We have been members with Huff Plumbing for years and really appreciate the service. They are quick and prompt, incredibly professional and always helpful. Pricing is pretty steep ( + $600 for a sink faucet replacement, we ended doing ourselves for -$200) even with the discount, so don’t look for cheap work but they do good work.Huge shout out to Bryce who just rebuilt my sewer line, dude is great!!!

I was so impressed with this company. I drove out from Colorado to have the main waterline replaced. They were on time and respectful. They were able to troubleshoot the area. Explain to me what they found when they begin to dig and why we need to go around the area. They trenched out a new area put in my brand new waterline, and did a repair under the house. After being inspected the following morning, they buried the line and I was able to have my new parking lot put in place. I’m very pleased with this company. I was not given a moment of runaround as I was with another company, I was working with shortly after. I highly recommend Steve Huff Plumbing! Thank you, very much!

It is so nice to find a company that knows the true meaning of customer service. A very courteous and professional lady called me back in record time to help me set up an appointment. Brad called when he was on the way and showed up at the appointed time. He thoroughly inspected all areas of concern and then sat with me and explained all options available for the work that needed to be done. Once I decided on the best option for us he said he would come back the next day with some helpers and get everything (which was a lot!) done that day. He was true to his word....he did not stop until every item was taken care of to our satisfaction. He was personable and professional through the whole process and I felt very confident in his work. I commend his work ethic and highly recommend this company. Very pleased!

Kirk from Steve Huff is awesome.He came out on a weekend within an hour of calling to help us with an issue. We purchased a new home and less than 24 hours of living there, chaos ensued with a pipe outside and water in my basement. The pipe outside, It was filled with tree roots and dirt. He used a tool to pull out multiple piles of roots and dirt. He was up front with pricing, and is very knowledgeable. He helped us understand the problem, and explained options. He created a plan to ensure this issue will be taken care of in a timely manner.10/10 recommend.

I had an emergency situation. Steve Huff had ppl out here within hours.Josh Gilliam & Brendon came out to assess the issue even tho it was 5pm & time for them to go home. Instead they came here and stayed here. Assessing everything that needed to be done working up different options for me to choose from as far as price ranges go.They wanted to ensure that they were able to fix what needed to be fixed and on a budget and I was able to afford. As Josh went over the estimates, he was so kind so patient so helpful and understanding which I appreciate so much. They stayed here until all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with the work moving forward.Josh and Brendon we’re here the very next morning to start working. They were on time and they always let you know before they are coming and who is coming.Before they started doing the work, they asked if I had any questions concerns I went through every thing that they were going to do they did the work without rushing and they did an amazing job. While they were working they would explain what they were doing and why they were doing it.Upon finishing the job, they took the time to show me everything that was done. They explain to me what they did why they did it, and how it worked.I am amazed by their knowledge. It did not matter what question I had Josh knew the answer to any and all questions. I had the pleasure of working with Sam Fields today as he helped address some plumbing issues at my home. He thoroughly reviewed everything with me, presenting multiple options for resolving the problems, and was incredibly patient as I took my time to make a decision. We had a leaking faucet in one of the bathrooms, needed to replace the main outdoor faucet, and had two additional exterior faucets that were non-functional. Sam took the time to crawl under all areas of the house to assess each issue, providing fair and competitive pricing for every option.While we ultimately decided to replace only one item, Sam remained kind and courteous throughout the entire process. He had the necessary supplies on hand and was able to complete the repair the same day. I contacted Steve Huff Plumbing on Wednesday about a leaky water heater. We made arrangements for them to come out Friday morning. Today, Thursday, as I was coming home from work I got a call telling me they had a technician who was available if I would like them to come today. Of course I said yes. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate on site and I agreed to the work. Chris was very personable and explained in detail everything he was doing and did a great job installing the water heater and bringing the hookups and water pressure up to current standards (my house is 60 years old). I liked the way he explained why something was being done in a way that made sense to me. We lost the use of both of our bathrooms days after moving into our new home. A technician was able to arrive the next day and assess the situation - improperly plumbed drains, a bad main sewer line, and a surprise septic tank that was not disclosed in the sale or caught during inspection. James was polite, communicative, and open about what he discovered and provided us with several possible levels of service to remedy the situation.Two days later we had a brand-new main line, re-done drains with functioning vents, and two new working toilets in place. All of the employees on hand were a joy to deal with. They kept us informed about every step of the service and were extremely respectful of our property, taking care to be neat and clean indoors despite rain and mud making a mess of things outside. Everyone worked hard while on-site and got the job done in a timely fashion.The service was not cheap!! But we knew there would be no additional surprises following the initial sticker shock. We were guaranteed the work stated for the price quoted, and we now have peace of mind knowing that a truly professional plumbing job has been done. I will definitely use them again.Added: I had them come out for a couple of extra tasks and was once again very pleased.Added 2/11/2024If I could give 5 stars to the service and another 5 stars to their diamond rewards program I would! I needed emergency service for a blocked main. The joys of a 124 year old house meant the clay sewer pipes were eventually going to lose their battle with the roots from the trees and bushes. I called out for emergency service and got them to replace the sewage and supply lines (since they would be digging anyway).I mainly signed up for the diamond membership to have the emergency coverage but didnt realize how beneficial it would be.They handled everything with the city inspectors and got us hooked back up in short order.As always the crew they sent was fantastic!Added 10/22/2024 I had them out to do my annual descaling/flush of my tankless hot water heater and general check of the plumbing and they were wonderful as always.
