    Drainpro Plumbing came through in the CLUTCH! With our 1st big home owner repair the search was dreadful. I went on the hunt requesting estimates to get our entire kitchen drain replaced from the big boy companies and man they were killing us with $7,000-$8,000 in estimates. I decided to try to find someone local and found Erick & his company and boy he was a life saver... destroying the big boy companies. So a deal was done and man I wasnt expecting the job to be done perfect but boy was I wrong! Erick broke everything down with an awesome invoice of details, pricing and what was being done on the inside & outside. Clean up was be amazing the inside & outside was spotless. His crew knocked out the job in two days! Mind blow! Looked like the inside of my kitchen wasnt even touched! Flawless. It was done so smoothly. My father-in-law who is handy man but is up there in age so he couldnt tackle this big job and said the guys did an amazing job!.     First time I used drain Pro plumbing services and Erick. He picked up the phone, listen to my request and gave me a proposal. He was on time for the inspection and did exactly what he had to do to hook up a carbon whole house filter to my condo. He was prepared, he was easy to talk to and did exactly what was needed. I am a home inspector and I am always on the lookout for mistakes and shortcuts as that is my job. In my profession we have to be a little bit OCD as we find a lot of things that are done incorrectly . Ericks work was impeccable. He made recommendations and completed the job thoroughly. I will definitely utilize Ericks services in the future.

    Erick was able to jump on a phone call with me during an emergency with my water heater, walked me thru the shutoff and showed up the next business day ready to repair or replace the heater. His team and himself worked quickly and installed our water heater in no time, very easy to communicate with also. He also submitted all permits thru the city for me. Highly recommended!

    Eric did an outstanding job inspecting the sewer line for our home under contract. We needed the inspection on a Saturday, and he made it happen, which we really appreciated. Access to the sewer main wasn’t straightforward, but Eric went above and beyond by removing one of the toilets to get the job done. He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough, explaining his findings clearly. He also provided a detailed report with estimated repair costs.     We had a late night shower leak emergency at 9:00 PM. Erick immediately showed up, replaced the faucet and sealed the leak. He even taught me in depth what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. He also fixed a water pressure problem in another bathroom for no additional charge! Cannot recommend him enough, would give him 6 stars if I could.

    This guy was excellent from beginning to finish. He came out on an emergency for one of my pipes broke. He came quickly resolved the immediate problem and then came back two days later and finished the rest of the work. He prices were fair and he had a lot of knowledge and he did a great job.     Great experience wirh DrainPro. Erick fit me onto his schedule with limited notice to inspect a sewer lateral. He arrived early, was very knowledgeable, and completed the work very well.     As a first time home buyer I am terrified of everything, especially leaks. I called erik when I had a leak in my basement. I was so stressed because of any more added costs and major damage.     On Monday, March 4, 2024 my hot water heater failed. The water had been leaking in the closet and downstairs to my neighbors unit. My neighbor had notified me of the leakage around 9:45 p.m. And, I immediately contacted different plumbers in my area; no one was available to help me. I found Erick from Drainpro Plumbing Services, LLC on Thumbtack. He contacted me right away and came to my home to stop the water from running. He advised me and my husband of the issue and had a brand new hot water heater to my house by the next morning. He didnt even charge us for the emergency and he was an hour and a half away from us. He sold us a hot water heater which was affordable. We liked him so much that were going to hire him to do some additional plumbing projects which he also reviewed that night. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We are so fortunate to have found Erick . Hes going to be our go to plumber.

    I’m a mom of 3 and my 1yr old snapped the post in the knob from the bathtub at 8p. Water was shooting out like a fire hydrant and I couldn’t shut the main water line off. I can’t tell you how many companies I called and no one would help until the following day. I reached out to Drainpro and they got to me within the hour. They worked pretty fast and was very efficient. He also saved me money by welding the piece he needed instead of opening the wall up and me needing to replace all pipes.     Erick did a fantastic job. We had an old toilet seat screw that wouldnt come out, and he ended up cutting the head off the screw to remove it. He also replaced the broken shut-off valve and installed the new bidet seat for us. He was pleasant and helpful and competent, and because he had a job that finished sooner than expected, he came to us a day sooner than originally quoted. He was reasonably priced for the work he did too. An excellent experience. Highly recommend.
