    Liberty Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing service Ive ever used! Justin, the plumber who came to our home, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond to fix it efficiently. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also explained everything in detail, ensuring we understood what needed to be done. The service was prompt, affordable, and high quality. I highly recommend Liberty Plumbing and will definitely call Justin again for any future plumbing needs. Five stars all the way!

    We’ve been dealing with drains that constantly stop up. Justin came out and cleared them quickly as well as gave us tips on how to prevent them from clogging again. He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! We will definitely be using him for any future plumbing problems.

    Justin was wonderful. He came quickly and diagnosed our initial problem. I asked him to come back for another issue the same day and he again returned quickly. He was very knowledgeable and gave us two pricing options to replace the valve and trim in the shower, we chose to buy the materials ourselves. When he came to install it, there was more work than expected, but he didnt increase the price despite having to saw into the studs to place the new valve.We will definitely call him again if necessary.

    I had an emergency leak late at night. Called liberty drains and Justin came out with in 45 min and had water shut off to prevent further damages. He was able to fix the problem in under 2hrs. Thank you Justin for caring enough not to blow me off till the next day because it was late at night. True professional company and I would definitely recommend them 10 out of 10. I hope I don’t ever have to call them again but if something happens, they’re the only people I’m gonna call.

    Justin came out on short notice and solved our issue quick. The way he handled the situation of our busted water heater was fantastic. Normally any other person would come out and say we have one option. Justin provided multiple options and gave pros and cons to each option which made the decision making easier.     Called Liberty out after noticing some water damage to the floor behind a piece of furniture we hadnt moved in years. Wanted to find the source of the leak and make sure it wasnt a slab issue. They came out the next day and performed a pressure test. Thankfully, no leak, but we found out the PSI of our water line was nearly 20lbs over the maximum rated limit it was designed to handle. Explains why we have had constant issues with leaking faucets and toilet valve replacements and why the previous owner had to repair multiple slab leaks due to mysterious pipe breaks. They offered to install a pressure regulator on the main line for a very reasonable price and even handled a broken shut off valve for us at the same time. For once, a plumbing repair for much less cost than we anticipated, instead of the other way around. They likely saved us thousands of dollars in repairs and damage later on. We were already in need of a new water heater too, got an excellent quote to swap out for a new one and decided to use liberty to change out the 15yr old ticking time bomb for us too. Justin will be the guy I call for plumbing issues from now on. Good guy, great communication, and he does great work.

    Justin is such an amazing man, he helped me fix a small leak at least that’s what I thought, until he took a look under my house. He informed me with photos and suggestions about needed an almost whole new line to my house and fit me into his schedule and did not leave until he got my water back on. Even working on his day off just to help me out. Best plumber out there will NEVER use anyone else!!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin at Liberty Drains after an unfortunate water line and sewer line leak! I am extremely pleased with the service provided. They ran all new Pex pipe through the attic and dug up a section of the yard to repair the sewer line. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently fixed the issues. They even took a few moments to play with my pup! Justin has great communication skills and kept me informed throughout the entire process! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and didn’t try to up-sale unwarranted services for the extra buck. The pricing was transparent and very fair when compared to the other estimates I received! Overall, I highly recommend Liberty Drains to anyone in need of plumbing services.     There’s a reason we’ve used Justin and the Liberty team on 6 plumbing projects in the past 2 years… This team is by far and away the most efficient, professional and cost effective team in DFW! Justin is one of the nicest guys and we fully trust him. He’s done numerous projects for us including a remodel on our master bathroom being the biggest.. He was always on time, worked great (and around) the other trade workers and had some great advice on how to go about placing drainage! Overall, the Liberty team is a 10/10.     Justin came out on July 4th to resolve our plumbing issues. From my first encounter with Justin. He is kind, professional, prompt, thorough, informative, and caring!!! His work ethic and the quality of his work is top-notch!!! Justin did a repair on our toilet. I was concerned about the excess molding. Justin took the extra time to remove the excess molding and replaced the molding to my satisfaction. Justin also had to replace a facuet cartridge in our tub. The water tempature went from warm to very hot. Justin was very concerned about the water scalding someone. He took a look at our water heater settings to make sure it was on the right setting. All of our future plumbing issues will be handled by Liberty Drains and serviced by Justin and Caleb!!!

    Is you gas meter locked, having trouble getting your gas to come out correctly, need a gas line repair or leak detection. Ill save you the trouble, call these guys first!3 other quotes with large companies, then I was recommended Liberty. Spoke with Caleb and said why not another, at no cost to me. He was there on time, professional, knew what he was talking about, and told me straight. Talked to me about the process and what they can do. ...CALL THEM!theyre affordable and they will literally do exactly what the big guys will do with better customer service...at half the cost!

    Justin with Liberty Drain Plumbing service was amazing and a blessing. Our main plumbing line came off under our house causing sewage to spill under our house forcing us to live out of our camper. We had called several services and were told it would take a week or two for someone to come out. Liberty drains was the only company who made us a priority and came out the very next day. Justin went above and beyond in what truly was a “crappy” situation to make all the repairs. His prompt service especially since it was a holiday week saved our family gathering and this is why they are the first ones we call for any plumbing needs.
