    I have been going to Arms Electric for all my home electrical needs for years. Crews are always on time, professional, & are good about eye for details. I really appreciate all the good work they have done for me.Today Jonathan & Andres wired & installed two new light fixtures, expanded a switch for added switches, wired dedicated circuit for new compressor, ran hdmi cable in gym, wired 2 new can locations, & wired new outlet for alarm system.

    A few years back we had Armes Electric install 5 fans, one had a center light. The one with the light has been acting erratic and the light was flickering on and off. We called Armes in to check it out and of course the light worked perfectly. They did not charge me for the service call and even recommended an fan expert that may be more experienced with fans.     I had a couple plugs in my kitchen that were giving me problems causing my microwave to loose power. Armando diagnosed the circuit, identified the source of the issue and applied the needed repair. Also provided me guidance on another area I was troubleshooting.     Couldnt ask for more with everything from evaluating and quoting the work to performing all that we asked and more! We had a team of electricians working on our house for a day and a half and they were awesome. They were friendly and did their work skillfully and quickly with no mess left behind. Very happy with the end result and the value for what we paid. HIGHLY recommend them.

    The two electricians from Armes were very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. They started the job by putting down protective covering on all flooring and furniture. Did a wonderful job installing all wiring, new lightening, and switches. Also did a great job cleaning up all work areas. If allowed I would give more than 5 stars.

    Iā€™ve used Armes Electric twice now and have been incredibly pleased both times. Last summer, I had them install a 220V outlet in my garage for an EV charger, and they did an outstanding job. And I just had them install an exhaust fan in my upstairs bathroom. Again, they did an excellent job. Armando and Andres were exceptionally quick, clean, quiet, and polite. Canā€™t say enough positives about the two of themā€”and Armes Electric!

    We needed to install 6 fans and create an additional outlet in our garage. We contacted many companies and decided to go with Armes electric even though they quoted the highest price. I knew that they were reliable after reviewing online and talking to David (on the phone) who explained everything so thoroughly and kindly. Jonathan (electrician) came on time and finished the job without any issue. We are so happy that we found such qualified and professional electricians.     Jason and his crew were helpful, informative and thorough with our electric panel upgrade. They also took care of another light switch in our home that was not working. I hired them to come back to install interior lights, switches and plugs. The crew was friendly, skilled, courteous (wire shoe covers inside), and professional.     The technicians arrived promptly. They installed the lights in my master bathroom and provided expert advice on changing the light bulbs. They installed a dimmer switch which had not been in the original plan. They also advised me on two other electrical questions...one for my sunroom and the other for lighting a living room painting/artwork. I will definitely call them again.

    Jason and Jason were very knowledgeable about what I needed. They told me the light I wanted installed was not the right light color. Color? Who knew? But they did know. They were very polite and helpful. They packaged up the light for me to return (without even my suggestion). Repackaging would have been difficult for, if not impossible. They told how my new light would be installed, and the problems with that installationā€”the light would be too bright; which was the problem with the light I wanted replaced. The new light is my third attempt to find a satisfactory light. The Jasons understood what I needed and will find and install it. I should have asked Armes to do that in the first place and spare myself all the time, energy and money I spent on hiring the wrong company who installed the unsatisfactory light. Lesson learned; no one saves anything going with a cheaper lighting company

    We experienced a problem with our smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night, randomly. No fire present. These were just installed by Armes and when I called them about the issue, they immediately sent out a team and replaced all the alarms at no cost to us.     Take all jobs big or small. The guys were very professional and polite. Provide solutions to save cost which is extremely important. They provided parts and assembled, covered up their work area with plastic/blankets, and cleaned up after themselves removing all trash and debris. Definitely highly recommend for Electrical work.

    Armes Electric is substantially excellent. Pete Armes is fabulous to work with. He is accurate, prompt, courteous and clearly has a passion for doing great electrical service work and providing outstanding customer service. He provided all electrical services for a full remodel of a two bedroom condominium for me. My job consisted of dozens of down-lights, switches, outlets, and included moved walls and major changes. In the quoting process Pete reviewed our drawings and took a video of each location requiring work. Hours later, I had a formal and detailed quote of every bit or work to be done. It was 100% spot on and the pricing structure was easy to understand and very fair. Pete has a tremendous, highly motivated crew. In particular the foreman that covered my job, Jason, shared Petes passion for the work and was a great resource in helping make good decisions along the way to insure a perfect finished project. Each of the crew members clearly loves electrical work and the really great thing is they feed off each otherā€™s enthusiasm. They work hard and smart. Pete has clearly done a great job of leading by example and teaching his crew to find the joy in the work of solving problems, delighting the customer and finding pride in a job well done. I cannot recommend Armes electric more highly.

