Ive dealt with a lot of Contractors in my day, most of them are average builders with a major issues when it comes to organizational paperwork and keeping me up to speed on issues that are important to me. They have a site where I can see photos of the progress and get daily reports. Matt and Thayer make sure that when I call somebody qualified to answer my questions answers my questions. Sometimes only my Architect or Engineer can answer these question and they are never available; so Matt, Thayer and the rest of the office staff relentlessly push these professionals so we are all able to continue progressing on the project. This is a must in Construction. We need to collect rents as soon as possible to make these projects pencil. I cannot wait to find them the next project..... JB
