Great service and communication. Had a kitchen sink backing up knew it was a sewer line. Service tech Nate kept me updated through out his day as when he may make out. Unfortunately I was not able to meet them at my home once he was ready to head that way but I explain our problem and he felt that he could take care of it without going into house. Called me once he finished up to explain the issue and what he did. Even called the next morning to insure he had resolved the issue since he wasnt able to check the inside. Thanks guys.

I want to thank Josh and Kia for the service they provided at my house. We had a water leak in a wall and they came out late afternoon after a long day of working in the heat. They located and repaired the leak quickly, and were very courageous and professional. The bill was very reasonable. Plumb Unique will be my plumbers of choice moving forward.

Needed a plumber to clear a sewage back up, I was not in a hurry; however, they asked if the toilets could be still be used, I said we can find a place to use a toilet until the next day. She was not having it, Shannon made a giant effort to get out to the home asap and clear the drains so we werent dealing with that any longer than was needed. The plumber was calling within a very short couple of hours to let us know he was 20 minutes away, what an amazing surprise. Very thoughtful, and sooooo very much appreciated. Im putting them on my list to use every time . Great to have a team you can count on. Thank you so much everyone!

This company came to service and replace the hot water valve connected to the washing machine. They fit me in the next day and Josh was super helpful and fixed the issue quickly! Their customer service is prompt and very accommodating! Will definitely use them again.

Having used them multiple times now, this is the company you need to hire. I have worked with a small handful of plumbing companies and Plumb Unique is hands down the best. They offer everything that bigger name companies have without breaking your bank account. Their customer service and communication is outstanding. Michelle was in constant contact with us through the process and our technician Josh went above and beyond expectations. He came early and stayed much later than we expected any company to stay. He worked outside in 34 degree weather and did not leave until the job was done. The entire company was extremely respectful and clearly cared about their customers. You can stop looking, these are the people you need to call.

Someone referred Plumb Unique to me to address broken washer waterline valves. I have to say that the positive reviews from others are spot on. I was pressed for time, and Pam at the front office was able to fit me into a timeslot the same day. Josh was the plumber that was sent out to my house, and wow just a very courteous and professional guy. He quickly replaced the valves and the cost was very reasonable. This company will be at the top of my list for my future plumbing needs.

Home Depot contractors were unable to hook up my new washing machine until shut off valves were replaced. I called Plumb Unique and there happened to be someone already working on the property and they were here in 30 mins., went and purchased the new shut off valves, hooked it up and had it up and running in 2 hours. I was totally amazed. He even put my door back up for me since it was located in a closet and it had to be removed for it to get in. I will most definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

Chris and John with Plumb Unique came out extremely quickly to assist with an emergency burst pipe repair. They were very efficient and had all of the parts necessary, plus extra reinforcement to secure this wouldnt happen to our pipe again. They truly cared about me as a customer and therefore honored pricing guaranteed through a warranty company I have, even though the warranty company didnt cover the pipe burst. Very thankful for Plumb Uniques efficiency, respect, and understanding of a customers down times.

They do excellent work and are thorough in their approach to repairs, (which minimizes return calls), while at the same time not unnecessarily replacing parts. They are honest, responsive, competively priced and stand behind their work. They also seek candid feedback on work performed so they can maintain their high standard of service. Scheduling appointments with tenants can be challenging, so I appreciate the fact that they are timely with their appointments and are willing to call when they are on their way. The Plumb Unique team completed a full replacement of the sewage pipes under my foundation as the original pipes were cast iron and physically falling apart. This was an extensive operation that involved tunneling underneath over 60ft in length under our house. Josh and his team not only quoted me $2,000 to $5,000 less then two other companies, but they also finished the job in 2-3 days less then the other companies estimated. The work was quite and as clean as could be. The stacked the dirt as neatly as possible and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. The team stayed late and completed all plumbing repairs in one day so we were only without water for half a day.This was by far the largest and most costly repair on my home I have ever needed. Plumb Unique did it faster, cheaper, and better then anyone else. Could not have been an easier process! Highly recommend for any and all plumbing work.

First of all, Shanon was extremely kind and helpful on the phone. She has a very sweet voice and you could tell she was genuinely interested in helping us with our plumbing problem. Our previous plumber from another city didn’t bother to call us back. I Fired him!!!Nate and Dennis was on time and assessed the situation and had it fixed quickly!!! Really was impressed with them too. We now have a great new plumbing company. Will call them soon to do some change outs around our home before we have another issue. Today was a great day in the Danna household. A gentlemen plumber named Clayton with his assistant Clay arrived to clear a clog from hell that had been in place for 8 days. 8 days with no garbage disposal, no dishwasher. We were getting desperate.My fantastic HVAC guy, Robert with Airemaster refers me to Plumb Unique.They were terrific. Within an hour they had cleared the clog. The wicked clog is dead. My wife is happy. I am happy.It is with great pleasure that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Request Clayton. His small daughter called him on phone while here.
