I appreciated him being able to explain things in a way that made sense. He was able to diagnose and get our AC working in less than 2 hours. Danny is personable, honest and patient. He had no problem repeating himself when I got my husband on the phone. His attention to detail was great, and getting pictures of the work he did (before and after) also helped us understand the cause of the problem, what wasn’t working and how he fixed it. I cant explain how wonderful they were from beginning to end. I had been very ill and my ac was out in the beginning of July. Being in the desert, it was well over 100° (124° was the high that week). It was repaired the next day. I was staying in a hotel with my cats while this was going on and unfortunately ended up in the hospital. They were kind enough to check on the cat and make sure there was food and water. Unfortunately, I was there for several nights and they were kind enough to return them back to the house after a couple days so I didnt have to worry and pay for the room any longer than I already had.This was the most considerate and caring company Ive ender done business with. I highly recommend them!

Messaged NexGen on a Sunday to get a quote for one of our toilets being clogged and they responded the next morning on Monday. They were able to break down the pricing and get a tech to look at our situation the next day around our schedule. Jose called 30 minutes prior to arriving and was on time. He got right to work and is a very personable and professional. He did all he could to try to remove the clog but we had to end up replacing the toilet. He went to the store with me to pick out a new toilet and got to removing our old one. He again tried to remove the obstruction but we ended up replacing it. He was great. I would highly recommend NexGen if you have any plumbing or other needs.

Why go with Nexgen?They have just completed their second job at our house, and I have had some time to reflect on this. As has been noted elsewhere, they are not the lowest priced option - I could have gone with someplace cheaper. Yet I feel that both times I have received my moneys worth.Its all about peace of mind.Their installers are top rate. Every one of them has been knowledgeable, diligent, and unfailingly polite. They arrived on time, prepared and ready to go to work. They communicated what they were doing and why, and dealt with the inevitable unexpected issues without fuss.Watching them on this last job (replacing our water heater), I realized I wasnt just getting a water heater. They also replaced the supply lines, the shutoff valves, and earthquake straps. They removed and capped the old propane supply line from the previous unit, and brought everything up to code.When there was an issue with the electrical connection, they brought in another team and quickly solved the problem.I feel that I can rest assured that the job was done well, and done right.As a homeowner, that is worth a lot.

I scheduled a water heater flush from a mailer I received. Scheduling was friendly and easy and they were able to schedule same-day service which was unexpected. Plumbers were friendly and let me know when they were on the way, they arrived on time. Work was done quickly and they explained what they were doing and showed me what they found. They were able to complete additional work that was needed, including installing a scale blaster I had been putting off installing myself being unsure of where I should install it. I did not feel like they were trying to find things to unnecessarily fix like I have experienced with other plumbing companies. I trusted them. They left everything as clean as they found it and were finished with the water heater flush, inspection of all toilets and sink drains, replaced a ball valve on the water heater, and installed the scale blaster all in about an hour. I will definitely use NexGen again!

Some plumbers couldn’t come for several days, but NexGen came out the next day. The service was great and the plumber was able to unclog our drain using both a snake and high pressure water. The cost was $750 which seems high but it was worth it to have the problem resolved quickly.

A few nights ago my A/C went out. I called NEX GEN and they came out next day. My blower went out and I needed other repairs. I have had my unit for 23 years. I decided to get a whole new system and not risk repairing a unit that was long overdue. My senior inspector named Art was super helpful and really ran down possible scenarios that made me feel comfortable in proceeding with a purchase. At first the price to get a whole new system took me back a bit. We spoke to Ryan who is a service director who helped me further understand what I was getting and to answer any additional questions. One of the big reasons to go with NEX GEN is the lifetime unit replacement warranty. Also the manufacturing of their equipment is top notch. I feel rest assured that if I need assistance moving forward they are there to help. Thank you Art and Ryan for the exceptional service.

