Mr Gregory came to individually inspect my home. He offered a fair deal on pricing on a new furnace and home A/C unit. His men were quick and thorough in the installation, and answered all my questions regarding new unit operation, as well and parts and service warranties. I was pleasantly surprised with the companys after hours prompt service when our furnace tripped. A field technician came out to diagnose and thankfully we didnt have to go elsewhere or call for second opinion. Although, I thought it was fast service and the issue was resolved promptly, I felt there is room for improvement in communication, and overall servicing a clients home furnace.

Highly recommended. I used L.R. Gregory and Son to replace the central air unit in a remodel project, so cost was a major factor.
