    Great experience with Apollo - our main line was blocked and Bob came on a Saturday morning. He recommended staying at a friend’s house and waiting until Sunday morning to allow as much water as possible to drain out before opening the pipe and snake it. He came back Sunday morning with his coworker Pete and they cleared the blockage, contained any mess, and explained everything very clearly. Would recommend.

    The best plumbing company we have ever dealt with. They were able to come within the hour of us discovering our crawl space was flooded. The team really went above and beyond! They were professional, arrived on time, worked hard all day, left the area clean and even leveled some areas in the crawl space that were very uneven. Plus I think we got a great price for all the work they did. I will absolutely use them for any plumbing concerns in the future and highly recommend them!

    I would highly recommend Apollo. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I’ve used them several times and their response is always quick - either same day or no later than the next. The plumbers are knowledgeable and professional. I’d like to especially thank Sal!! Great guy and helped me immensely! Great experiences from start to finish.

    I’ve called Apollo for all my plumbing needs since moving to the area and I love them! They respond same day, even once on Christmas Eve for an emergency. To be honest, they’ve come twice and the problem started again, but they always come to fix it again for free. I really appreciate that. They were just here and fixed my tub in approximately ten minutes for a good price. All of their employees have been super nice- when I first moved in one of them showed me where all my important valves and pipes were and gave me advice on my outdoor hose, etc. Thankfully no huge plumbing problems yet but will call them if the need ever arises- highly recommended!

    I called Apollo to have my septic cleaned out. There was a little misunderstanding with the guy who came to clean out, with being new to my house didn’t know the vicinity of second tank. I called the company and the owner came right over! I have to say without a doubt this company is the most professional and 100% satisfactory customer service company I have come across in a long time. It was so refreshing to finally see a company with old school customer service values, THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST! I give this company 5 stars. I am a Real Estate agent in the area and sell many homes with septics. This is my go to company from now on. Not only are their prices fair, their customer service is impeccable, which in my eyes is priceless!

    I will only use Apollo plumbing! Everyone is professional and very nice. Many things have been done in my house. Always come quick and do a great Job. Just had a hot water heater problem and they were fast to get me hot water!

    Want to applaud the follow through on this company, in spite of an early scheduling snafu where we obviously had a misunderstanding. The company apologized for the inconvenience and rescheduled, and I am very glad I stayed with them. Pete came to our house early on the rescheduled day, was polite, professional and courteous, went above and beyond to repair the damaged flooring and piping for our porcelain throne and even offered to retile around the base. Everything looked secure and snazzy when finished and we are finally able to use the latrine without being hunched on our tip toes anymore! And they even offered a 10% discount given the earlier scheduling conflict. Excellent company with affordable prices, highly recommended.

    I recently moved to Monmouth County from Hudson County. I have been using Apollo for multiple plumbing needs and so far so good. They have Always been prompt to respond to my requests. I find their communication to be clear, friendly, and straightforward. I had to have my sewer line cleared a couple of times and they took care of that with no problems. But why did this keep happening? They recommended I send a camera down my pipe. I agreed. Turned out I needed part of my sewer line completely replaced - the part that connects to the main line. Utilizing the camera was not inexpensive, but they said that if I went with their company to replace the pipe they would deduct the cost of using the camera from the job. Okay, I had them replace the pipe. They completed this job within a very short time frame and it was a good thing too because the pipe was literally deteriorating, so gross. I found the price of the job to be very reasonable, especially in comparison with the astronomical amounts of money I had to spend on plumbing in Hudson County. My house there was over a hundred years old.Ive always found all the workers to be polite and considerate. Bob is particularly helpful. The owner of Apollo has always been cordial.Recently, my kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, but it was a very old model (70s, 80s, maybe?), which could not be so easily replaced. When I first moved into this house I wanted to replace the kitchen faucet immediately and had called another plumber to look at it. He said it was nearly impossible to find a replacement because of the configuration of the spray head and the double water control mechanism it had. A handyman was perplexed by it as well.One day while I was investigating kitchen faucet models at a large hardware boxstore I called the guys at Apollo. They told me to send them photos of my kitchen faucet when I got home. After sending them photos they confirmed that yes, its a very old model, but they were going to reach out to their distributors to try to find a replacement. Apollo was able to find a replacement. I did not have to pay for the replacement, though, which was not cheap. No replacement fee because when my sewer pipe was replaced, the one I described in paragraph one, those workers were not aware of the deduction to the total as a result of the camera scope (and I forgot about it as well). I spoke to the owner of the company and told him about the situation and asked if they would honor that agreement and they did by not having me pay for the kitchen faucet. The faucet was installed by Bob and I am pleased with it.One reviewer had commented that Apollo doesnt have enough workers, well actually there is a shortage of skilled plumbers and electricians going on across the country. Another reviewer commented that one of the plumbers did not install his toilet straight, really? They are plumbers, not interior designers.If I have any other plumbing needs I will call Apollo.
