Remnant Construction did an awesome job installing a new Steel roof, new siding, windows, doors and adding a covered deck on the back of my house. He and his team were there when they said theyd be, and worked the job start to finish without jumping from one job to another.The crew was very respectful and left everyday with a clean jobsite. Im very happy with the work and services provided and will continue to recommend Remnant.

Met Benjamin at the gym. He had on a company tee shirt with his construction company info on it. At the time I knew I had a project coming up so I talked to him and got his info. Gave him a call and guess what .....HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP, unlike alot of other contractors. That in itself was half the battle. Then he followed up and sent me the estimate. That was another positive because I have found that with contractors, if they show up and decide the job is not big enough for them, they will just ghost you and you will never get an estimate. Benjamin showed up and completed the job and everything went great. I was shocked as to how smooth it went based on my experiences with other contractors. He is a nice down to earth guy and follows through. I plan to hire him in the future for other jobs. I am very happy with him and the work. Being a Realtor, I have worked with contractors for 20 yrs. Hands down one of the best!

I had several shingles blown from my roof in a recent windstorm. I was concerned that a leak would develop if not quickly repaired. I contacted several roofing companies in an attempt to obtain quotes for roof replacement. Ben provided a quote within 2 days. After a discussion we agreed to use the highly windproof GAF shingles that he recommended and that the price quoted for replacement was reasonable. Bens crew was able to begin removal and replacement 2 days later and completed the job in 2 days. Note that the roof covers about 4000 square feet, is steep at a 9/12 pitch and is 3 stories up. The crew was courteous, worked together seamlessly and did a great job cleaning up the debris. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the quick installation the team was able to accomplish.Ben was most accommodating and quickly responded to the questions that I had. I would recommend Ben and Remnant to anyone seeking a quality roof replacement.

They were all very courteous, professional and completed the job in a timely manner even as they went through some unexpected hurdles.The fence was installed properly and the pickets were aligned well.Shout out to Josh who ensured everything was properly aligned, did some fine tuning and explained everything as the job went.Would definitely recommend!

Remnant Construction did an entire remodel on our house. Our home is older and built in the 40s and had been vacant for awhile, so needless to say the work was extensive! They installed and managed all the new framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, roof, trim work, HVAC, windows/doors, siding, painting, kitchen build, new deck, etc. I mean it when I say complete remodel! They were professional, efficient, trustworthy, and great with communication! Benjamin and his crew ensured the entire process went smoothly and stayed on track. We basically got a new house! I would highly recommend!

The crew was polite, worked well as a team, arrived when expected, good work ethics with Benjamin working just as hard as his crew.He took pride in the finished product. They did a steep grade roof and replaced an attic vent with a window, and removed old pediment gable siding, replacing it with cedar shake siding. Excellent job! We have had several gusty storms since installation with none of the work being disturbed. My only negative is that the planned over estimation of gable siding —to assure having enough—resulted in my being left with several unused boxes with no way to return them. That means a loss of money and storage issue.

Benjamin and Morgan are a great team and it has been a privilege to work with them. We had some roof damage from strong winds and one evening we noticed water trickle into the house during a heavy downpour. We called Benjamin at 8:30 pm and within 30 minutes he showed up at our house having stopped by at Home Depot to pick up materials to put on the roof to temporarily stem the water leak. Benjamin worked for two hours in pouring rain to address the issue and when the work was done he refused to accept any payment for his labor and hard work !! After a lot of persuasion Benjamin and Morgan grudgingly accepted the money. I wish them all the very best and have no doubts they will continue to serve the Tricties community very well in the years to come……Rinki and Deep Bhattacharya

Benjamin and his crew did a fabulous job putting siding on my sons house and building out and trimming out the garage doors. They were very punctual and professional. The house actually looks like a totally different house! The cost was very reasonable as well!
