I received outstanding customer service from Service Contractors Plumbing today and here are the reasons why: (1) They were timely in scheduling an appt (within a day) (2) They were arrived early and (3) most importantly, their technicians are highly knowledgeable, and immediately identified my problems and knew how to fix my toilet issues. Lastly, the technicians are approachable (easy to talk to) which is huge for me because I want to know (in detail) what happened and why!. Great company! Employee Jimmy came out most of the time and was very professional and tried his best to help us but our tankless wouldn’t perform the problem when he got here so we had to keep calling them out. They finally got it to show a code and we got it replaced. Jimmy even provided us with a roofer to come and install a vent piece for a very reasonable cost. Jimmy tried himself but did not have roofing gear (as to be expected). He put himself in danger to try though. Would call them even if I didn’t have AHS. Thanks to all that helped on this, the owner included! He didn’t charge me for the vent piece we had to have because the old one didn’t fit! I can’t say enough good things, good people!

I was put in contact with Service Contractors Plumbing threw American Home shield after the first plumbing company that came before them didnt seem to really know what was going on. Let me just say that everyone I spoke with on the phone there were great and they were able to get me in the next day. I had water coming from somewhere into my living room. A different company the day before told me I had a busted pipe under my house. Wayne showed up at my house with no tools in hand and found the leak in minutes. I say that cause hes that good he didnt need tools. They told be when we set the appointment he was great and that was no joke. Hes the water whisper. He was amazing once he found the leak he went and got the piece to fix it as he was told it was possible slab leak so he came with different stuff. He went and got the part and fixed it in no time. I have never met someone that was so efficient and kind hearted as Wayne. He went above and beyond. Most people would reschedule if they didnt have a part they needed not go to the store and get it and come right back to fix. Of course they should but thats not what usually happens. I really appreciate everyone their that helped me and Wayne Thank you. Your a wonderful person. If I need a plumber again hes who I want.

I had a leak that happened when I was out of town and was notified by the city they shut my water off. I called my home warranty as I didn’t think it would be covered and they advised outside leaks were not covered. I asked the home warranty if they could refer me to a plumber and they referred Service Contractors. Service Contractors was able to get me on the schedule immediately to get Chris out here to detect the leak. Chris was able to detect the leak and was honest that he wouldn’t be able to fix it that evening. He gave me a quote and advised he would do his best to be out here Wednesday, but the worst case scenario would be Friday. With Thanksgiving coming up, I was stressed. I called Wednesday morning to see if they were going to be able to come out and the lady was very nice and told me how many houses were before me and I would receive a notification when he was on the way. Chris got here and was able to finish the job and had my water back on in no time. They were very nice, professional and reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future, if needed.

They followed up as promised, let me know this morning they would be out between 1:30 - 5:30, and James called me a half hour before coming over about 3:30. Very professional, clean, knowledgeable, and thorough. 3 plumbers could not fix my issue and really didn’t even seem to try... all were contracted by my home warranty company.Robert cleaned up after himself, and did not leave until the problem was solved unlike others who ran a snake and gave up. VERY IMPRESSED!!If you use American Homeshield you should request this plumber on the first call!!!

Oh my gosh, what an incredible company!!! I had one of the most dreaded plumbing events happen to me...slab leak due to sewage pipe breaks!! The WHOLE thing needed to be replaced. Wayne was an absolute godsend during the whole experience. This man took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, reassure my fears and even helped me file my insurance claim. He was always available by phone or text, no matter the time or day. I had to go out of town for a few days during the job, but he and his crew kept on making progress and working through it, I was able to leave with peace of mind. He and Kenny are very professional, so kindhearted and genuine and knowledgable, and their crew of diggers are something to behold. AHS referred me to this company, and I only ever want them to do plumbing work on my house!

We had a water heater that went out on us. It came at the worst time when the outside temperature was 110°.We were very pleased with them for the professional job that they did and being willing to work under such harsh circumstances. The temperature inside the attic had to be at least 120+ degrees.They communicated great and were very careful and taking the new water heater upstairs and take them the old one out.Couldnt have asked for a better job!

Every now and then you get amazing customer service and that is my story from my last service call I had through my home warranty service to fix a leaking kitchen sink. I received a call before their arrival and they arrived on time. Cody diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced my rusted garbage disposal with a new one. Cody was very professional and thorough. He reassured me that if that didnt resolve the problem or I saw anymore leaning from another area he would return. I felt like he cared about resolving the problem to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with his diagnosis and work he went above and beyond I would definitely recommend them and also use them again and Ill make sure to ask for Cody next time.

