RR did a great room addition and built a mudroom and bathroom into an existing garage. Absolutely beautiful work. The few problems that occurred were remedied fairly and with no fighting about it. Very easy people to work with and very helpful with presenting alternative solutions. I cannot be more pleased with the result and would hire them again without giving it a second thought! Fabulous craftsmanship and awesome human beings too.

Radical Renovations built our custom home four years ago. They did a great job and introduced us to alternative materials that have proven to last longer and provide a higher quality finished product.Since the initial build they have stood behind their work and addressed any issues that came up. We have also asked them to come out to add extra amenities. Big or small Eric and his team have always responded quickly and made us a priority.Radical Renovations has also helped with our rental properties and my office. Any issue, big or small, Radical has offered the same reliable service and quality. I highly recommend Radical Renovations. Eric genuinely cares and it comes through with his work.

I would unequivocally recommend Radical Renovations for any construction project. We recently purchased a two-year-old home and wanted to install a gas fireplace and add character to a large great room. Eric built a beautiful focal point wall which included a floor to ceiling tile center with a linear gas fireplace, tile mantle, and a flush Picture TV surrounded by beautiful built-in cabinets.Eric is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable, and communication was excellent. The staff and sub-contractors whom he employs are outstanding workers. I would particularly like to commend Alex who was meticulous at his work.Eric is of the opinion that the work is not complete until the customer is completely satisfied which is a rare belief today.

Radical Renovations completed two highly custom projects for us - a custom bathroom and a complete gut/redesign of a pool house. The work was done to a high level of quality and communication was excellent. As with all custom jobs, there were a lot of moving parts and not everything was able to be specified up front. The Radical Team did their best to always explain the various options throughout the project to ensure that the final product met our expectations in both design and cost. Highly recommend

I used Radical Renovations (Eric) for a complete rip-out and remodel of my house. I am picky and have very high expectations of people I hire and Eric met all my expectations, even the ones I know I am a little overboard about. He is patient and diligent and stands by his work 100% and the work of any Subs he brings in. He is well priced and will do everything you need to make sure you are happy with the work that is done. I am planning on buying a property next and will have Eric build that house 100%. Highly recommend him and his team.

My wife and I bought a house in Bryn Mawr in an estate sale that had many issues (structural, plumbing, electrical, etc.). We chose Radical Renovations after carefully reviewing and interviewing a number of design-build firms in the area, and we couldnt be happier with our choice.Eric and his team at Radical Renovations were meticulous and thoughtful in working through our project, which included a major addition, new kitchen, new bathrooms, and basically a complete gut-renovation and modernization of the existing house. They creatively incorporated much of the charm of the existing home into the finished product while building in all the premium finishes and smart home features of a modern, custom-built home. And most importantly, when surprises came up throughout the project (which is inevitable in a big project in an old home like ours), we didnt have to worry because Eric and his team had the knowledge and experience to work through them seamlessly.If youre looking for a contractor with a high level of integrity and attention to detail, and someone you can trust to do your project the right way and do it well, then I cannot recommend anyone more highly!
