    Our washer quit working and AHS referred CSM to fix the issue. I received a call the same day and they came out and fixed our washer the next day! Everything was smooth, easy and our washer is now working. Great service!!!

    I was todays years old when I learned a television could leak. You read that right- my television was leaking. Another subtle reminder that we know very little in the universe of infinite knowledge.I own a 6 year old Samsung 55 smart tv that I am very fond of, however I was experiencing power issues. The TV would often power itself back on without warning after having been turned off, and eventually became difficult to power on. About four weeks ago the TV stopped turning on all together, and made an odd mouse-like squeak as it was attempting to turn on. I called Samsung about the problem and they first tried selling me a new TV. Resolute in my desire to have my TV repaired, I told Samsung I was not interested and needed my TV serviced. Samsung quoted me $100 for pickup, $100 for the appointment, and any additional parts and labor would be added to the final bill. The approximated quote I received was between $280-$680. I decided to inquire elsewhere and was led to CSM Electronics.I dropped my TV off with Shereka on Friday afternoon just before closing. The initial cost to have my TV diagnosed with CSM Electronics was $65, and she informed that the cost of the diagnostic would go toward the cost of the repair. Today is Tuesday and Mr. William called me from the shop this morning to inform me my TV is ready for pickup. The total cost of my repair is less than just the cost of pickup from Samsung alone. Im aware that my case is special and this will not be true for every repair, but my experience could have been much different. This shop had the power to charge an astronomical price for the repair but they were honest and fair. Over the phone, Mr. William was kind and respectful. CSM Electronics performed the repair much quicker than I anticipated as well, and for all of these reasons, I can say Mr. William is running an ethical company and will retain my future business.

    To be clear, they didn’t actually repair anything for me, but that is why I was so impressed. I am in Austin, they are in Killeen, and LG referred me to them to get a warranty repair. We quickly discovered I am outside of their service range, and yet Willie still took the initiative to walk me through the process of what LG was supposed to do, but hadn’t in the 2 hours and 4 representatives of effort I’d already spent with them. He told me exactly what I needed to ask for when I called LG back and what the process was supposed to be.....and all of this after it was clear he would get no money from my business. Just amazing customer service and a caring person so I would definitely recommend CSM Electronics!!!!

    CSM Electronics is great. I have a large Sony tailgate 350 watt speaker that several places, to include Best Buy, would NOT fix. This shop was recommended from the electronics repair shop on base. At first I was told NO because Sony doesnt sell parts to unauthorized repair shops. I insisted they at least run diagnostics to see why it wasnt working. They did. It was the main board and they were able to repair it at half the cost of a new speaker. It took less than a week. Im am very pleased with CSM and will continue to do business with them in the future. The staff was very friendly as well and communicated with me regularly until pick-up. My thanks to this business and staff.

    Great customer service and extremely professional. Came through during covid-19 with mask and was one of the only companies willing to inspect during these times. Recommended by modern appliances for TV inspection that we thought got damaged during Army move.Extremely fast, clear inspection. Cost was about $85. Highly recommend. He also informed me that they fix appliances.

    This company is awesome. Very professional - excellent customer service. Work with us on a Insurance claim. They kept us up to date on the progress and explain what the process would be to get the TV fixed or replaced. I would recommend them to anyone. I can not say enough good things about this company from the owners to the staff.

    I brought in a tv that had a green screen. They were honest about the repair and said the re-installed the original piece and it worked. They didnt charge me anything except the diagnostic fee and said if it broke again within 60 to bring back for free repair

    This company is GREAT!!!!! Not only did they do an awesome job repairing my TV about a year to year and a half ago, but also went way above and beyond looking back in their records today to get me the much needed serial number from the TV they had repaired! WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!!
