Absolutely amazing work. We had gutted our kitchen and our contractor fell thru. Mohammad came in and within a month we had the kitchen of our dreams. He was reasonably priced and his workers were fabulous. They came every day they were supposed to on time. They did excellent work. They were so friendly and professional. Everyone did an excellent job, the stone installer, the cabinet installers and the tile man. We could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend Yanis Remodeling.

We purchased a new house in Irvine and we needed a contractor to help us with the design and the execution of our project in a timely manner as we were staying in a hotel. Just had a bathoom remodel/addition completed by Yanis Remodeling and couldnt be happier. We had a complex job that required a relocation of our water heater and furnace plus the addition of a shower turning an existing 1/2 bath into a 3/4 bath. The contractors used were experts in their specialities and was apparent in their quality of work. Mohamed had great communication and made daily trips to our house to keep a pulse on the project that was completed on-time and on-budget. Highly recommended.

Yanis took time out of his busy schedule to help me select a counter top for my kitchen. I thought that was so awesome he was so attentive and patient, a rarity these days. Saif was so patient and kind in helping me choose the colors for my cabinets, and walls I was very reluctant at first with the colors he suggested but I am so happy I took his advice it came out beautifully, just has he said it would.The quality of their work is simply outstanding - every detail was perfectly executed. They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire project, keeping us informed every step of the way. The crew was professional, respectful, and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.We are so happy with our new kitchen and painted walls - it looks like it belongs in a magazine! The transformation of our kitchen and living room and den is amazing it feels like a whole new room which belongs in a magazine, we felt comfortable having them work in our home and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My remodeling project was done a few months ago . Originally I was not going to write a review but more I think about it more I realize this guy needs to be appreciated. Let me be honest we did hit a few bumpy roads toward the end but overall Mohammad did a great job in a very efficient way. Although it was a big project ( top to bottom renovation), he managed to finish everything in only a few weeks . He is very good at listening and always on time .Hamid

We hired Yanis Remodeling to do a major home renovation. They were the only contractor to give us a detailed line item quote for all the work and material required and able to complete the work in approximately 2 months.The crew was professional and trustworthy and the workmanship was excellent.There were a couple hiccups during the process, but all the issues were addressed in a timely manner and the end result was so worth it.
