    I was so happy with my furnace service call with Just Right Services. The price quoted was very fair and they honored a coupon. Zach was so friendly and did the work needed quickly and efficiently. The appointment was late in the day but he cleaned up his mess and had a smile on his face the whole time. Just a really great guy who loves his job. We will definitely be using Just Right in the future and I’ll be requesting Zach.

    During the recent heatwave, my AC unit system froze at both the inside and outside unit. Found Just Right Services after a simple google search and so glad that I did. I called the office to request a quote for a unit replacement. They offered an in-person quote, free of change for that same day. The technician, Nicholas (Nick), was extremely knowledgeable with the system (it was over 34 years old) and the necessary requirements to convert the older system to up to date standards. Nicks professionalism, personality, and customer service qualities were deciding factors for me to contract Just Right Services for the job. The day of the installation, Jared and his partner were extremely professional. He explained to me the entire process and asked for permission to do what he thought was necessary to remove the unit. Today is second day with the new unit and it is running smoothly. Just Right Services went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. I definitely recommend contacting them for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.

    The company was very responsive. The price seemed fair for replacing the garbage disposal. Mitch was friendly, helpful, thorough, quick, and communicative. He got the disposal fixed, ran some tests to make sure everything was working well and that there were no additional leaks or problems. He was able to recommend an excellent water damage expert who also was able to help us.

    Mitchel and Chris were awesome with my installation. Both techs were very knowledgeable and professional. Communication was top notch with both my landlord and myself. Everything was put back in place and they left everything nice and clean. Excellent, excellent excellent!

    The young man who came to service. My unit was very helpful and informative, and even went so far as to go someplace and get a filter for me since mine needed replacing. When the gentleman in June July came out, he told me that the filter was just fine and it wasn’t but I understand he doesn’t work for your company anymore I should’ve gone out to see if he even opened up that I know use my air conditioner very much at all so it shouldn’t have been as dirty as it showed. But anyway, Zachary did a very good job and I hope he is the one that returns. The next time I have service

    Mitchell arrived on time for an appointment that I had made with short notice. They had a good system of texting to provide updates on his arrival. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and explained the issues. He exceeded my expectations and was super friendly and polite.     This is an over-the-top company. Last week they installed a new heat pump and came back today to do routine maintenance on the air handler. Zachary is an over-the-top representative. Courtesy, product knowledge and personality. Actually he gets an extra star cuz he laughed at my jokes.

    Excellent service from Just Right Services! Nick arrived on time and was very professional. Diagnosed the issues with my air conditioner (which is rather old, I might add) within 20 minutes and was able to get my air conditioning working shortly thereafter!     Mitchell was on time, friendly, efficient, and most of all, honest. Got the A/C up and running again in no time, right before the big heat wave hit.     Leo did a good job installing our new Bradford White water heater and explaining the settings to my husband. He is quality conscious and returned the next morning to ensure everything was working fine.     Called for service, technician comes to my home takes apart. The electrical wires, goes outside looks inside of the condenser unit through the holes in the top comes back in says we need to have a new condenser for $5500.Called another AC company $65 charge a technician comes spend 30 minutes adds Freon to the condenser checked everything out completely and it works perfect.NOTE: The owner of Just Right Services, and me have resolved the issues shown above. I now change my review from One Star to Five Stars. In the future I will definitely use Just Right Services.

    We called for service for our heating unit. They came out advised we should replace the entire unit. We agreed and had a new heating unit installed. The service was professional and good. The first winter the unit stopped working. We called and they came out identified the problem and replaced the part under warranty. We only use heat a couple months a year. This winter it broke again we scheduled an appointment they came out identified the problem and said they would order the part. At this point I’m started to have regret. Our previous unit worked flawlessly for my entire life. Now I know they don’t make things like they used to but this feels bad. After a couple weeks the part came in. They called and said part came in and scheduled appt. Monday came they called to confirm appt and said tech will be out tomorrow and this is your Bill amount. Feeling frustrated and losing trust and regretting my decision of replacing unit and not getting second opinions I left a review with my feeling. The owner followed up and looked into my account. He was able to discover that manufacture has had issues with these new units recent changes in gov regulations. He was able to put in a order to the manufacturer. I was really happy with the customer service and the kind response from Just Right Service. They showed that they care and will make things right.

    Manager Chris Morales went above and beyond the call of duty on a follow-up visit after A/C and heat pump installation when he crawled up into the attic to show me a section of the attic floor that bounces like a trampoline under load (I will need to hire a framer). He also recommended replacing the fire hazard incandescent lights in the attic with cool LEDs, and he checked the water heater for signs of rust corrosion.     Absolutely love the superior quality products, state of the art methods, and concierge service of this company! Called the company in the morning and the plumber stopped by within two hours and an installation date was set within a few days. Had a new water heater and circulator pump installed. The company added a thermal expansion tank and water heater pan for free. The plumber (Mitch) used copper pipes rather than inferior substitutes that are subject to corrosion and leaks. He connected the copper pipes by a secure, modern method of mechanical fitting called ProPress, instead of welding. He de-burred the inside of the pipes after cutting them to prevent copper filings and fragments from clogging pipes and fixtures. New parts were installed for everything, including the earthquake braces. The most astonishing thing was the industrial beauty of the system. The plumber turned the hot water heater, pump, tank, and pipes into a work of art (Art Nouveau with curvilinear piping designs). Turns out he used to be a sculptor! Yes, this company does jobs Just Right.

