Maui Plumbing has been such a pleasure to work with. They completed a total replacement of all the old, original, rusted-out cast iron plumbing in our unit, as well as the units above us and below us. Not only did we not have to wait months for construction to begin, but the process was done incredibly fast and competently. I especially want to give a shout out to Jeremiah and his apprentice & son, Jerry. They came to make an adjustment to the vanity placement in the bathroom. They were both professional and competent in their job, but above that, they were both friendly and courteous. Such a wonderful experience to meet them both, watch a father teach a son his trade, and have them leave with a job well done. Thank you to all who worked on this project! Water is flowing in all the right ways😊

Canon and Matt showed up on time—and, I had been notified prior to their arrival by text, with a photo of Canon so I knew whom to expect. Impressive!Canon provided the estimates, and explained everything to me in detail—and once agreed upon, they got right to work. I didnt have the manuals for the water heaters, but it wasnt a problem as they are so knowledgable.From making an appointment to the final receipt, everything was done professionally and quickly, and reasonably priced. I cant recommend them highly enough, and will use them again in the future.

My parents needed their solar panels replaced so my dad reached out to Maui Plumbing Inc. Since they’ve helped my parents in the past with other home projects. Plus my dad still had a business card from their last visit. So it was easy for him to send them call to set something up. From the time in between calling & setting up appointments it was pretty quick for island standards. About a week out is really not that bad when it can be really difficult to squeeze your home projects into other people’s busy schedules. Also all three guys were very polite & professional. Which helped make this task seem like a breeze. Especially when it came to doing a walkthrough & explaining everything that was done to my parents. UPDATE: I called Maui Plumbing recently for help with my solar water heater. The company that originally installed it could not pinpoint the issue I was having so Matthew Alvarez from Maui Plumbing came by and he figured out the problem and completed the repair all in one visit. Maui Plumbing plumbers are great to work with and always do an excellent job, mahalo~Maui Plumbing helped me deal with an underground water leak I discovered on a Sunday. They were easy to reach, to work with, and did great work for a reasonable price. Maui Plumbing will be my go-to for plumbing needs for sure. Mahalo~

I am always highly satisfied with the quality of work from Maui Plumbing. On an island where its often hard to get anything done, Maui Plumbing always comes fast. All their people are courteous and capable. Jeremiah and Simon were here today to replace a worn-out circulating pump for a solar water heater, and like all the people there, they did excellent work.

These days it is hard to find what I consider excellent service with fair prices and friendly technicians. Ive tried several different plumbing companies in the past but always felt I was being charged way too much and wasnt confident that everything they did was actually needed. Not so with Maui Plumbing. So far Ive used them 3 maybe 4 times and Ive always felt they were honest and did an excellent job and quickly too. Today I had technician Victor Zuber fix a leak in my bathroom faucet. He was EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend Maui Plumbing. I am one happy customer!

I went online to get the Maui Plumbing phone number and saw that I can quickly fill out a service order and upload any pictures or documents. It was quick and easy. They called next morning and booked me for early afternoon and then I received a text that they are on their way. Once they were here I showed them the areas of work they gave options and then I received an estimate in less than 10 min. I agreed on the work and they had the proper parts and tools and was very articulate about the work they were doing. They did exactly what I wanted and better. I have other projects in mind and they will be the ones I call. I was exceptionally pleased II.

