After contacting multiple companies to service our residential steam boiler, Isaac was the only one that came through for us. Our long term goal is to have HVAC installed in our 1904 home but we needed to be sure the boiler was safe to use through one more season.He went above and beyond to get this system clean and safe to use while replacing a couple parts.Thanks to his care and precise work on this system, he’s earned our business for the HVAC install as well.

My HVAC fan motor went out during 3 hot days which I was without Any A/C. My home warranties recommended I&D. This is the best service I have ever received. I had called my original installer and they could not come out for nearly a week. I would recommend I&D to anyone who needs an A/C repair. I am alerting all my friends and neighbors about the quality of the service and professionalism of I&D. They were able to obtain a new fan motor (being the last one in stock) and drove 60 miles to pick it up and came back to install it that day. I was Kool from that day on!

Issac came to the rescue after our basement flooded due to a faulty pressure regulator and failed valve. He showed up and took care of business. He was also transparent about the repairs and pricing. IDM is honest and reliable. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Have you ever heard of the sin of the desert? Its knowing where the water is and not telling others. I will not be committing that sin today, because I&D Mechanical is a glass of fresh water compared to the greater HVAC industry. IDM provided fair, knowledgeable service to my family in our time of need. They came out and fixed my HVAC system that was beyond repair to the other contractors we consulted with. Frankly, the other companies saw us as easy money. Instead of having to incur debt to finance a brand new system, I wrote IDM a check for a job well done. And guess what: I will happily do so again and again, because that is what happens when you solve problems in an ethical manner. Other HVAC companies take note! The crazy thing is, beyond replacing the capacitor which had expired, IDM fixed a wiring blunder that has INCREASED the efficiency of my unit by at least 25%, maybe more! In the short-run my family has saved almost $7,000. In the long-run IDM has gained a ruthless promoter and a surefire repeat customer. Way to go IDM!

We had a great experience with IDM! I called at 2:30 pm on a Friday afternoon... spoke to Isaac for about 10 minutes about our problem and came out to check our outside HBAC unit within 30 minutes of the call, (in inclement weather I should add). Isaac was friendly and knowledgeable, he had our issue diagnosed and got the unit running again in just over half an hour after arriving at our condo. Cant recommend him enough, would give ten stars if I could and we will most definitely be calling him next time we have any HVAC (or plumbing) issues. Thank you so much for your help, Isaac! :)

WOW. I found my new plumber / HVAC provider. Very reliable which is something that can be hard to find in the TN hills.Needed a new water heater. I had originally called lowes and they screwed up the order and the installer never came when they were supposed to. glad they messed up or i would not have found IDM.Isaac put in a better quality heater for less money than the options through the big box stores. I could not be happier with the service and quality of work. It almost looks like an art installation.It is also great to be able to support a locally owned business.