    My condo unit has a specific HVAC system that not all companies know how to service. One of my neighbors had used Just Right Services in the past and recommended them because they employ HVAC and plumbers so you dont have to call out more than one company out to address your problem. I requested an appointment via their website and got a phone call. I had to call Jared back because I was at work when he called. He patiently listened to my heating woes and brief history on how it all started. He knew my specific system type from the description I gave. He said he could have someone out the same day but I requested an appointment the following Monday morning due to scheduling. The diagnostic fee was $95 to go towards repair, if we decided to move forward.My husband met with Leo and gave him the lowdown while I was at work. Leo figured out the issue and said a few parts needed to be replaced. Thanks to hard water which is prevalent, we had some calcified pipes. Thankfully, we didnt have to replace the entire system. My husband wanted to discuss it with me first before moving forward. I got an estimate in my email with the details on what needed to be replaced. It was reasonable and I was ready to move forward. Mind you, we have been without heat since the start of winter and powered through with small space heaters and wearing layers. I called JRS and they had Leo call me back to discuss what was needed. He gave me a thorough explanation and let me know I could choose to do 1 or 2 of the 3 items that needed replacing but I went ahead to schedule an appointment to get all 3 items replaced. We scheduled for the following day for the same time period. However, due to a rainy day delay, JRS had to reschedule our appointment.The day of the appointment arrived and two technicians showed up to deal with our issue. The parts were replaced and our system was up and running. Our heater is now heating the house and Im happy with JRS and their service. Thanks JRS for getting our heat back up! I recommend you call JRS if you have a plumbing or HVAC issue.

    Amazing experience. I have a hydronic AC system that not many company could service & an AC guy referred by my building only pushing me to buy a new system without taking a look at it. Desperate, I went ahead started calling HVAC companies and stumbled into Just Right Service.From the phone conversation with a receptionist to ask questions and make appointment to getting my AC fixed, I was amazed by how professional and knowledgeable they are. We just had a hot water slab leak (flood) and we were amazed at the fast response time, spot on estimate;looking at all options with written estimates on all options, and attention to detail.     Very responsive - called to request service on a Monday morning and repairman arrived after lunch the next day. Service was excellent. Technician was professional and knowledgeable. Every step of the repair process was explained. AC unit is now working efficiently. Recommendations were made but did not push us to purchase other services or parts. Would 100% recommend!

    Absolutely wonderful company to work with. I put an all call out to all our friends asking if someone knew someone who did Air Conditioning as it was 102 outside and our air died. Many replied with dont use options but one friend passed on the name Just Right Service. We called and the next day Drew was out to fix our air conditioning. Sadly after 20 years it was shot......but Drew moved quickly to get us a new system and it was installed the next day. Mitch did an awesome job with the installation in an attic that was about 110-120 degrees! Other companies said they couldnt get to us for 1 to 2 weeks!!!! I will use Just Right for any needs we have in our house from here on. After a long day, Mitch even stayed and programmed the new Nest thermostat for us. I wish I knew the names of the other 2 guys that helped as they were a great team!

    Yelp semi-automatically sent to several of AC services when I was looking for a right guy to fix my AC problem. But there is only one that responded quick and with courtesy - that is Just Right Services from Laguna Beach.A service guy William did the excellent job and explained every details I asked.     Just Right Services is beyond 5 stars. Their knowledge and craftsmanship of installation is impeccable. There is no doubt in my mind they are the best in the OC by far. Sales with Mitch and lead install with Chris was off the charts. Chris especially understands the importance of fitting a system in existing spaces and creating the best work flow to get the job handled no matter the roadblocks.     My sister referred me to Just Right Services who she called to do some maintenance at her house in Mission Viejo. The owner Drew is awesome. I needed a new AC and heat pump. He explained everything about how different levels of air conditioners work and how some are more efficient than others. In the end, my unit could only use one kind of air conditioner due to the heat pump I needed but it was very educational.The install was delayed a little due to the wrong heat pump being delivered but his company sorted it all out as quickly as possible. Mitch did the installation for me without any issues. There was a hole left behind but Drew came out to patch it up.Whenever I had a question or problem, Drew responded right away to my email. I have called emailed him several times since the install. He gladly came out to check that the system is in perfect working condition himself or sent Mitch to check it out. In fact, Drew came out to check on my system personally when I was concerned the heater was not working well in January.More recently, I had mold on my wall and was concerned of a leak in my refrigerant line and Mitch came to check for any issues. He checked everything and explained all that he found out from running tests and checking in my attic. Drew also came out when all the work done to make sure that all was well.This is a company I am glad I chose for my AC and would choose them again if I need a new AC in the future.UPDATE: I just had Just Right Services come out to replace the faucet handles for my tub shower along with the leaky stem valves. Robert did a great job and taught me how to do it correctly if I ever decide to try it on my own in the future.

    This company is very professional and knowledgeable. So I have a hydronic HVAC system and no company could help me with my issues. So if valve is turned one way then I have heater but no hot water, need to turn on heater for hot water. If turned the other way, there is hot water but heater blows cool air like a fan. So Just Right was able to diagnose the situation immediately and my technician Nico was very professional and clean and got it done in less than one hour. Turns out the older water heater had a built in check valve and Nico had to install a check valve and hose spigot bib. Very professionally done and very proper job. I give this company 5 stars!!! Don’t waste your time if you have a hydronic system. This company is your one stop solution. Thanks Nico… you are a blessing. I have hot water again and not waste energy and resources and no more cold showers.