What an amazing group of young men.It all started with my sink filling up with water and not draining.I tried to clear the sink but to no avail.I had to get someone in in a hurry and the luck group arrived.To my surprise, it wasnt something I did nor my wife. A full inspection was carried out and found the the plumbing was like a roller coster with water trying to run up hill. Boy was I shocked.We had just bought this home in early January of this year, all inspections had been carried out. No mention about the pipelines in the house.With great speed the drains were completed within 24 hours of me calling.A great job and we are both happy campers once again.All the work was done very professionally. It was taking a long time for hot water to reach the back of my house so I called Nexgen out to take a look. Caesar came out and immediately identified that the hot water re-circulation system had seized and gave me an estimate for $2700 to fix it. He also said that my water heater was going to go any day (even though its been working fine and has no leaks), and that he recommended a $6,700 replacement. So, while Caesar was putting a ~$10k quote together, I did a quick check and found a replacement unit for the re-circulation on Amazon for $304 and placed a call to Desert United Plumbing, who told me they could replace the unit the next day for $900 (parts/labor). All Caesar could say was good luck with that when I told him. DUP did the work the next day and it was a great experience for

I had a good experience with NexGen this week. I needed to have my heat pump replaced. The Project Manager, Enrique, spent a lot of time looking into what would work best for my house and walked me through all of my options. He was incredibly nice, friendly, and good at his job. The heat pump installation happened today and Domenic, Juan, and the rest of the team did a great job! They were very polite and thoughtful of my house (and the fact that I was working from home). The installation went well, the unit works great, and I couldn’t be happier!

I called NexGen, to check out our A/C because it had started blowing only hot air, not a good plan with Summer just around the corner! Art arrived on time, friendly, happy and ready to go! He quickly diagnosed the problem as broken thermostat wires. He repaired the wires and cleaned the radiator, he also did a great job leaving the work area tidy. I felt like I was taken advantage of. The last technician that came out in 2023 did more for less money. My A/C unit was cleaned on the inside, but it wasnt done this time. I asked why. The technician said it would be an extra charge. I guess paying $489.00 to clean the dust in my furnace wasnt enough.I have an update regarding my previous comment.I received a call within minutes after posting my displeasure with the Company. The survey manager (David) apologized immensely. I was told this was unacceptable and not how their business is run. He said that the employee would be talked to and be sent for further training.He made it right by sending one of their top technicians to complete the cleaning of the A/C inside. The new technician inspected everything that was done the day prior. I was very satisfied with the service.I scheduled another appointment to have my tankless water heater flushed out.

The tech was able to identify our problem (low refrig) but not yet the root cause (where the leak was). This issue was different than a previous company indicated. They recharged and added dye/sealant and are going to check it again later to see if they can find the leak. The service and tech was good, though I would have preferred to see the refrigerant weights to see exactly how much was added, especially since the refrigerant cost was 2x what another company had quoted.

I love nexgen when our air stopped working on the hottest day so far in a house we bought just over a year ago the great staff was able to get someone out the same day!The technician George was extremely honest and showed me exactly what the issues were, and as a tradesman myself I truly respected the willingness to explain to me what caused the failure. George made it seem like we had known each other for a while, and we have a sone that has to get in the mix of anything and he was very nice to our little guy and even made him feel like he was helping fix the issues and that really made our sons day. Thank you George and nexgen for getting us cool the same day it was 98° in our house when George arrived and less than an hour after he left its was back to 76° and working better than it ever has. Nexgen was able to get me a payment plan so it didnt stress me out being a one income house hold and a family of four. So I highly recommend nexgen to anyone. This company is really professional and offers quick help! I called around 9am to schedule plumbing emergency service and I got an appointment for the same day at 5pm. Dylan actually showed up an hour earlier to fix the problem. Our apartment is in an old building and Dylan had experience with this type. Our sink wasn’t draining so he took a look at it and snaked it. He also installed proper piping and all of that helped with our issue. He also explained why the problem occurred and gave us great advices on how to avoid it in the future and what to look out for. He seemed to know all types of sinks and toilets so he knew what he was dealing with. All of his help was quick and he left the bathroom clean and neat.Dylan did an amazing job and we are very happy with the results! Will use this company again in the future!

Ruben explained the issue and addressed it by sending Tanner (Field Manager) out a few hours later to get another set of eyes on the unit. Took Tanner about 5 minutes to determine the system has a delay before the fan motor kicks on that the prior Technician did not know about. Tanner then completed a thorough diagnostic test and went even further by checking the airflow at all the vents and adjusted some of the dampers to get more flow to rooms that weren’t getting enough air. They will be back tomorrow to replace the air filter that was supposed to be done earlier by the first Technician. Thank you Ruben and Tanner for stepping up to the plate and taking care of this. Top notch Customer Service by these two individuals!Just had a “complimentary” service completed on my 18 month old $30k new HVAC system that is supposedly under warranty. Fan motor is burnt out and now NextGen wants to charge me $500 to replace it. The AC worked fine all through the summer last year, no issues. You can’t even call and be connected to a Service Manager….the calls go to some call center and you wait for a call back. I won’t hold my breath!!

