We purchased a new house and needed our floors redone before move in. Octo property services were so easy to work with, fast, and excellent results. We love the new floors, are so grateful for the quality work, and the communication throughout the whole process. We have a long list of other renos we want to do and will only go to OPS for the work.

Jake from Octo Property Services has come out to perform maintenance on a house we are renting. Both times he has been very helpful and efficient. He even took care of a couple of routine maintenance items that we would not have otherwise been aware of, but definitely needed to be taken care of. Im very satisfied with the work that was done.

After the last rain, there were two leaks at my house. One in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen pantry. I noticed both leaks on Sunday night and Octo had their technicians at my house on Monday. They were able to discover the source of both leaks, one of which was not easy to detect.After the dry-out, they replaced the dry wall and painted the walls and ceiling which looked better than new. They did an amazing job with matching the paint color. Their technicians were at my house for about a week and they were all very professional and completely cleaned their work space at the end of each day. Octo was reliable, communicated the scope of the job, provided a detailed estimate and was great to work with. I have asked them to give me a quote on other maintenance items around the house.
