    We rented a new office and during the transition noticed an issue with the sink. The clog was inside the wall. The faucet was not working. We found Drain & Plumbing Services online. We had a plumber on site in 40 minutes. The work was done quickly and the price was exactly as quoted. The office coordinated everything well and we got our plumbing system resolved. This company will now be our go to plumber.

    This was the third time that I have used DPS, and the service has been great. Yuri had come out previously and recommended hydrojetting due to the constant root issues. He earned my trust with his knowledge, explanations, and experience, so I agreed and scheduled the service.Yuri arrived today and showed me the camera view before, explained the process again, and got to work. After he finished, the view on the scope showed a huge difference; the pipes looked like new.I appreciate his patience, fantastic work, and answering any questions. I can still highly recommend Yuri and DPS.

    This is an excellent company with superb and reliable service. The proprietor is a competent and honest man. The staff are always there to take your call and to set up your appointment any time. Yuri is the best plumber I have seen on both sides of the ocean (and I split my time between two countries). These folks know what they are doing, and they offer fair and reasonable pricing. As a rabbi I am very careful about recommending businesses. I must see BOTH high professional and ethical standards. This company scores on both counts.     Fantastic service and job well done. Joe came out right at 9 a.m. From making contact with the company along with text updates it was a perfect better than expected process.Joe addressed all my questions and helped replacement the pump and got us going again.Always scary when a basement pump dies out and all the moisture from the snow melting causing it to run more frequent.Will be very happy to tell others when in need to reach out.Once again less than 24 hours of making my appointment my issue was resolved.     We have had very low pressure in our kitchen faucet for the last three weeks. A plumber from a different company offered to replace our kitchen faucet and charge us $350 for labor for the replacement. I had Used Drain and Plumbing Services in the past so I called them for a second opinion. Sergei came out within an hour of my call and cleaned the aerator of the faucet. The pressure was restored immediately. I appreciate their honesty and quick turnaround. From now on, I will only use them for all of my plumbing issues. They have passed the honesty and integrity test 100%.

    Yuri was out today and did hydro jetting with a camera. I was able to look at the camera to see what was going on underground and why my toilet was backing up. He was reliable, on time, professional, reasonable and explained my issue well. I will definitely use him again!     I have used this company several times for minor repairs around our house. It is very easy to request and book appointments online. I always get a response via text and email within a few hours during the work day. You can text them back and forth about scheduling and the job details (pictures etc) which helps them get the right parts to the plumber. They have a great GPS tracking system so that you know when the plumber is on their way and when they will arrive.I haven’t used them for overly complicated jobs but they are always quick and thorough with the routine jobs they have completed for me. Pricing seems about average compared to other plumbers in the area.

    We decided to call DPS because the last plumber who did maintenance rodding for us in a past few years closed his business. We got same day appointment which we even didn’t expect. We asked them don’t come into the house because my husband has a provocative immune system. Joe came with a big rodding machine, cleared the line through outside access and was done in less then an hour. I’ll definitely stick to this company and use them again.     My toilet was leaking at the base. I live in the apartment and my association required for a certificate of insurance from the plumber before any work could be done. I called Drain & Plumbing Services in the morning and explained my situation. Within two hours, they submitted all necessary documents to my association and received approval to do the work. Later that day, Sergey came out and replaced the wax ring on the toilet. He also showed me a crack on the bottom of the toilet and suggested replacement. I selected a new toilet from Home Depot and he picked it up and installed it the same day without charging me anything to go pick it up! I couldn’t be happier with this company! Highly recommend.

    I had the best experience with Dmitro from Drain & Plumbing Services. I called them to help me with my sump pump that stopped working. Dmitro arrived within an hour and a half and was able to diagnose the failed sump pump and replace it. He also checked out my water heater and gave me tips on how to extend its life time. Great service and excellent customer service.

    Wanted to update my previous review. I had an emergency last night with one of the rental units and because Drain & Plumbing was already on speed dial, I didnt hesitate to call. Within an hour my tenants reported that the plumber arrived on site and two hours later, the issue was resolved and the hot water restored. Once again, these guys came to the rescue and did so with professionalism and top quality. Another A+ service!We loved the service we received from Drain & Plumbing Services. It was efficient and price was less than what was quoted by a different company in town. We passed the inspection with no issues on the installation and the inspector complimented the work! We feel so much more comfortable with the work after the inspection and it just reinforced our confidence in the company.
