    As soon as the recent heatwave started, my girlfriends AC stopped working (of course). I reached out to Sasha and he was able to come over in very short notice and fix the issue same day in a short amount of time. He even went above and beyond to check other parts of the house that may have been affected from the issue. Very professional to deal with on the phone and in person and the timeliness was better than expected for it being in the middle of a heatwave. I would definitely recommend using their services.

    Fast, reliable, affordable, and thorough are just a few of the many good things I can say about this company! Sasha and his team did the entire HVAC for the two story addition on my home. They showed up everyday, did a full days work, and cleaned up very well before they left for the day. Throughout the entire project he communicated with me exactly what he was doing, how it all works, and answered any other questions or concerns I had. He not only did his job he also helped me when my general contractor abandoned this project and provided me with reliable referrals to other people I could trust to complete my home remodel. Avatar home service will be the only company I will use for such services moving forward and I would recommend them to anyone. I know first hand that there’s a lot of companies out there that will take advantage of homeowners and this is not one of them. I’d rate them 10 stars if I could highly recommend!

    Sasha did work on mine and my girlfriend’s home. He was reliable and showed up everyday, and was very mindful of all our 5 dogs keeping his work area clean and making sure doors and gates were always shut after use to ensure the dogs safety. Not only was he mindful of our home, he is extremely knowledgeable about his profession and pointed out things to us that we never would’ve realized otherwise. I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking to have reliable high quality work done at an affordable rate will definitely be using this company for any future HVAC needs

    Did a Google search and found Avatar Heating and AC. Told him I was having a problem with my condenser, told me ok Ill be there in 10 minutes. Sasha was great, diagnosed the problem fixed it right then and there right away. Would strongly recommend him for heating and cooling needs.

    Absolutely outstanding service! This company not only showed up on time but also delivered impeccable work. The team kept the work area clean throughout the project and made sure to clean up after completion. The follow-up to ensure the system was running smoothly was a cherry on top.But what set them apart was their response to a gas leak issue with a dryer they didnt even install. They arrived within 30 minutes, identified the problem, and repaired it efficiently—all with a smile on their face. I couldnt recommend them more highly.     Super service, It was a pleasure to deal with an honest individual. Straight shooter. Identified issue at hand. We discussed the course of action to rectify my Air Conditioning issues.     Amazing service. From the beginning, Sasha explained everything step by step. His prices are unbeatable! He was early to the job & finshed before the time he said he would. The heat is working exactly as it should. The thermostat he installed is so convient to control everything. The AC I wont know how it works until spring but Im sure its just as good as the heat has been. Very happy with his work and will recommend him to anyone who needs work!

    Had my heat go out last week during the cold front in the evening. Most places I called were closed or couldn’t get a technician out till the next day. Avatar home services were at my home within a hour of me making my call to them. They quickly found the issue and repaired it that night! They were very professional and the tech didn’t just rush through to get it done. He took his time and didn’t make me feel like it was a bother for him to be there at that late of an hour..will be definitely be using for any future issues I may run into

    We just got home and had no heat, we called at 11pm on a Friday night, instead of charging for an emergency visit, they walked me through solving the problem myself, saving me over $500!! These guys are knowledgeable and better yet, HONEST. When it comes to hvac, it can get pricey… better to work with people you can trust… Not to mention they didn’t charge a penny, and spent an hour on the phone with me to diagnose then repair and check my unit.
