    I had a leak in a toilet at a vacations rental.. The day before I had called another company and was scheduled priority between 12:00-5:00pm. At 1:40pm i got a call informing me that they would not be able to make it. There was a check in at 4:00. I called Allens and uncle told me hed see if they could help. Within 30 minutes the guys were at the unit. They found out it wasnt really a simple gasket fix. There was a hairline crack in the tank. We had to replace the entire toilet. The plumbers called the warehouse and someone delivered the toilet from Kahului to Kihei. We were all a bit stressed as time was running out. They replaced the toilet and were finished by 3:40. Ive had these two young men help me before and they were so nice, respectful, professional and awesome! Im so grateful and will always use Allens plumbing moving forward..Amazing local service!.. thank you :)

    We bought a new refrigerator that could not be hooked up to water with the old corroded copper tube with no shut off. We would have had to keep the water turned off until the repairs were made. Allens Plumbing came out immediately and was able to replumb the refrigerator with modern pipe, connections, and a shut off. They were very professional and creative in their solution to our problem.

    I contacted Allens plumbing via their website. A chat window opened up, let them know what the issue was and a few minutes later we were contaced by phone. A crew was scheduled the same day and by Friday 10:45 my kitchen sink was draining. Price was very affordable and the crew was very clean and professional.

    Preston and Jaden did a high quality job from start to finish. How they got the old 80 gal water heater down the narrow stairway from our loft was very impressive. Not a scratch...     After two months and two plumbers I called Allens Plumping. Jacob Apo came and fixed my leaking busted shower facets. He figured it out so fast. He had parts, was very kind, he knew more then anyone else I had contacted. My plumbing is old and he knew exactly what was needed. He was so smart, strong and cleaned up after the work was done. Daniel arrived on time, listened courteously to my issues, then thoroughly assessed the plumbing in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He explained to me his concerns, and we decided on a work plan.     Brandon was our tech the day our property manager contacted Allen Plumbing. He was exceptional in his clear communication , diagnosing the problem and itā€™s solution. We had guests arriving at 4:00 the day of the repair and he was able to accomplish the fix before the guests checked in. Very reasonable charge for the work involved will absolutely use Allen Plumbing and Branson in the future. We highly recommend.

    I had a leak under my sink and got help the same day I called. Jacob Apo knew what to do, and repaired it quickly. He also checked a toilet I was worried about and found no problem. Checked my water pressure and determined it was high and the old valve needed replacing which he was able to do right away. He was a clear communicator and even answered questions on my water heater and provided good guidance. I could not ask for better service. Oh and he renewed my expired contract with you.

Emmet and Christian were two young men who worked hard, solved the problem, cleared the line and explained further problems which would require more intensive work.     I recently contacted Allenā€™s Plumbing and was assisted by Kane, who promptly came out to my parentsā€™ house that same afternoon to assess an underground underslab leak. The following day, Kane dispatched Preston to handle the repairs.Preston arrived with a professional attitude and immediately got to work. He conducted thorough diagnostics and testing on the plumbing, quickly pinpointing the exact location of the pipes under the slab. With precision, he cut into the concrete to expose the necessary piping for the repairs.Prestonā€™s expertise and professionalism stood out throughout the process.     Sam and the team at Allens plumbing were amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Customer service is top tier. We had an issue with our water heater and Sam did everything possible to help us including calling the manufacturer about our warranty.     Great customer service from beginning to end. Kevin and Juan were very courteous, setting up my appointment and helpful too. Then came Justin the plumber, and he was very professional and personable at the same time. He helped me make some informed decisions, and I valued his honesty integrity, and respect, although it was a little more expensive than expected. I would still recommend them, if you can afford them. I feel with a company that all their employees seem happy it must be a reflection of a five star company.     Every step of my interaction with Allens Plumbing was great! From Marissa booking the appointment and updating me on what I need to know to Emmitts approach of my situation. Timely and professional, Emmitt from Allens Plumbing did a troubleshoot of the problem and proceeded to exhaust every option at his disposal in order to help me out. He even took the time to provide addtional details in the invoice listing what was done so that I could present it to the property manager. When the job was done, he picked up after himself, cleaned where he worked, and overall left the scene in a better state than it had been in weeks. Solid dude. Solid service. Highly recommend.