Juan and Damien have done an exceptional job while here! It was so easy to schedule an appointment through NexGen and both were timely, with text message updates for my appointments. I called NexGen due to an issue with my condensate drain line. The secondary line from my HVAC was dumping water onto the floor of my garage and the primary line was completely clogged. I had a company come out previously through my home warranty, who temporarily fixed the issue I was having, but left my drain system far from being up to code, and mickey moused together. When Juan came out, he pointed out everything that was done previously that wasnt up to code, took pictures of what needed replacing, and showed me what my options were and the cost associated with each option. He explained everything thoroughly and made recommendations as well. Damien was also extremely helpful. He walked me through the process of doing the water heater flush (which I had added on as part of a promo NexGen was having) and made me aware of a few safety concerns, which are now resolved! While the tech that came out was knowledgeable and nice, he tore apart around our ac coil while diagnosing. He did not put it back together properly and now we have a ton of air leakage. I think he was assuming we were going to agree to the high-priced service he wanted to perform, so he didnt properly seal the system so he could easily get to it again. Thankfully NexGen sent out another tech to review the work and seal our system back up properly. This tech was also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After having things sealed well, and after NexGen responded so quickly to my concerns, we will consider them again for our needs in the future.

Although unexpected expenses are never a joyous occasion, NexGens team of technicians made my experience a smooth and comforting one. I received an unexpected call from the gas company that there was a gas leak at my house and they had shut off the gas determining that it was a home side leak.I made the call to NexGen Friday night at 9pm and had a technician at my door 9am Saturday morning. They tested the lines to where I thought the leak was isolated, however ended up finding that there were other leaks within the house. I had to have the entire house re-piped since my home is Slab-on-Grade and the leak wasnt found at any of the appliances. Clemente and Alphonso worked hard to get me the best price for the install and called to get a crew started same day.Jose and Danny showed up same day to begin laying out a plan that was minimally intrusive and most efficient while taking my input and keeping me updated on how things were going. The NexGen team understood the impact of having our gas shut off (no hot water, no heat, no cooking) and worked around the clock to get my house back up and functioning. They delivered the project with great customer service, and Im grateful for them fixing our house.

I’m writing this review while enjoying a plate of hot soup in a cold winter night—you probably know that feeling. I’d surely be eating a cold salad instead if Kevin and his crew from NexGen hadn’t helped me with my gas leak. They showed up in the morning, dug up the gas line, and had the gas was back on less than 12 hrs later. Everyone was professional and courteous. The only bad news I got during the process was that I will not see them again any time soon and I’m okay with that.

I was looking for experts at Nextgen for maintaining the water filter we had installed by Nextgen. Prior guys that came out were very friendly and tried to help but were not experts. Chris Gonzalez & Alfonso were the experts I was looking for. These two guys know their products well for both our water filter and water heater. Chris walked me through the water filter settings how to check the self-maintaining menu & how to read the schedule & time. The self-maintenance fired off as scheduled and all is well. Chris and Alfonso also checked our water heater for error messages I had told them about, and they troubleshooted the root cause and ordered a circuit board that needed to be replaced (timer issue). I highly recommend these two guys be trainers at Nextgen so all the other maintenance guys will have their level of expertise. I know they will make great trainers because of their knowledge and how best to communicate the technical details. I give Chris and Alfonso the best rating possible (5 stars; 2 thumbs up; etc). Thanks guys!We also had our AC maintenance (separately) by Justin a few days later. Justin also did a great job.

I had two NexGen techs out on the same day: one was to give me an estimate for HVAC replacement, and the other was looking at our water and showing me options for a possible purchase of whole-house water filtration. Both technicians were excellent and obviously knowledgeable. Best of all, neither was pushy. Right now, we are still considering what we want to do (were waiting for our tax refunds!) I had a good experience with both men, and I would be happy to work with NexGen on either or both projects.

I called them at 9:00 AM to have them check a gas valve for a new oven installation. I was scheduled for 1:00 that same day. In a few minutes, a technician called and said he could be there within the hour. and he was. He replaced a hose and helped me slide the oven into place. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. Then he asked me if there was anything else we might need. No other issues right now. When I asked about the fee he said “Don’t worry about it.” He was prompt. He was thorough. He was friendly and efficient.He has virtually guaranteed that our next plumbing issue will be serviced by NexGen.
