    I have to say how much Im impressed with this company and the technician Shawn!! I came home from a long trip after being on the road for 10 hours and the temperature in my house was 90 and I panicked so I called up the office and told them what was happening. They were able to get a technician out within an hour and a half as you can see and he fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company. They are amazingly kind on the phone, super professional, and their technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and very caring. I will use them and recommend them to all my friends. Thank you again Shawn for a great job.

    Excellent at both gas plumbing and electrical work! This company installed an emergency generator with transfer switch for me, plumbed for additional propane tanks, installed a tankless waterheater, and replaced my malfunctioned circuit breaker panel, and all items work perfectly. When there were some questions and miscommunications with the installation teams, Rick and James moved mountains to make sure things turned out right.Highly recommended, ethical, competent, professional company!

    On Aug 6, R.K. Payne replaced our furnace and heat pump with Bosch systems. The three gentlemen who did the work were extremely, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. The replaced items are working exceptionally well. We are very, very satisfied.

    Would highly recommend. We had a different company tell us we needed a new furnace so we called for a second opinion. James told us the furnace actually looked great and we only needed to replace a few parts. Saved us thousands. He did the work quickly and its running great now. Will definitely call them for all our HVAC work in the future.

    I came to know RK Payne through a friend at work, and so happy I switched from a previous company. Being a life long customer from a big name in the area, I’m now treated as a person and not a number from the large company. Ben is so quick at estimating work to be done. They are also lower on estimates, something I was not seeing from the larger company. Great company and super nice people to work with.

    Excellent company, very attentive. Mike came out for my first time service call and proved his expertise right off the bat. I am in a technical field dealing with computers and electronics and Mike saw in seconds what I couldn’t spot in days of looking at my HVAC system. He pointed out a blown fuse which was my guess however I could not spot which fuse was blown until he showed me. He also effortlessly saw a burned wire in my heat pump because of experience. He repaired the burned wire and replaced the blown fuse and my system kicked right on. I would definitely recommend R K Payne to anyone looking for HVAC service. 5 stars.

    I have had RK Payne service for a number of years. Being very satisfied with their service and professionalism, a little over a year ago I had them install two new Carrier systems in my home and another in a guest house. Their price was very competitive and their installation was flawless. The systems have been performing flawlessly and improved our quality of life immensely. These guys are top notch to deal with.

He has installed 2 heat pumps for me and serviced them effectively for all those years.     Fantastic customer service! R.K. Payne recently replaced the coil on our heat pump, all covered under the warranty. Although it took a few days for the part order (due to the heat wave and a limitation on parts availability), they got the system back up and running the day the part arrived. Friendly and professional service!!

    We recently had a heat pump system put in at our house and it has been working like dream. The whole experience was top notch from start to finish. I especially appreciate the care they took with my grandma who knew nothing about the system and when we lost power one day and the system did not automatically come back on with the power and they shot right out to walk her through everything about the system rebooting. Tracy and his crew were courteous and would recommend them to everyone!!!

    These guys came out on a Monday because my AC was out, They were here on time they were so nice and polite. They showed me exactly where the A/C unit was leaking gave me very knowledgable advice on what I should do but (although I couldnt afford to replace the whole system they worked with me on replacing the outside) Quoted me a very fair price on replacing my outside unit. They were here the very next day to install my A/C. and convert my refrigerant to the cheaper kind along with replacing my thermostat and did an awesome job!! I will recommend them to everyone I know as busy as this time of year is they made time for us (my mom has breathing issues). So thanks so much guys you were AWESOME!!!

    RK Payne installed 2 21 SEER Carrie units in the spring of 2020. They said I would see drastic changes in performance an electric usage. I will have to say they were 100 percent correct. My electric usage has gone down 1000 kw each month and my house is much cooler. There service is outstanding and very reliable.

    James came to the house (at the appointed time) for bi-annual maintenance on two dissimilar units. He was extremely thorough during his electro-mechanical inspection and testing. Found that a fan motors bearings (in an outside unit) were worn and about to fail. Good find before the winter season kicks into full swing. James offered various options. Decided to replace the non-Crane unit.Look forward to getting a new heating/cooling unit from RKP as the old unit was around sixteen (16) years old. Will then have two Crane heating cooling units.Thank you to James and to the RKP team!!! Good people with a very good product.