    Weā€™ve used Allenā€™s Plumbing for every plumbing/gas service. Weā€™ve capped off a faucet, installed new bath fixtures, and replaced a few stoves. This time around Jeremiah came to swap out a stove and convert and install the new one. Great customer service from Marissa as well at the call center. They were able to get us in a day later. I was promised a noonish appt but was updated a couple hrs before that it would be closer to 230p, which is fine and I was able to work around it. Jeremiah came, professional, wore a mask and booties inside. I just let him be while I worked on stuff. When he was done the new stove was tucked in its niche and old stove neatly packed away. He even cleaned under the stove! Love Allenā€™s plumbing, always 5 star service from beginning all the way to the end. Thank you!

    As a first time customer, we received excellent Friday Apr 26/24 PM emergency response and service from Allens Plumbing to clear a wastewater line blockage impacting our West Maui condo. The line blockage was found some 50 out from our toilet and was successfully cleared by Allens Plumbing. We are also now able to pursue recovery from the AOAO given the Allens Plumbing Invoice details confirming the blockage was located 50 out within the common element main wastewater line.     Thank you!!! Iā€™m so happy that you folks were available and able to send your guys over within the expected timeframe, same day Friday afternoon within 30 to 45 minutes as promised. My kitchen sink backed up unexpectedly in the middle of food prepping for the New Years weekend feast. There was no way I would wait another day or more to get my kitchen sink unclogged. I lived in my condo for over 12 years and it was time to clean out those pipes for the first time. The guys (Jun/ Joe) did a great job blasting through the caked-on smudge crud blockage. My kitchen sink now drains good as new again and I have peace of mind.

    We were in a complete panic this morning. Our water heater pilot light would not light which meant no hot water. I tried Home Depot and they didnā€™t have my size but could order it for next week. I went to Loweā€™s they had my size but didnā€™t install. We called Fergusons on Oahu and Kaohu said she had someone in our area she could send to take a look. Long story short, Preston got here. Assessed the problem. Checked inventory for my size water heater. Found it! Had someone bring it up to my house and installed it. All in the same day! Preston was professional, patient and kind. Preston is exemplary of perfect customer service and very personable! We were truly blessed to have had this wonderful experience. And am grateful to you Preston!     I recently discovered the gas line to our home was badly rusted. I called Allenā€™s Plumbing who promptly sent Justin to inspect. He confirmed the gas line was in need of repair and also pointed out the precarious path of the line from the tank to the house. I was already aware of this and had always wanted to move the gas line, but didnā€™t know who to turn to.Justin took some photos and in a couple of days Allenā€™s Plumbing got back to me with a affordable estimate to replace and move the gas line so that it was safer and more secure. BTW, a big shout out to Marissa for arranging and keeping me abreast of scheduling. Sheā€™s super polite and professional.Justin and Tristan completed the job in less than a day and I was THRILLED with the work done. They were incredibly professional, thorough, and personable.     We recently had some plumbing work done at our house (rerouting an outside water line, installation of a new bidet seat, repair of broken washing machine water inlet valve and bathroom faucet handle repairs) and requested our previous service technician Jacob Apo. We always use Allens Plumbing because we know the work will be done right and we can depend on excellent results and followup. And Jacob is our go-to service tech. Hes reliable, honest, and good at his work. I never worry that what I want to get taken care of will be done right. He even was able to do one of my requested repairs with a simple spare part he had in his truck and saved us over $600 from what I was expecting!     Allens plumbing installed a new water on demand heater last August. It was recommended that the system be flushed once a year. I agreed to the price for this service in advance assuming it would be a long complicated process. I was surprised that it took less than an hour and I felt the price of this service did not reflect the actual work performed. Allen Plumbing explained when I called them that this service is not based on an hourly rate but quoted per the job Hourly rate would have been cheaper

    Jeth (technician) was amazing. We had a clogged drain in the bathroom which was very difficult to fix. Jeth took the time and fixed it. He stayed late and was very professional with our tenants. He came out to perform our annual check up. He found that our pressure regulator was in need of replacing. He told us our options so we could discuss and he left. No pressure what so ever. He came to the door a couple minutes later to inform us that our yearly contract was almost expired, and told us what it would cost to repair with all pricing.     It was easy to get an appointment with AllenŹ»s Plumbing and although I initially thought we would have to wait a few days, they were able to schedule us the next day. I explained that we had another plumber come out and he suspected roots growing, but did not have the proper equipment to remove them. When Terrence arrived, I explained this and he was diligent in getting a quote for the work. Once approved, he got right to work removing the toilet to find the problem, which was exactly what we suspected--roots growing in the pipes. He removed them and then used the camera to check the rest of the line. Luckily the pipes were not damaged and he was able to clear the line after sending the camera down. He did clear everything that was clogging the line and put the toilet back on and sealed it properly. We do know that weŹ»ll need to get the toilet properly sealed so that the roots donŹ»t come back up. We plan to schedule that work at a later time. Terrence did high quality work, was friendly and respectful. I really appreciated his work ethic and his overall good nature. Mahalo nui Terrence Chang!