Excellent service from beginning to end :) I was told my plumber would be at our jobsite between the hours of 8am-9am and Jeremiah was here by 8:15am. He had a positive attitude from the moment he walked in the door. I showed him what the issue was, he offered couple solutions. Ended up replacing the garbage disposal along with new piping. Once work was complete, he ran the disposal for me to ensure everything was working properly. Again, just excellent service! I am 100% satisfied and amazed at the excellent service I received from Maui Plumbing today. My washing machine drain backed up and flooded out of a toilet into my home. Two plumbers, Canon French and Jason Lions arrived at my home within a couple hours of my call for service. They were clean, courteous, very knowledgeable and well equipped to run a snake with camera through the drain, identify the broken pipe outside my home, clear it and get things draining again in just a few hours. Not an easy task dealing with a home that was built in the 70’s with a cesspool. I highly recommend Maui Plumbing Inc for all plumbing issues on Maui. Canon and Jason were delightful to work with, and I wish other tradesmen would learn to be more like them. Big Mahalo to Maui Plumbing, including Ivy in the office who provided excellent communication. All good here!!

Maui Plumbing has been my go to for many years they’re not the cheapest ticket in town but they are the best quality Jeremiah and his assistants Jerry and Wayne came out today and did a stellar job fixing some leaking pipes behind my kitchen wall. originally they were going to have to go through the bathroom wall as well, but they were able to fix it through the kitchen and so saved me quite a bit of money I have also had them install a water heater and they fixed the faucets that went to the water heater. They also fix piping under my toilet they do excellent work and I highly recommend them .

Their tech spent time with me trying to come up with a solution to my situation (which was a bit tricky problem they had to solve). Sooo DANG pleased with Victor & the management of Maui Plumbing. I had an surprise (ummm arent most plumbing issues a surprise) water leak into the downstairs condo that the property manager made me aware of. The affected unit recommended Maui Plumbing because of their amazing work at another unit she owned & I gave them a call to see if they could help. It was so easy to schedule a visit around my/her unit with the Maui Plumbing team to get the work done AND, bonus, they were able to come earlier than expected to get a look-see. Victor found a very simple & INEXPENSIVE (YAY!!!) solution to repair and I am now friends again with my neighbor (smiley face emoji here). I have another big project for a house that I have been putting off, really didnt have a plumbing contact I could trust and now I can get that work started with a trusted, reliable and cost-effective plumber. The shoe covers are a nice touch, rather than dirty shoes or sweaty socks on our floors! I use Maui Plumbing as my first choice because their service is excellent. The price reflects the quality.

Maui Plumbing are the best. I had another company come to unclog a main line that had a tree root damage. The first company could not jet open the clog . Maui plumbing did it in an hour and came the next day and fixed the main sewer line. I can spot pro a mile a way. They were great. Thank you Jami , Mike and Greg. The best plumbing company on island! Great response time for an emergency on a weekend. Greg Heinz was the technician on call for our backed up sewage system. Not only did Greg fix the problem quickly but was incredibly knowledgeable about what and why the problem was occurring. We had no hot water whether our heater was on solar or electricity. After having several solar professionals come out to look at the system, we determined we must have a leak in the hot water line somewhere, and our water heater wasnt able to heat the water sufficiently before it left the system. We needed a good plumber with the diagnostic skills to find it without wrecking our house.We called Maui Plumbing and crossed our fingers. They sent Jeremy Wolcik out to our house, and right from the start, it was obvious that he was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. His extensive experience in construction as well as repair gave him the necessary skills to make some sound educated guesses as to where the problem might be.Jeremy made some very precise cuts in our walls, in the spots he expected to find evidence of where the leak was most likely to be, and all his guesses turned out to be correct.Jeremy and his associate Justin proceeded to route new pipes around the problem, neatly capping off our old pipework. The problem was completely fixed within a day, and our household is now back to business as usual.We had visions of our garage being torn up along with a good portion of our family room, but none of that happened. Jeremy and Justin were very efficient and neat, and cleaned up any messes afterwards. The cuts Jeremy made in the walls were so clean and precise, were even thinking we might be able to do some DIY repairs on our own and not call a contractor.If all of Maui Plumbings employees are as skilled and well trained as Jeremy, they are without a doubt the best plumbing outfit on the island.Our thanks to Jeremy, Justin and Maui Plumbing for a job superbly done. So, If you’re reading this review you are trying to find a plumber on Maui, but not sure who to go with, cuz your a skeptic at heart and Google everything . Pickens are slim on an island. Stop wasting time down that rabbit hole and call Maui Plumbing. PERIOD.99.9% of the time Maui Plumbing is called in the long run anyway to fix the colossal mistakes made when you, or your friend or your friends friends cousins uncles contractor nephew that “knows about plumbing “ or who used to be licensed in one way or another can do you a solid just to save a buck. Hello, maybe that’s because they are probably “working under” their buddies license, who most likely is a painter, roofer, dentist, carpenter, cosmetologist, babysitter, dog walker or insert whatever makes you feel better for not asking and not trusting your gut $10,000 ago (Which is before the upgraded custom tile quote comes in from the neighbor that you now have to avoid at the mail Hale)YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME, AND TIME IS MONEY, AND you are now paying triple the cost of the initial “simple” repair, because now you have to remodel all units affected, 3 flights down, which invites a whole new set of problems.REASONS- besides their amazing staff and crew - In no particular order-Angela, Jessica, Robert , Seth, James, Jason, Jeremy, Jesse, Jamie, Dan and Ray ROCKSTARS!!1. They respond immediately. Always have and always will.2. For real -LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED. As In currently, today, they are legit.3. All work is guaranteed because of #2. And they are first to remind you that they will fix whatever went sideways previously.4. EVERY SINGLE TECHNICIAN IS TOP NOTCH, and if they aren’t they do not last.5. By the time you read #5, Maui Plumbing would have already detected the leak caused by the cheap route AND FIXED IT PROPERLY.6. If your still reading this, you’ll be that guy to test my theory, go the ghetto route. And hopefully you installed a water dog so you atleast get a notification on your phone that your condo is flooded when the family of 8 but only booked a party of two checks out and dares not to mention to housekeeping that the toilet always had water around the bottom.

