    We hired Precision Home Design & Remodeling for a full home renovation & a room addition. Simon guided us throughout the entire process which included detailed blueprints and architectural/engineered plans, which made everything run smoothly. We had done other projects in our previous home with a different contractor which wasnā€™t as smooth as we would have liked, luckily we came across Simon from Precision Home Design & Remodeling.The new kitchen is stunning, featuring modern appliances and an open layout thatā€™s perfect for entertaining. The three updated bathrooms are beautifully designed, combining functionality with style.The entire process, from planning to execution, was seamless. The design integrated perfectly with the existing structure, creating a cohesive look.The extra space has made a huge difference, providing a comfortable area for relaxation and family gatherings.     We could not more highly recommend SD Precision Home Design. We worked with Adam on three bathroom remodels and a full kitchen remodel. From inception to completion, Adam and his team of artisans helped us fulfill our unique vision. We felt very safe, despite the pandemic, working from home, through all the construction . The personnel were professional, timely, on budget, clean and the work was impeccable. We very much appreciated the advice of Adam and the flexibility he offered us throughout the process.     I had the pleasure of working with Eric, the project manager from Precision Company, on my kitchen and flooring remodel. I couldnt be happier with the results! Eric is an absolute professional, he made the entire process very simple and stress-free.     I recently had a 1,200 sq/ft accessory dwelling unit (ADU) constructed on my property, and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. from start to finish the process was efficient and professional. the initial consultation with Simon was thorough. The design team and Simon took the time to understand my vision and provided valuable suggestions that enhanced the functionality of the space. There are knowledgeable about local regulations, which made the permitting process smooth. Simon and the team were skilled and detail-oriented. They adhered to timelines and maintained a clean worksite throughout the project. Regular updated kept me informed about progress, and any concerns I had were addressed promptly. The finished ADU exceeded my expectations. The layout is both functional and stylish, perfectly suited for guests or rental opportunities.     I just started a kitchen remodel in early March 2020 using Precision. Im always skeptical using a new company but I must say we are 2 weeks in and I have been totally impressed. Renen is always willing to meet at a time thats convenient for me, usually after hours. His subs are clean, respectful and nice!!! We still have a few weeks to go but I feel totally confident and at ease. Renen has made this process easy and fun. Lastly, the price was very competitive. Ill update my review after the remodel is done! REVIEW UPDATE: June 2020 Remodel took longer than expected but it was all COVID related. Renen and staff got the job done while following all the rules. We had a couple small issues along the way but Renen handled them just like I would if I owned my own business! He stands true to his word and his contract price was the final price (except things I added on). I will 100% use them in the future for bathroom, ADU and other projects. After everything was done I felt like Renen was a friend! Absolutely amazing. Its hard to find good, hard working people out there in a world of scammers and half a**ers, but this company is the REAL DEAL.

    We hired Precision Home Design & Remodeling to do a complete home remodel with a second story addition over a portion of the home. This included, but not limited to the addition of a 505 sqft master bedroom (w/ bath & walk-in closet), new windows throughout, all new split HVAC, new kitchen and floors, indoor laundry room, and the removal of first floor walls to open up the living area. Renen worked with his team to develop a plan that met our requirements while still well within our budget. He came through on this where many other companies could not.Damon was our Project Manager and was great throughout the project. His communication and oversight of all aspects of the remodel were instrumental in the completion on time and within the budget. With a 60 year old home there could be a lot of surprises once all the walls and floors were opened up, and there were only a few minor bumps encountered. Damon worked tirelessly with all the contractors to ensure our family was back in the home for the holidays and he worked with everyone to keep the ā€œsurprisesā€ less than 3% of the budget.Overall, Renen and Damon together delivered a great looking remodel and second story that looks like it was always part of the home. They were great to work with and I wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend them for any size project.

    Precision did incredible work remodeling our kitchen. We were very impressed right from the start at our initial quote meeting. Danny gave us suggestions of questions to ask, and how many other quotes to get (I think he could tell we had no clue what we were doing and was so kind about it). Their work was impeccable, we had heard horror stories from friends about how dusty the entire house would get but Precision worked so clean, we never had any issues of that sort. They finished early and on-budget despite the pandemic starting right in the middle of the job. Our new kitchen is gorgeous and we couldnā€™t have had a better experience!