    Second time in 10 days I called Allenā€™s Plumbing and their service and professionalism was consistently awesome. Both situations were sort of an emergency and last minute calls. The first call was to cover for an incompetent plumber who never had the decency to contact us to inform us he was unable to make the appointment that was scheduled a week prior. Our technician was Randy, and he did an unbelievable job. Unknowingly, the main shutoff valve to our townhouse controlled 2 buildings with a total of 8 units. Besides the plumbing work, he also had upset residents who were quite vocal.Our second call to Allenā€™s was a Sunday evening with a backed up drain, hoping they provided emergency 7/24 service. Unfortunately they donā€™t, but their answering service immediately notified Allenā€™s dispatcher, Neā€™aulani, who scheduled a service call first thing Monday morning. JP was our technician and had the drainage problem fixed in minutes. Unfortunately, he didnā€™t have the proper size rubber expansion plug to cap off an old and unused drain and had to battle traffic and 3 stops to find what he was looking for. When he returned he had the plug in place in less than 2 minutes.I canā€™t say enough about the professionalism of Allenā€™s team, from dispatchers to technicians, and I have full confidence in their work. They go to the top of our phone contact list for home repair.Mahalo everyone at Allenā€™s Plumbing! You guys (and gals) TOTALLY ROCK!

    Just had JD and additional crew of two young men install a brand new hot water system for me. It started with an emergency call to Allens Plumbing for a water leak spraying out a copper line and they responded on the same day that I called and had it repaired. During which time JD inspected the unit and piping, made a few inquiries and suggested replacing my system since it was 13 years old! He suggested a entire new system in order to take advantage of the tax credit. All made sense to do it all since the pipes had a lot of corosion. The office called a day later and scheduled the hot water installation.A team of three installed all the new solar panels, copper pipes, panel box, everything! Said they were coming at 9am and they were here promptly, all were exceptionally courteous and professional. JD had been the repair person who came out initially and he was again, very professional and extremely helpful with information regarding hot water systems. What a pleasant experience overall!     Great service!!! This was an emergency type of situation and the company responded in a timely manner.     They came to my place, late at night for an emergency where the whole house backed upā€¦nothing would drain and it all started coming up out of the lowest shower drains, which was gross so I will not be including any of those gross photos.Thankfully they came quickly, got the pipes flowing, and they sent a camera down to inspect the pipes. It was not cheap, but they no doubt invest a lot of money on having the right equipment and on having staff standing by ready to help at anytimeā€¦so although I said it was not cheap, it was most definitely worth it to have the pipes flowing again!!!Of course I hope to never need this kind of service again, but if I do, they are the first call Iā€™ll make.

    Giovanni DiCosta was fantastic. One call, service in 30 minutes. He was great, and very professional and courteous. He solved the problem quickly ( clogged toilet) and went the extra mile for us. When he found out we had repeated issues with the toilet, he ran a camera and found out the problem was one in the line, not us, and gave great advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. I highly recommend him and Allens.

