We have been using JP Plumbing for years and service has been consistently great. They have replaced both our water heaters, a water softener, two toilets, a garbage disposal, installed washing machine hookups, and made numerous repairs. Great to have a reliable go-to for such an important aspect of our home infrastructure!

Excellent company to work with. I called for a rough estimate on a water softener and a water heater. The final estimate and bill were right on that mark. They came out same day for precise estimate and next day once I accepted the quote. Quality work, reasonably priced, and Corey was knowledgeable and answered all questions.

Hired JP Plumbing to replace our water heater. Joe set me up with the right unit for us and quoted us a fair price. Installation was timely and done well by the install crew. I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Conflicted on this review because the installation price and work the guys put into getting my water heater installed was great, but the logistics of it couldve been improved. Ordered water heater from home Depot, needed certain size tank to fit the enclosure it was in, only had a few inches of room to spare, the tank needed to be less than 22 inches to sit without removing other piping around the area. Tank took a week to arrive, jp picked up the tank the day before install, jp arrives for install without the tank, says someone else picked it up without him knowing, he starts removing old tank, new tank arrives and it is dented and busted up to the point he cant install it. Both of the guys worked their butts off to find a new one to fit from home depot, and did the refund for me, installed the new heater and it was good to go! Just think the tank shouldve been inspected when it was picked up from home depot initially the day before by jp. I would recommend jp to others though.

Replaced our water heater and mentioned their water treatment services. The tech spoke with belief in their product but didnt try to oversell. More of a recommendation and information thing. Big turn off when you get oversold. Its OK to believe in your product and recommend it and the tech did it just right! Pleased with the service and would highly recommend them!

I dont write many reviews, I only write reviews after years of service and JP is the best crew there is! We bought an older house, a few years ago, that has had multiple issues with pipes. When JP fixes the issue its solid. Weve had at least 3 different plumbers out to the house. One to fix valves & faucets in bathroom, laundry room & sprinkler closet, one to replace corroded metal pipes in the kitchen, and today a main line clog. Michael got to the house right away and quickly cleared out tree roots form our gigantic Silver Maple. As always very little mess was created and what mess there was, was cleaned before he left, The other thing Michael and others have done is give us helpful pointers and fully explain the issue. Additionally, they provide honest professional service the $$$ is always more than reasonable. Thanks Michael for getting our drain clear and continuing to provide top notch service, yall are lifesavers.

I purchased a water heater, through Home Depot, and JP Plumbing was the assigned installer. Couldnt be happier about that! Everyone I worked with was professional and personable. The installers worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves, completely. Great attitude continued even beyond the work that was done. I would definitely use them, in the future, for any plumbing needs!

My service was above and beyond. The dishwasher I purchased was an inch deeper than my old one, this would have been a big problem if Home Depot had to install it. They most likely would’ve said I had to return it. Cory (JP PLUMBING) found a work around And the dishwasher fits perfectly! He was polite, kept me posted on what he was doing and even cleaned up after!

The most recent service I had from JP was a water heater change out and drain cleaning. Ken was the technician that completed the work and he was a top notch guy, very knowledgeable and efficient. We were struggling to find someone to install our heat pump for our pool. We called all over and everyone said they didnt do that kind of work. Left multiple messages with a guy the pool place suggested. He didnt bother even calling back. Called JP and they came out within a couple days and had our heat pump all plumbed and ready to go that day. We were so happy with their friendliness, knowledge and outstanding customer service. Would 100% recommend and use them for any plumbing needs.

J P Plumbing was recommended to me by two different friends so I knew they had to be good. I called them up and Joe was very friendly and provided me with a rough estimate right over the phone. The next day Corey came to our house and busted out the skills! He did excellent work and even offered to help me move a dresser out of my house. That is going above and beyond! These guys are very professional, do exceptional work and even their prices were very affordable. I will definitely use J P in the future and cant recommend them enough. If you call them up you wont be disappointed.

Outstanding company! Hired purely based on reviews and they definitely lived up to their Five Star Rating! Corey came by and was completely professional, honest with his work and charged us very fairly for what was done. Even came back the next day to finish up something on the exterior that would ensure our pipes would not be vulnerable to wind damage again. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs, and they were able to quote us accurately based solely on pictures we sent in of damage. I will call them again for our future plumbing needs. Joe and his company are fantastic. We wanted to replace the toilets in our 3 bathrooms that were 15 years old with new ones having the new flushing technology and taller. Joe met with us to go over the different models and helped my wife pick out the ones she liked in the colors she liked. The installed them in ½ a day and we threw away the plungers.Then recently we bought a new refrigerator. When the installers went to take the old one out the water value would not shut off it just spun in circles. It was just after 5pm and I was desperate, so I tried calling Joe. He answered and said it would be a 5 minute job to replace the value so I wouldnt have to wait another day for the installers to come back. He stopped by on his way home and replaced the value. I don’t know many plumbers or even friends that would do something like that for me.I’ve recommended Joe and J.P. Plumbing to numerous friends. He is the Best of Omaha, Best of Nebraska, and Best of the USA.

They showed up and replaced a burst pipe on shirt notice. The lead time for other contractors was a week and they got out in 24 hours. I actually forgot to pay them for like a month. Just spaced it off. They sent a bill. They called yesterday a month later and were so polite. I paid over the phone with a card. It didnt feel like a shakedown lol, rather just a reminder. Great customer service.

Corey came out did a process of elimination to find the water leak coming from the ceiling. He did a great job finding the leak which came from the pipe behind the wall and fixed it. Corey from J P Plumbing came out to diagnose my water pressure/flow issues in my house. Multiple plumbers before him had quoted me $3000 for the replacement of my service line without checking any valves or the meter. Corey checked everything, decided it was probably the stop valve, and replaced it. Total cost: $308. He was fantastic, quick, on time, and professional and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