    As good as it gets! I wish I were able to give more than just 5 stars rating to this company. Ive come across construction companies in the past, but the experience Ive had with Precision is unparalleled. They show utmost professionalism on each level of interaction, from customer service, to communication, to end result. I truly believe Ive had the best home remodeling company working on my room addition project. We started with the architectural plans, that took approx 10 weeks to approve. Measurements, drafts, suggestions were accurate the first time, and after the plans were approved by the City, we moved on with the project. Each day of work, I was getting a full report on the progress and/or issues that we were having. During the entire project we were constantly living in the house, and first I was worried when the work began. I didnt exactly know what to expect, but Steve, our project manager, was here every day, overseeing the process, and giving us a heads up a day in advance as to what to expect. My extra 490 sq.ft. master bedroom with bath came out absolutely incredible. The whole project was very smooth (obviously there were some problems along the way, but Steve handled everything and resolved the issues fast). Over all the project took almost 6 months, including the plans. I will not consider any other company for my future home improvement projects, except Precision Home Design & Remodeling. The name of the company speaks for itself! Steve and the whole crew have not just my gratitude, but that of my whole family as well!

    I had an incredable experience working with this company. My grandparents decided to upgrade their home, and because of their senior age, I had to approve the scope of work and review that my grandparents are not taken for a ride. Even though they are perfectly capable to make such decisions for themselves, it was a formality they had to go through. It proved me that Precision is a very responsible company which I and my family could trust. They are very honest and transparent too. The kitchen renovation process had been easy and smooth.     Well organized company. They worked with me and listened to what I wanted. Their kitchen designer worked with me to come up with a plan that suits my 1926 Spanish revival cottage. They helped by increasing my counter space and cabinet space, even though itā€™s a very small L-shaped floor-plan.The plans were drawn up quickly with no issues. They worked very well with the inspectors, and made sure that everything met the City Codes.The project manager sent us pictures and communicated on a daily basis even when we were on a vacation in Europe.The workers were easy to work with and I liked the professionalism of the whole crew and I could trust them even when I wasnā€™t home.Iā€™m extremely pleased with my new kitchen and Iā€™m thrilled to start working in my upgraded beautiful kitchen again.Give them a chance donā€™t hesitate

    Yelp Review: Precision Home RemodelPrecision did a beautiful job on our bathroom. Several years later, we decided to rehire them for our kitchen. Throughout both jobs all of the workmen were courteous and highly skilled. They were a joy to have around and to interact with. With our bathroom, Renen gave us 5-star-treatment and a lot of valuable input. He met us at several locations to select our materials and give us professional advice.On the kitchen job, things were approached a little differently. We were on our own as to picking materials. We did receive great help at numerous venders and final input from the project manager. Sagi, the project manager, was very focused on completing the job in a timely manner. He came over almost every day when work was being done (sometimes 2X a day) and was always responsive to our calls and texts. He responded promptly to all concerns and was always available for communication. We grew to appreciate his honest and direct manner of speaking. His sense of humor helped to ease the inevitable frustrations that might come with any remodeling job.We are quite pleased with our beautiful new kitchen completed December 23, 2021.     Five stars customer service, Five stars workmanship ! For the past 5 years we were thinking about remodeling our kitchen. Two years ago we started collecting bids from home improvement companies. we never thought that the hardest part is actually to choose the right company. Some companies were way too expensive, other were too pushy. When Precision Home Design & Remodeling project manager David came to bid the project we felt the connection right away, he wasnā€™t pushy at all and he actually patiently educated us about the cons and pros of each different subject like Quartz or Granite countertop, the advantages of the pullout trash and drawers, he even helped us with choosing the right colors and design, It was worth while waiting two years! We are very picky with everything we do and it sounds crazy but we took at least 10 estimates! cost wise Precision weā€™re right in the middle and was definitely a good buy.

Moti Broogell was our Project Manager, very professional and helped us to find the best deals when we were buying the materials.     I give Precision 5 well-deserved stars for its excellent customer service, transparency, and client counseling on construction in general. We did not know where even start until after we met with Danny. He informed us about all our options and educated about the importance of permits. This is a very serious company and they donā€™t cut corners.

    Had our kitchen redone and it came out beautiful! While there were some bumps, as there always is in construction, Renen always took care of the issue. I canā€™t say enough about his responsiveness. Even after the job is done and he was paid in full Renen would respond and address every detail of any issue, no matter how small.

