor I hired to fix my A/C… From the very first phone call they made me feel at ease… The technician Aaron Marin was an absolute delight. He wouldn’t give up trying to fix it. He worked until dark and then came back the next morning… He was polite and very knowledgeable about the system. It ended up that a board had to be ordered. The office staff, especially Ms Cora, has worked tirelessly to find the part and get it ordered. I will definitely keep this phone number for any future needs.

    Our technician, Mr.Josh Wheeler is a terrific plumber, who is knowledgeable and skillful.. He came to service our hot water tank and to inspect our plumbings. He did a thorough inspection and then gave us suggestions. We ended up changing all 3 toilets in the house with water saving ones, and also changed 5 faucets. The job was completed in 3 days. On each day he’d let us know his arrival time and had been always on time.We are very satisfied with his work.Mr. Wheeler had a pleasant personality.     Complete Comfort helped us when we really needed it!!Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought!     My HVAC stopped cooling on Sunday afternoon and Complete Comfort was able to get one of their techs out the very next morning. His name was Eric and he was beyond knowledgeable and professional. We discovered my control board had gone bad. Because my system is fairly new, the parts were covered under warranty. He did all the legwork with the manufacturer, got the part, and installed it the next day on Tuesday. System is running great and I couldn’t be happier with Erik and his company. I’d seriously recommend using this company as they are hassle free, are priced well, and can knowledgeably tell you exactly why your system is performing the way it is and give you the proper recommendations without the aggressive sales pitch.

    Eric was very helpful and informative. He even swapped out our restrictive air filter for a freer flowing one to improve system performance. He performed a thorough evaluation of the system and talked through everything in detail. We are moving forward with AC duct replacement at a savings of over $3000 cheaper than the other quote we received. Will update once the install is complete, but so far Im very satisfied. Thank you!

    I found this company listed as local and servicing my area on the Better Business Bureau website with an A+ rating. Had three toilets replaced and my water heater replaced which was leaking and confirmed non-repairable. Skyler was the lead on the work which was done in one day, on a Tuesday after calling for arrive on Sunday with call back on the Monday am.Work done was beautiful and I could hear how experienced Skylar was with his conversations with his team. Overall a really good experience for such a stressful expense. This feels well taken care of so I will not have any critical issues to deal with for a decade or more.

    These guys were great throughout my whole process. I had them come out to service my old one and found it was ultimately not salvageable.     Complete Comfort has been a wonderful company to work with. We have used them several times and instantly felt comfortable and confident in their service and we can truly trust everyone. I called during the summer heat wave and was excited how quick they were able to get out to me. They were concerned I could have a serious problem and I felt I was made a priority to see so things didnt worsen over the weekend. Luis was our technician, and he has come out a couple of times in the past for maintenance. This last visit was again 5 star as usual. He texted when he was on his way, arrived exactly on time, was dressed professional and clean. He was very polite and graciously listened to me awkwardly explain what was going on with my AC. What I respected most about Luis, was that after I kept pointing to the unit and the weird noise, he didnt immediately assess that. He started his assessment of my entire unit in a systemic order saving the unit for last. I really appreciated that and was 100% confident he was going to fix everything. Of course he found the problem and was able to replace/repair the broken part that day. He also showed me how dirty the outside unit was and recommended a deep clean of it and then offered to show me how to keep up the maintenance if I wanted to do it myself. It looked brand new after he spent so much time on it. My AC was back to sounding normal and running ice cold! I had to put on a sweater! haha.

    Just had 2 new air conditioning (heat pump) units installed at our house. The old ones were 21 years old and on their last legs.I called Complete Comfort first, on a recommendation from our neighbor, who had new units installed a couple of years ago and highly recommended them...and wow was he right!From the time that David took my call and Mike showed up to inspect and provide an estimate I knew I was in good hands.After approving the estimate we had to wait about a week and a half for the units to be ordered, delivered and installed. I figured this was a very acceptable timeline, considering we were in the heat of the summer and they likely have lots of calls and other customers to attend to.Their foreman Eric and his assistants were top notch from beginning to end.     On 10/20/22 scheduled drywall repair was done at my house. The men were on time, immediately went to work and did an excellent job of patching ceiling damage. They covered all belongings in the room where they worked and left the space above the work area neat with insulation returned to its original location. Please note that my initial reluctance to have John Stevenson do this work (see Joe for his take on our earlier conversation) was based on my expectation that the work, since it is not HVAC or plumbing, would be farmed to a subcontracter. In my experience this kind of arrangement does not lead to quality outcomes. But in fact Juan Caytan and his assistant (sorry, lost the name) were obviously motivated to maintain their companys reputation. I suggest that you let customers know that the drywall repair team that you would send is your own team and will be motivated to maintain your companys level of quality.

    We are in Arizona. Tenant called AC not working. They were available 30 minutes response on Heat Warning Friday afternoon. Best before I got hold of them was Wednesday afternoon.
