    Called in the morning and they came on the same day in the afternoon. The CSR Abby was very helpful, friendly and professional. Manuel the plumber replaced the flapper and fill valve inside the toilet tank and was in and out within 30 minutes. Great experience from start to finish. Very pleased with communication and quality of work. Highly recommend Pink Duck Plumbing!!

    I cant recommend Pink Duck Plumbing enough! They respond quickly, do quality work, and are friendly. They also are respectful of your home--taking care not to leave a mess behind. Justin was our plumber, and he took the time to explain different options that could help prevent similar leaks in the future. Pink Duck also sends a text notifying you when the plumber is on his way and includes his picture and a tracking feature so that you will know who will arrive at your home and when. Our family definitely will use Pink Duck for future plumbing needs!

    I called Pink Duck after realizing my hot water heater was leaking. They had a plumber to my house that same afternoon and quickly diagnosed the issue and needed solution. The install was smooth, customer service exceptional, and the plumber, Manuel, was amazing. The upfront and fair pricing was a huge plus in my book too. They made a bad situation much, much better. I couldn’t recommend Pink Duck plumbing highly enough!

    Manuel has come out for two jobs for us now. One at our primary residence to replace a toilet and another time at our airbnb to fix our water heater. Both times he was fantastic, communicated so well with us and performed top knotch quality and customer service skills. Pink Duck has become our go-to plumbing company over many other well known local companies, their prices are consistently lower and the quality higher. Highly recommend them.

    I called Pink Duck plumbing after another plumber didn’t return my calls or messages for almost a week. Pink Duck came out the same day and repaired my leak in less than an hour.     Awesome awesome awesome - these guys are top professionals who bring excellence and efficiency together. Manuel, our technician, that came to my door and replaced our toilet, was extremely pleasant, personable and knowledgable. He got the job done in under 2 hours and the final result was beyond my expectations. This is an upcoming company but dont let that keep you from making an appointment with them. Theyre cost was much better than the other leading competition who in my opinion was approaching the point of extortion. These guys are working hard to be the best of the best in our area and so far they are performing well above that. You wont be dissappointed. Very thankful we made the choice to use them as it saved us well over a thousand dollars. - Jon M.

    I had the best experience with a company called Pink Duck Plumbing. The 3 owners came to my home one evening to help a lady out when she couldn’t get anyone to come. They went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them to anyone.

    My 87 year old Dad had a water leak that had made his water bill go from $50 a month to over $173 for the month. We got in touch with Brian from Pink Duck Plumbing. He found the water leak and repaired it. While he was there he also found that the water pressure PSI was over 140 and it is supposed to be under 80. He was very professional and explained each issue. We highly recommend Pink Duck Plumbing!!

    Im am tickled pink that I found Pink Duck Plumbing! They removed and replaced my leaking toilet. Sure, its a basic repair, but it sure wasnt your basic customer service. I was particular about the toilet I wanted and they went out of their way to pick it up from the supplier (about a hour round-trip out of their way) and if that wasnt amazing enough their technicians are top notch - they want to reach their 5 star rating! They are friendly, efficient, and left my bathroom as clean as how they found it. I will definitely have them back to do some additional plumbing needs (shower install and new kitchen faucet, etc.). Please call them, you wont regret it! They are reasonably priced, as well!