    Had Cory out for fix what I thought was a heating element problem in my hot water tank. It turned out to be a setting issue - a quick and easy fix. He made sure that things were working properly, told me that the replacement element wasnt needed, and had a super attitude - something tough to come by many times.     This firm was extremely helpful in sending me a technician at short notice. I was very satisfied with technician Randy. I was notified when he would be arriving. We had a little difficulty locating the main faucets for switching off the water to the house. My house is a 1952 build! The main hot and cold supply points were located in different places.     We operate a small inn. When we have emergencies Allens can deliver great professional service in a timely manner, important to us providing uninterupted service to our guests. We loose revenue if we loose a bathroom which means a room to a plumbing failure. My first experience was when we called for a stubborn clog at midnight. Isaiah showed up clean cut neat uniform within an hour an got the stubborn clog cleared immediately, and he showed me tools that would help me complete the job myself in the future. His professionalism made us look good in front of our customer and created a lot of confidence. Since then we have used Allens exclusively. We have 100 year old drain lines that Allens has helped us reline to extend their life time. Some we had to replace which Jeremiah and Isaiah did working tirelessly for five days dawn to dusk to finish on time.Also after 23 years of operation we have needed to replace at least 10 toilets. Allens has the inventory and quality fixtures on hand always to complete the job immediately. Some of the plumbing fixtures they provide have 100 year warranty. They provide quality service and equipment.We have worked with Jeremiah, Mark A, the two Brandons, and many ohers i cant remember all their names. Kaohu the office manager and Andrea and the many others who manage appointments man the phones and schedule jobs are super professional.Their boss Ken, and Kane and the owner do an excellent job on selecting service oriented, quality staff. Everyone a bright smiling face, unbelievable work ethic always cheery and committed so much to delivering that they will work late into the evening to complete project on time without complaint.     Ive used them before, so called them first. Explained from the get go my concern of my financial situation to get the job done during the Covid 19 Pandemic. They indicated they understood and will not charge for traveling fee during the Pandemic. So had two employees, Bennett and Adrian. They both provided me information so I can decide to have them do the job, Adrian (service technician) took care of the leak from the shower head, which was the same problem I had a year ago. Allens Plumbing changed the stent (?) so we could turn off the water well, it worked. Now the problem happened again and they changed the bottom nozzle because we no longer used it and it frozen up because we shower only and they felt they needed to divert the water to release out of the bottom. So its important that it was done, water bill. I wished I asked them to breakdown the cost of what I paid, parts and labor only because of my situation. No problem on their professionalisn, they used mask and gloves during their time spent at our home during this time of the Covid 19 Pandemic. So yes šŸ‘ to this company.

    Allens Plumbing has done great work for me as a Contractor. They are very responsive and professional. I have a swimming pool with pipes that are leaking. They used there camera to find the leak and then a 3 coat epoxy lining of the 2 PVC pipe. Very skilled technicians Josh & Mark have fixed the 1st leak last year and are in process of fixing a new leak that has just appeared in a another pipe.

    I admit to some trepidation about the visit from Allens, given the number of poor reviews and complaints about high quotes, but my technician was friendly and accommodating. I still dont like the idea of a $50 visit fee, but if its applied to the cost of the work, I guess thats okay. Anyway, my guy gave me a member discount and the coupon discount, which brought the cost down to merely expensive instead of obscenely expensive. He replaced the kitchen faucet quickly and efficiently, and even replaced the soap dispenser that Id completely forgotten to mention, without adding it to the bill. Most importantly, for me, was that I got service the day after I called, and the job was done promptly and properly. He even took all the old-faucet junk away in the new faucets box.

    The guys from Allens came to a home we are flipping in Maui. I flip home all across America and deal with many plumbing companies. When they came to the house within a few minutes they came to a conclusion of the problem. As they went further they realized a greater problem and came up with a new solution. Needing to come back with a differ machine they came back a second day, yet at the end of the job gave me one total and did it at a discount. These guys were awesome.     We had a clogged kitchen drain that needed to be remedied. Justin Robello was the dispatched drain technician who assisted us. It turned out that the clogged kitchen drain was the least of our worries as we discovered that the cast iron pipes were rusting, worn and needed to be replaced. Justin not only took care of that, he also helped to remove the old kitchen disposal and retrofitted the entire drainage with new pipes. It was a big job, and he kept a positive vibe throughout it all, and he did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him, but just make sure you have good access to your plumbing (sorry Justin!)

    I called Allens Plumbing after reading the reviews that were posted. After talking with Kainani we scheduled a time for the work to be performed. George M. was the Plumbing Technician who installe our new toilet. He was very knowable about the toilet we selected and was able to perform the installation without any problems. After the installation he spoke about the Customer Program which was an additional charge but offered benefits that we could use down the road. We decided to purchase the extra service, knowing that if there was a problem with the present toilet installation the Company would be there to assist. Another reason for purchasing the service package was the problems that other had with the type of toilet we purchased. All in all we are very happy with the total process.

    I had a major issue with my sewer back up on 5/2/15. BENNETT came out to help with the clog. AWESOME service. I am not knowledgeable with maintenance around the house. I am truly grateful for his patience with my questions. Although he couldnt fix the clog on his own because the issue was so major that a simple snake couldnt do it, he went above and beyond to make a call for me to someone who can assist. Not only did he make the call for help, he kept trying to snake the sewer line and even put a camera to diagnose it to try uncover the real issue.SCOTT, and the Jetter had to get called in! Scott came with his machine and not only did he unclog the pipe, the main sewer line, but investigated to find the root of the problem. He and Bennett discovered a crack in the sewer line. Scott even took the time to show me the camera footage in the sewer pipe and explained my situation.I really appreciate their patience, knowledge and the fact that they stayed late to help me even though they missed the Pacman and Mayweather fight!
