February 19th 2021 the pipes broke in are new house flooding it out. February 22nd I called Dr Watts and the next morning February 23rd they had Jess and Sean at are house doing repairs and getting the electricity running right. They explained everything they did and gave us a great documentation for the insurance company.

Really professional Vicky call me to let me know the Jerl services man was in his way to my house; he explained all the work need it and give me quotes for all the job and different part of them so I can choose .Jerl arrived next day and star working moved services and electrical panel and more all the work looks excellent everything when great. Had Dr Watts to my home today. Jerl was very professional. He explained everything so I could understand. He replaced 2 lights in my livingroom and fixed a plug in my bathroom. Highly recommend them.

Sean was was very professional did great work. He knew exactly what the problem was after explaining the issues. The prices were a little expensive but overall good service.

The technician was very thorough and explained what he was doing and what we can do to help our ac run better and prevent future problems. I would recommend this company to others and will call them of I have any other issues with any electric issues I may have in the future.