Found Service Contractors Plumbing through Landmark Home Warranty. They suggested two companies...based on reviews, I went with SCP. My experience was off the charts. The staff was attentive to every question and understanding of my frustration. They knew exactly how to manage through my home warranty company. Wayne was my master plumber who knew exactly my issue with my SLAB LEAK! He answered my questions, was patient with me and the absolute kindest man. His guys were very respectful. Wayne and his team left no mess and made sure every possibility of issues had been checked. Mikayla and the rest of the team in the office were incredibly attentive. Hands down, best service Ive ever experienced!

What an outstanding experience with service contractors, American home shield assigned them to us and really went the extra mile for us. We had a water leak on a interior wall in the garage and a trickle kept incressing. I called service contractors early am on Thursday and was greeted by fiendly voice and explained our problem. She offered to send someone out to cut off the water! I said no problem as she immediately scheduled someone ther next day.They have a great customer service that provides text messages to keep you posted. Well still concerned and checked with the office again and reached another helpfu rep. WOW !!! I have now dealt with two super stars. Sorry I missed their names .Here we are now Saturday and a horrible cold wet day and James our technician arrives to the mess. He’ wastes no time searching for the leak. with a smile he shows me the leak and checks for damages and gets it fixed. He never complains about the cold and even offers to help me clean the garage from my messThe previous day.Well he made our day and took off on another job. Our garage is dry and a great outcome becsuse this group of people care, which is unusual today

Service contractors were on time, diagnosed and fixed the leaking sink in a very short time. This was very helpful given the previous plumber had misdiagnosed the problem as a cracked sink and that the whole kitchen sink needed to be replaced with a new one. It turned out it was just a nut on the basket strainer that needed to be replaced. So they saved us money that would have been wasted on a new sink that was not needed.

We are SO honored, to have had Service Contractors help us out of a horrific plumbing issue!!!!Last Tuesday, the city meter readers were decent enough to alert us to the fact that our meter was showing something running, when it wasnt.We contacted our warranty company and requested Service Contractors Plumbing (as we had had them out before) We had shut off everything so there should not have been anything running. It showed that we were using about 2 gallons a minute!!!This sadly meant, A LEAK!!!Cody, the person we had out before could not locate the issue. he called for back up and we are TRULY Blessed to have had Kenny and Jimmy show up around 2pm. They removed the skirt panels to get under our Pier and Beam 86 year old home.That was the start of.............The tried to isolate where the leak may be and stayed several hours.We had to shut off the water to the home. I am not a young man any longer, have lived all over and as a Veteran have endured some difficult situations. Being with out water or a running toilet or shower for the next 3 days was Difficult to say the least.Over the next TWO and a Half DAYS, they had to dig, find, isolate and in the end RE PLUMB the entire water service. Each time they attempted to repair one of the old galvanized water pipes it would crumble in there hands.TWO DAYS long hours working UNDER our home in less than ideal environments (Several times it was POURING rain)They finally got mostly done Friday late evening. Then God bless them, BACK on Saturday morning to tie up some final issues and we were able to TAKE A SHOWER AND USE THE TOILETS!!!!!!!!The decency, tenacity, funny and caring calmness that they displayed was above anything I can remember in all My years working in the construction industry.Kenny continually would tell us it was the worst that he had ever seen. The older repairs were so poorly done and incorrectly also. We found an HIDDEN hose bib that had been plumbed with HOT water under the deck.Then the final moment of finding out the bill. Kenny was more than reasonable in taking care of us in that department also.I will only use this company for ANY further issue or need that might come up in the future. I cannot recommend them any higher than I am doing at this moment.If you need plumbing work done, Service Contractors Plumbing IS the first call you should make.God bless them and keep them successful for as long as the desire to be.THANK you again, for the hard work and giving us peace of mind again!!!!!!!

American Home Shield sent them to take care of our broken Water Heater. They replaced it, brought drain up to code & helped us find a great company to take care of the water damage. Lost one star, because it was inspected by the city and did not pass, so they had to come back (no expense to us) and add something to bring it up to current city code. Ask for Robert!

Kenny and his sons are awesome! Had a broken septic line that was leaking under a pier and beam house in September 2018. They actually crawled under the house to diagnose the issue. Other plumbing companies just looked from the crawl space and gave me an inflated estimate. They fixed the lines from two toilets to the septic tank and a grey line from the showers at a very reasonable cost. They showed up when promised and completed the job in 3 days. I will use them again for any future plumbing issues. Thanks again gentlemen.

I received an email and text alert.Next day, technician provided 30 mins ETA and was there on time. Performed the work, that we thought would be a nightmare but turned out to be stoppage in the main pipeline. Will B was able to diagnose the issue and fix it. He provided detailed explanation of his work and answered other questions professionally.Only hiccup was, I was told I would receive a text message. I called Service Contractors Plumbing and Charlotte was able to provide update and ETA. No Biggy. Still 5 stars overall ratings from me.