    Had a lot of problems in the house, flickering lights, unstable loads along with a need for a level 2 charger at my house. Ive had at least three other electrical companies come to the house to evaluate the electrical problems. Armes electric has finally fixed the problem.     I engaged Armes Electric to replace two bedroom fans, setup a new outlet and fix a switch. They office communication was excellent. The crew arrived on time and was very professional and quality work outstanding. We discussed a couple of options available due the way my switches were wired and helped me choose the best options. They fixed things that previous electrician I used left incomplete or not done properly. Additionally, they cleaned and helped dispose of the old fan. I couldnā€™t be more happy with their service.     I made an appointment for two chandelier installations, but only one was installed on the first day. The Installer said it had more glass parts to screw in than expected, even though I sent instructions in advance of the appointment. The other excuse was that they had to brace for a heavier fixture. I had discussed the weight with the company in advance as well. Insufficient time was allotted for the project, so I had to wait two business days for the second chandelier to be installed. No appointments were available the next day. However, the chandeliers look great and were installed nicely.

    I highly recommend calling Armes for your next electrical job. We recently purchased an older home and were concerned about a lot of the old outlets and switches. Armes got us on their calendar promptly, replaced a ton of components including in the garage and behind large appliances, checked on areas of concern when we asked, finished all the work promptly, and charged very reasonable prices. They also communicated about everything that needed or could be done without trying to upsell us on anything.     We are rarely completely satisfied with work done in our home, so it was a refreshing experience to work with Armes Electric.Every single person we dealt with, from the owner to the men doing the work each day - were professional, knowledgeable, and experts at what they did. It was obvious they cared about doing a quality job, down to the smallest detail. This included work on almost every room in our home, including the hallways, garage and front porch. They also protected everything in the house and carefully cleaned up after both days, which we really appreciated.We made changes, we added and subtracted from the scope of work, we decided we wanted adjustments to settings, etcā€¦ in other words, we didnā€™t make it easy!     Called Armes with an evening mini emergency (that turned out to be a non issue, thankfully) and based on the thoroughness and friendliness of the electrician that helped us ended up asking them to come out the following week to update all our outdated CFL can lights to led. This is messy work but the house was left spotless (and well lit!) The team made minor improvements that I wouldnt have even of thought to suggest, like switching grouped light switches to a more logical order, while doing the work. Glad to have found Armes.

    I can always count on Armes to fix electrical issues, install new upgraded technical products like ā€˜Ringā€™ cameras and doorbells as well as advanced switches controlled by Alexa.. Their personnel are pleasant, informative and polite! Scott always tries to set a work date at the earliest availability which takes some effort as the electricians always come in ā€˜pairsā€™ and more if needed. Their charges are reasonable and they do not charge for time used for researching new technology.

    I had Armes Electric out today for installation of new foyer lights and light over stairs. They showed up on time, installed lights up on very tall ladders, installed dimmer switches and cleaned up afterwards. They did the work so well and quickly. I have used them before and they adhere to the quoted time and charges. They advised me ahead of time that additional charges could apply if bracing was needed in ceiling. It was not needed.     Had an electrical outlet buzzing. Immediately called Armes based on their reviews from neighbors. They booked a next day service. Showed up as scheduled. Assessed the issue and fixed it while also diagnosing my kitchen outlets to let me know what circuit each plug was on. Now I can reconfigure my kitten appliances based on the 2 circuits. I have had them come out to our new home in Aliso Viejo several times - install the electricity for a television in our garage, and add an outlet for a new garage, check on a space heater and the amount of electricity it was using, adding outlets in bedrooms and fixing lighting. I have got them able to come same or next day. When they come, they have always came right on time or early (with a courtesy call asking if it would be okay). This last time it was a very simple fix and they didnā€™t even charge. They are very nice and reasonable. Reliable service, and getting things to work (just simply work) is sadly a rarity these days.     Armes Electric continues to deliver quality service and exactly when I needed it! Ty was my electrician this time and he identified an outlet issue. That outlet was where my tankless water heater was plugged in. Ty figured all out quickly and fixed it so my tenants could have a consistent flow of hot water. Ty has fixed other errant outlets in the past, in my garage, so I was happy to have him come and figure this one out! Tenants reported the issue on Sunday morning and Pete at Armes was able to schedule Ty for first thing today, Monday. You just cant beat that kind of service.
