    Darryl was awesome. Very knowledgeable and explained issues in a way that I could understand exactly what was going on with my unit. The office lady was extremely helpful and willing to work with me on financing a replacement unit. I would highly recommend this amazing company!!

    A tree crashed our AC unit, and I called Milligans. They were at our house within 2-3 days to look at our unit, and got us a quote VERY quickly. Then, when I called them to let them know we wanted to use them they had us a new unit within a week. I HIGHLY recommend them! Theyre super fast and professional!

    They were excellent. They arrived on time, covered the floors to prevent damaging them. let me know if they needed to do anything extra, and cleaned up after themselves when they finished.

    Outstanding! My old unit finally gave up on me (on the weekend of course). These guys were out here the same day troubleshooting for me. They presented all available options to me from repair to replacement . Because of the age of my unit, I decided to go with a new setup and two days later here i sit with a brand new system blowing snowballs from the vents! Justin, Darryl, and Jesse were professional, informative, and friendly. I would highly recommend this outfit for any residential HVAC needs you may have.

    Called Milligan with an emergency massivinfestation of gnats....possibly in the HVAC system. They came quickly. Inspected and cleared the issue. They are wonderful!! He even called later to check on us. You cant go wrong with Justin.

    I’d give greater than 5 stars if it was possible.Milligan HVAC had an Incredibly quick response time, they are very respectful and knowledgeable, and they took care of every issue we had.My husband and I woke up to a burning smell in the house and our unit in the attic was humming on 12/20/23. We immediately turned the thermostat off and contacted Milligan HVAC. They came out the same day and went over the problems and what they could do to fix it. Our HVAC system was nearly 15 years old, so we decided to get a new system. Milligan HVAC replaced our entire system the very next day, 12/21/23. I’m grateful that we were taken care of so quickly, especially since Christmas is only 4 days away.

    Justin was very professional and does a great job. He was very thorough and understanding of my situation. I had been out of air for 3 Days in the and was burning up from the heat of the summer and cant get anyone else to come out and help me and he took control the situation helped me out in a time during the year that everyone is busy. Working on the AC units to make sure I had a place I could come home to that wasnt 100° + degrees. Thanks Justin and the whole Milligan heating and AC team.
