I was very impressed with Precision Electric from the initial conversation with June and then John, that manages the Electricians and jobs from the office. He answered ALL of my questions and provided necessary information as it related to installation of a stand by generator. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and the best in communicating with me. This conversation was the reason my decision was to hire Precision for this job. He and the office communicated scheduling and answered all issues that were encountered by me prior to install. Chris and Ross were prompt, courteous, and professional as they methodically performed all aspects of install. Despite maker of generator not providing an installation nor operating manual not to mention, several wires disconnected from module, Chris demonstrated patience, tenacity, persistence, and excellent skills, problem solving and connecting all wires as necessary without me having to return unit to the manufacturer. As a homeowner, you can be assured that the job performed will be extraordinary. No doubt..Precision Electric will be my lifelong choice for all of my Electrical needs. The company should be so proud of the service provided by John, Chris, and Ross as well as the exceptional men that they are!!!! It was a Pleasure..

Richard and his partner Ethan did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were very professional and polite. They diagnosed my problem and were able to troubleshoot quickly and resolve my issues. Both men explained what they were doing every step of the way and took the time to go over the pricing before any work was done so that I was not surprised by the cost. I was honestly thinking that this was going to cost me way more than what I was charged, but pleasantly surprised. I see some reviews on how the pricing is terrible but you have to consider the type of work being done. These guys aren’t flipping burgers so I don’t expect the work to be done cheap. Richard even took the time to explain several fire hazard issues that I was unaware of. Thank the good Lord that he took the time to let me know. I will definitely use Precision Electrical the next time an issue comes up and would recommend this company to anyone seeking electrical work.

9-26-2024. Chris and the gentleman working with him to install our generator were excellent. They worked in the pouring rain to complete the voltage checks and get everything up and running ahead of incoming inclement weather. Ads vs Reality ???We have all heard the radio spots….I can tell you the business name is accurate. :) Levi and Will were cordial, on time, informative and very professional. Having several bids, they won the job by being thorough and venturing into the ugly crawl space.Watching the work conducted was impressive and in the end, the wiring is a piece of art.My job was dull I’m sure …but swapping out a 1970 main panel was waaaaay beyond my skill.These guys are perfectionists and had everything necessary to finish the job in one day. I was so impressed with his professionalism and positive attitude that I will definitely utilize Precision Electrical Co again. I look forward to seeing him for all of my future electrical service needs.Unfortunately, I will have to call back to your company and reschedule another visit because the doorbells have to be removed from its mounting brackets and I cannot unscrew it. I apologize for not realizing this step had to be completed to activate the video doorbell. I will call back today and ask if Chris can return and remove both doorbells from its mounting brackets.It was a pleasure having Chris into my home..**Adding this update***When I called and explained my dilemma about about the two doorbells not working, I was immediately told that Chris was still in my service area and they would dispatch back to my house. Fortunately, the issue was resolved when I called back my security company and another technician advised me how to get the cameras working. I needed someone to check the wall outlets and install new overhead lighting in my cat kennel. Precision found that one of the outlets had burned and several others needed to be replaced. That was scary! They also rewired the breaker box to correct some wires and installed six new four-foot led lights. What a difference that made!! I didnt realize how dark it really was before. I did a happy dance when I saw them turned on!!!! They did a great job and were very professional. They showed up when they said they would and gave me the price on each issue before they did anything. They treated my cat kennel just like they would someones home. I really appreciate the work they did. Highly recommend!!!!

A tree in our neighbor’s pasture fell and did damage to our house, shed and the electrical service pole and wire in our back yard. Once the electric company had completely cut off power, Cody and Roger from Precision Electric had the repairs made quickly, and contacted the electric company to come and re-energize our home in quick fashion.It was late on a Friday afternoon when I called Precision but Rachel in the office and Cody and Roger were pleasant to work with and treated me like a customer should be treated.If you’re in an emergency situation and need power restored quickly, I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision based on my experience.Great job for us, folks. Our Electrician, Richard, was WONDERFUL. We had a breaker box that was smoking yesterday. Old breakers/fuses were overloaded with modern technology needs. Richard clearly explained the problem, answered all questions, and provided a clear way to repair the problem.Richard and his assistant replaced the box, ran some new outlets, and made sure that our electrical system was safe before they left.The cost was comparable to other prices we found online and were given by phone.It was not inexpensive - but neither is a house fire. And I was very pleased to find that we have a year warranty.I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Precision Electrical Company and I would likewise HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Richard.

I call Precision because of their history where we turned to thempreviously.I had a URGENT situation and I called Precision Electric...After I called the Tri City #, a secretary updated my information and accessed the urgent need...She then gave me a time frame, for the electrician to arrive.Then she called back, stating they had finished the previous job, and could they come on.I stated yes.From the time Andrew and his assistant came in, a sense of relief helped me.I showed him the receptacle the local fireman, had took off....Andrew and his assistant went downstairs and after testing its wiring, said a new receptacle was necessary. Since there were 3 other upstairs receptacle issues, I decided to have new receptacles, as needed receptacle...Four total were replaced. He tested a upstairs bedroom outlet (split foyer house) He tested a bathroom receptacle, and another living room receptacle as well. A kitchen receptacle were tested as alright too...I was @ liberty to ask questions. I appreciated that...Andrew and the assistant certainly got my confidence inPrecision.Respectfully,Rita Burleson

Our generator could not start due to problems with the propane and the several years old battery died. We called Precision Electrical in mid-morning and Chris Ambergy (and Ross) arrived in the early afternoon. They installed a new battery, checked the other functions of the generator and we were “back in business”. From the first contact, this is a truly professional organization. We called with a serious electrical problem involving our electric panel. Within a matter of a few hours, they were at our home. The service men were very professional and courteous. They explained all the details of the needed repairs and the exact cost. They completed the work promptly. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them to our friends.

Chris was and always is an outstanding Electrician. He is always polite, courteous, and professional. We have used Precision and always request Chris. He has done a lot of work out here at our house for Precision and I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend him and Precision. His helpers Noah and Daniel were awesome as well. Chris is awesome, knowledgeable and always listens and explains procedures if I do not understand. He always explains what needs to be done and lets us know how much it is going to be and how long it will take to complete. You need more electricians like Chris. I live in Erwin TN.

Jesse was AMAZING! The professionalism is off the charts. What I loved the most is how confident and knows Jesse was, I have been living in constant fear that an electrical issue was going to destroy my home. Literally. . . , to the point that I had moved my mattress the living room in order to have a quit exit route. As it turns out I had a few breaker issues and a tap the inside part of my porch light outlet was damaged causing most of the issue. Even after coming out in the middle of the night, diagnostics to determine the issues and replacing 5 face plates, installing four new outlets and re-mounting the 220 plug on my stove the price was insanely GOOD. Jesse and Stephan made me feel at ease with their vast electrical knowledge.And, the professionalism, again, was just superb. They put shoe covers on to keep my floors clean and went above and beyond.the call of duty. I will be re-wiring my home over the next year because it’s old and it is just something I want to do. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.This company is very much at the top of their game. The straightforward pricing is FAIR to the point of Ridiculously reasonable. I will NEVER use anyone else. Richard was Great!!! Once he got into my trouble he found more problems, took pictures, sent the pictures and told my insurance company what else he found Once he got deeper into my project and continued on Once he got my approval!!!
