    Ashley is amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to get our Panel and EV Charger permitted and inspected properly. I did not have to chase anyone to get this done as she was very proactive and I felt she truly cared about us as clients.     Mark and team at Gerhard Electric have been excellent. My experience started with a consult where Mark came out to the house, listened to my concerns and diagnosed my problem. He then gave me multiple options to fix the issue and sent me three different proposals detailing the itemized steps that would be taken within each proposal.Once I decided which option I wanted his team got to work securing permits from the city and coordinating the work with SCE and the city inspector.With everyone on board his team got the work done, inspection complete and cleaned up the work area like they were never there!Highly recommend Gerhard Electric for their knowledge, communication, attention to detail and competence getting the job done.Thank you!

    Our Gerhard technician, Chris, arrived exactly on time. We discussed the issue I was having and he quickly got to work testing and diagnosing the problem. Within a few minutes he had identified the problem and got to work fixing it. A few minutes later our problem was resolved and electricity restored!

    They diagnosed the problem and discovered that the original smoke alarms (original from 1984) located high in the vaulted ceilings were NOT hard wired and were dead. They were NOT protecting us at all. They installed new code compliant smoke and CO2 detectors so we are safe now. Weve been here for 25 years unprotected. Very quick response too!

    My technician was Amazing CHRIS. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, polite, and had a caring way about him.     My sister & I purchased a video doorbell system and camera for our mom that we wanted to have installed while we were visiting her in Tustin. I contacted Mr Electric.     We were facing an emergency on the eve of Tropical Storm Hilary. Our stove ignition was continuously sparking nonstop, and we feared a fire. If we turned off the breaker, we would have ended up with our fridge turned off. This would have made all our food go bad right before a potential environmental disaster that could have left us with food and water shortages. Our home warranty, American Home Shield, didnt consider this an emergency and refused to help us. So, we decided to reach out to Mr. Electric. The receptionist and the electrician we spoke to, Mark, were incredibly understanding and kind and very knowledgeable. Mark contacted us right away, less than an hour after we reached out to them. He helped us figure out how to turn off the electricity for the stove without turning off the electricity for the fridge, avoiding the dilemma we were facing, so that we could address the appliance as a non-emergency at a later date and still use all the appliances. He even did this for free, as a matter of service to the community! I have rarely faced such generosity in a situation like this. The people at Mr. Electric are first class and I highly recommend using their services!

    Mr. Electric is a good company. They have a very thorough estimate and bid process that includes an initial walk through with an electrician who takes notes, listens, makes suggestions and then a second walk through on the same day to make sure that everything is listed on the work order correctly. About a week later, they will send you a bid. They are not the rock bottom cheapest or lowest bid. However, the rate for each item includes both the materials and labor and there was nothing to indicate any price gouging or overcharging. The cost of the materials plus the flat rate for labor was what was quoted per item. We were lucky to live right by the electrician who came out. HIs name was Dave and he was personable, professional and at the same time showed a genuine interest in providing qualify customer service and took the time necessary to do the work right. I worked as an electricians assistant for years in my childhood and knew all the work that needed to be done, some which was easy, the rest which I did not have time to spend doing it myself. I found that we agreed on the path of least resistance, ways to cut cost, clean up existing work and do clean quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    The tech they sent out did amazingly by helping me fix what an amazon tech messed up. he wired everything up completely, set everything up and kept his work area in my home clean. very much appreciated and will definitely use mr. electric as my only phone call for any electricity needsupdate: 6/4/19i had Mr. Electric install my ring flood light as well and they did amazingly. the same tech came out which was great and he knew exactly what he was doing (give the tech a raise!! :-)) . thanks again for the amazing work!

    I found out about Mr. Electric of Orange through Home Depot. His service was perfect. The technician arrived on time, the job was done flawlessly, the price was exactly as quoted, and, most of all we love our new LED lights.

    I am an HVAC contractor, and I always call Mark at Mr. Electric when I need some work done as part of an installation for my customers. His entire operation is fantastic from top to bottom. In all of our dealings, I have found him to be prompt, fair, and very knowledgeable.Most recently, one of Marks electricians, David, was out at one of my job sites to do some electrical work for my project, and he left me extremely impressed. Davids work was very neat, clean, and professional, despite the difficulties presented by an old 1949 home, and quite clearly an expert at what he does. (Im tempted to steal him and teach him HVAC, sorry Mark!) He even called in a part for me to save me some time and money.Bottom line: Hire Mr. Electric of Orange and you wont be disappointed.
