    I had Holly install a generator plug in and interlock kit in my house. This included moving breakers from the outside disconnect to the inside breaker box also adding several double breakers. The job was done professionally and timely with all wiring run internal of the walls. I was very happy with their work and will contact them again for any electrical needs.

    You could not ask for a better team to handle all your electric and home generator needs. These guys just provided extensive electrical work and also installed a whole house auxiliary power system at my home. I wont mention any names as I dont want to leave anyone out. From the secretaries to the work crews they treat the customer with utmost courtesy and provide world class service. Call them for all your electrical and power needs. Youll never look back.

    Storm damage occurred on a Friday morning. Company stopped working on other jobs to assist in storm restoration. At 1200 my service was repaired ready for FPL to connect. I cant say enough regarding professionalism, promptness, and knowledge of their job. The repairman were friendly too!

    HEI recently installed a replacement backup generator for us and the work was done very well. The office kept us informed of everything along the way and took care of the permitting for both the gas and electrical work. The install crew was really professional and the equipment passed the inspections easily. The price was in line with what we expected to pay. We are very happy customers.

    On February 10 th this year we paid Holly Electric to provide power to our new pavilion and install two ceiling fans. To the tune of $820. Well in June, June 28 th to be exact. The ground fault outlet would not reset. We contacted Holly Electric to fix the issue.They can out today 7/3/23 and replaced the ground fault outlet.I was told that the outlet was covered by warranty but that the service call wasn’t since it was over six months.I paid the service call of $ 175 and then I started to think…. Wait I did call with in six months.Installed in February and broken in June.I am waiting for Holly Electric to call me back so I might change my rating after I hear from them next Wednesday. I will let you know.Well Holly Electric did contact me and said that they would void my check for the service call.I am up grading my review from 2 to 4 stars.They explained that the original warranty was for parts not labor. I can appreciate that now that I know.My only concern is that I was lead to believe that the six month warranty was for their work and parts they installed. It also was probably somewhere in some fine print somewhere but that was not what was “implied “ by the installing technicians. They were the ones that told me I had a warranty (call us if you have any problems).I would have given 5 stars had I known.I will use them again.

    I and my wife are not the ones to write review, especially in todays world of very poor customer service. With that being said, Holly Electric , Inc has gone way beyond what we expected. Everyone there has been very nice and professional, our old 16K generator had gone out after about 15 years due to lighting and my wife was home alone. I called Bill the next day after I got home from work and told him of the problem, he had a service technician out in about a hour. After coming to a conclusion that it was time for a new generator Chet came out within a couple of days and we settled on our new 24K GENERAC to replace the old one. And here is where it keeps getting better. The two young men, Samuel and Matt that came to install the new generator were the best and very professional. after the install they went over everything and I do mean everything with my wife I and and cleaned up the there work area.And let me not forget Heather who handled our project, she would constantly call with updates along the way, I know who does that. Holly Electric is the BEST. Thank you everyone, we continue to look forward to many years of service. Todd & Kim, Branford FL.

    We called Holly Electric to perform an electrical safety inspection before we list our house for rent. Kyle and Hunter showed up on time, we’re extremely kind, worked efficiently, went over and above to repair a 3-way switched that had been giving us a headache for quite some time, and cleaned up before they left. I was expecting to pay a large bill, but was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced they were. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them if we have any electrical needs in the future!

    Thank You Matt, Josh H, and Samuel, for the wonderful repair you did on my electrical problem. Very impressed with Holly Electric, and will definitely use again.I had called another company 3 weeks ago and was told they would put me on their waiting list. I called again and left a message this week, and havent even had courtesy call-back.Neighbor recommended Holly Electric. I called and the response was remarkable, and they would squeeze me in as soon as possible.Came out in less than 48 hrs, called ahead, was punctual, friendly, professional, and did excellent job solving a major confusing electrical problem in my house.     Holly Electric installed a Honeywell 22 kW standby generator for us. Heather was thorough and timely in setting up an installation date and arranging for necessary permits. Installation day was rainy but the Holly Electric crew of Josh and James arrived on time and persevered through the dampness and mud. They did a great job in setting up the generator and wiring in the transfer switch. Coordinating with Amerigas to install the propane gas tank that same day turned out to be a good idea. Generator and tank installation and all the wiring were completed by early afternoon, including a short training session. Were glad we chose Holly Electric for this job!

    They installed a Honeywell Standby Generator. The Salesman Richard, office staff Heather and the installers Jason, Philip, and Dylan have all been above WONDERFUL! I am older and to have these terrific people guide you through each step has been great. This can be a scary project if you don’t have such supportive people helping you through each step of the way. Holly Electric also sets up all stages of the work so you don’t have to be concerned about doing anything in the correct order. They do everything!!!

    Thanks Donald, For the Quote for a standby generator system for my house. I Didnt expect the cost to be that much 😳 Difference between a portable unit & a standby setup.I feel the standby unit would be a better option but $$$ I have other projects in the works right now.     This company deserves the highest praise for such a great job. The attentive and caring customer service from the very start of the process continued right through to the day of installation. These people are a dream team. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and adept at what all needed to be done. Matthew clearly loves and knows what he’s doing and his expert team included Michael and Richard as his MVP’s. They all did an awesome job and we couldn’t be happier. This company is the real deal.

    Seven (7) days before Thanksgiving, I just knew it was going to be very difficult to find a certified electrician to do the challenging work we had before Thanksgiving. My hubby call a company that wouldnt be able to come out for two (2) weeks. However, I chose to call Holly Electric. Approximately one (1) hour later Holly technician, Wayne, called and stated, I should be there in about 10-15 minutes. He was very punctual, professional & didnt leave until everything was working perfectly. So glad I chose them & I highly recommend HOLLY ELECTRIC FOR ALL YOUR ELECTRICIAL NEEDS.

    I had a problem with the electric on my elevator/lift. Holly Electric came out just days after I called and was able to find the problem within 15 minutes of their visit. They made recommendations to install new switches and am looking forward to hearing from them to make an appointment to come out and install them. Even though I need a second visit, they got the lift up and running. The gentlemen who came out were very courteous and professional.

    Holly Electric has done several jobs for me over the past six years, and every time they have been efficient, polite, and very professional in their work.     Wayne and Dave did a great job at our house.     Our generator was installed today. It was a challenge for them but they got right down to business and did a great job. Courteous and respectful. Nicest young men. We have been treated very well through the whole process by all the staff Definitely recommend.