Jamie and his assistant were incredible. First plumber could not remove blockage, Maui Plumbing was the second one we called. Jamie and his assistant worked for hours into the night using different techniques (including camera and a rotating blade) until it was fixed. Turned out a root had grown into the pipe and obstructed it. They also sent a full report after with steps to remedy it further so it didn’t happen again. Really incredible work!

Cannon and Keyvon showed up on 6/15/23 right on time, replaced drainage pipes under the house. Very professional and knowledgeable guys. They completed the job on the time and cleaned up after. Awesome experience!

The on site tech took the time to explain my options, cost and a real assessment regarding the amount of time the work was going to take. I got better pricing from MP over the other two I had bid the job. The people that work on the phones when I called were friendly and patient with me as I explained my plumbing issues when I called for service. The manager sent a tech that was failure with the condo complex where I live, this was important because I’ve had some plumbing companies cut meaningless holes all over my condo looking for a simple pipe, then we have to pay to fix all these huge holes these other plumbers have cut and they always make a huge mess for the home owner to cleanup. Did not have any of these issues with the Maui Plumbing crews.anyway, if it was me and I had another plumbing issue I would defiantly call Maui Plumbing and if I had to wait for someone to be available, I would definitely wait to save my sanity from dealing with the nightmares I’ve been though with some of the people calling themselves plumbers.

These guys (Jamie, Seth, Ryan, Ben, Angela and Robert) were terrific. I had a broken p-trap that had to be replaced. They had to cut thru my old tile. Then They had to tear out my 50 year old tub and replace it and change over to single shower valve. They were very timely, professional yet friendly and they clean up after they are done! That’s the first time any workers have done that! I felt the price was reasonable for a very big job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help and will definitely use their service in the future!!

Jacob and Justin just installed a new kitchen faucet for me. They called prior to their arrival, they both were professional, polite and answered my questions. As with most plumbing issues there’s usually more than one, my fittings had corroded and were starting to drip. I was grateful they were able to address the issues at the same time and saved me a big mess down the line. Thanks