    I highly recommend Renen!! Canā€™t say enough positive things about himā€¦ I asked him to quote my kitchen remodel. He was prompt, courteous, very professional, HONEST & KIND! Weā€™re flipping a rental house and have a very tight budget so weā€™ve ended up doing a lot of the re-no ourselves, wishing we could have hired Renen. Even though we couldnā€™t afford to hire him, he kindly ran our purchase of travertine flooring through his account at a local wholesale/designer showroom, saving us hundreds of dollars.     Simply amazing. Drew and his team at Precision Home Design have excelled in every way possible.Precision did a full kitchen remodel for me. Drew listened carefully to every detail we were interested in, offered good suggestions and helped us through the design. What I really respected was when he didnt know an answer he admitted that, and asked for time to get in contact with one of the experts on his team, instead of just telling me whatever I wanted to hear to make a sale. Those experts came back quickly and answered my questions/concerns. I never had to wait long and I always got a well thought out answer from the people who knew what they were doing.During the process Drew, the project manager, showed up EVERY DAY that his employees were here to check on the progress & ensure quality. Hed check in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with how things were going. I have had other contractors in the past and not a single one of them put in the kind of work this team did to make sure everything was smooth and done the way I wanted it.He set up a regular stream of conversation and answered questions/concerns very promptly.His craftsmen were all excellent and very respectful of us and our home. Again, Ive had contractors in the past that clearly did not care. Every single person that came through our house was careful, picked up after themselves, and most importantly of all, did excellent work.I cannot recommend Precision enough. You hear We want to make our customers happy from everybody... but these guys really mean it.-----A quick piece of advice on choosing a home renovation contractor: I have learned that there are 2 kinds of contractors out there: Ones that sell materials and will then install them for you, and ones who specialize in organizing the labor. In the past we hired contractors who came to our home and showed us a catalog of the products they carried. We would be wowed by the good looking pergolas / pavers / cabinets in these catalogs and proceed in picking out what we were excited to have in our home. The problem is that these guys would then turn around and hire day laborers to install the pieces, which always resulted in poorly installed shoddy work and a shocking lack of respect for our home.Precision is the other kind: They will point you to some stores that sell the kinds of things you are interested in, or introduce you to their craftsmen who build the things you want, and leave it to you to pick out what you want them to install. They will help and guide you, but you arent buying the materials from them so they arent invested in selling you a product. They sell you the labor, which means that they have put work in making sure the people who work for them are the best. That the people installing these beautiful cabinets are people who care about making sure it is put in right.Ive been burned so many times by previous contractors, the high quality work from these guys has absolutely blown me away. I cannot thank them enough.Please excuse my poor photos, they dont do these guys work justice.

    We got our dream kitchen thanks to Precision Home Design! Renen and his team are professional and kind. I especially appreciated Renens willingness to hear our concerns and work with us to find the right course of action. My husband and I were very involved in the entire process (which we know isnt always easy for contractors and their teams), but they were gracious and understanding. Our project manager, Sagi, would send messages almost every evening to let us know the scope of work that was planned for the following day (per our request). We also had specific requests in an effort to be environmentally conscientious and did earn a Green rated certification for our kitchen. It was a learning experience for us and Precision and due to a great flow of communication, we pulled it off! We love our beautiful custom kitchen and cannot recommend Precision enough.     Sagi helped us envision the remodel, shopped with us or made suggestions for appliances and major fixtures, and was just available every step of the way.All the work was top notch. We did a complete home remodel - flooring, master bath, kitchen, entryway, laundry room - no room of the house was spared at least some minor work. When our plumbing (original cast iron pipes from the 50s) became non-functional mid-project, they replaced the whole drainage system under the house fast and for a reasonable price (I compared pricing).Id highly recommend them.

    We have just had our bathroom remodeled by Precision Home Design and Remodeling. They did an excellent job. Our bathroom went from a old dingy everyday bathroom, to a bathroom that we are almost afraid to use because it looks so good. If we expressed a concern about something, it was promptly and courteously addressed. The workers are very polite and always show up on time. At the end of the day, they clean up their work station. If we have any more projects, we will not think twice about calling Precision Home Design and Remodeling.

    One of my best decisions was to go with Renen and Precision Home Design and Remolding for a partial remodel of my master bathroom. What I needed was a new floor and a bigger safer shower and that is precisely what I got. Im thrilled with how beautiful my floor came out, even going so far a using the tiles to create the baseboards. My shower is not only beautiful it is safe.

    We had a unique project where we undid a remodel from 1993 by the previous owner. They had closed in a vaulted ceiling living room and loft to make a 4th bedroom. Renen and his team knew exactly what to do and the re-remodel turned out beautiful and back to the original floorplan. The only problems we had were fighting with the city for permits because they didnt get what we were doing. Renen hounded the city planner daily and finally got things approved with the intervention of the city planners supervisor. The workmanship by Precision is very professional and Renen goes the extra mile to keep his clients happy.
