    We are so happy with WikiWiki Solar & Electric. They made everything easy, from signing documents electronically to enrolling in the Battery Bonus Program with Maui Electric. All of my questions were answered quickly and the entire process was efficient. The employees who inspected our roof and installed the system were knowledgeable and friendly. We are so happy we chose this company.

    WikiWiki just added 12 panels and a Powerwall 3 to my existing set up. Great experience from start to finish with their team. They are the only company I found that warranty labor as well as parts which is huge. The previous company I used for my initial install in 2014 did not and it cost me. Their install team was awesome. Support from them after install has been great as well. I would highly recommend this company.

    Nice job installers, (Mike,?) and Kealii, Darryl and team . I am so relieved to have Battery Bonus. Great price and excellent product - everything went smoothly. Folks did a great job on the installation, showed up on the designated day and go it done - clean and tidy. After my original PV installer sold his business a few years ago, I was stuck. Shane provided excellent electiral service for me and my neighbors and his team made it easy for me to decide. To be honest the online calculator helped make my decision. Kealii was patient and insightful in his explantion of how to manage my battery and usage - its more like a cooking recipe than a science. Thanks to Darryl for answering my HECO and other process questions. Shame on Hawaii State for not approving the SolarAPP+ and other legislation to make it easier for customers to be a part of the smart grid. Solar is a slam dunk - where else can you get this type of return on your investment. Thank you wikiwiki.

    This company is top notch!! They responded and installed my system so fast and efficiently that I was amazed. All of their employees are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I had absolutely no issues and they completed my installation in two days!! Love running on solar and battery. Definitely recommend this company!!

    We are an off the grid organic farm with nine of us living and working on the farm. We were panicked with the thought of loosing 3 refrigerators and 3 freezers worth of food when our Tesla system started malfunctioning. We were living on noisy fuming generators for 2 days. Our original installer did not even answer our cry for help. WikiWiki came right out within hours of calling them and got on the phone with Tesla support and fixed us in an hour. None of the other companies we called even answered their phones and days later we got emails from some of them to schedule something. That does not work when you are off the grid. These guys saved us. Highly recommend this company.

    Wikiwiki Solar and Electric handled my new requirement for solar cells and battery with alacrity and ease. They did a great job. They handled all the details with Hawaiian Electric and made the task very simple for me. The results, as they were five years ago when I got my first Solar Wikiwiki, have been great.

    Wiki Wiki has completed multiple projects for me. Im grateful that their workers are professional and efficient. I appreciated a few last minute rescues as well, most companies are not able to respond so quickly. I can also trust that they will complete the job correctly and they standby their work. They have installed 2 different photovoltaic systems on 2 different properties, they also trenched and added an additional electrical panel to accommodate our pool project and they installed a Tesla battery and charger for us. They continue to be the Go To Electrical contractors for my family and friends. I am super thankful to Shane and his crew and I would not trust anyone else.

    These guys were really great. Pros through and through - and patient ones at that. My HoA has a reputation (to put it lightly) when it comes to Solar installations. So much so, in fact, that other solar companies refused to work with me to install a solar system at my condo. WikiWiki, however, was willing to jump through the hoops. 6 months later (most of that time being due to various HoA paperwork...) I have a working solar system, and I couldnt be happier with it. These guys are awesome.

I had gotten quotes from two other companies and their proposal was the best thought through, comprehensive and competitive. Shane, the owner, answered all my questions. Their friendly crew showed up when scheduled. I am stoked to run 100% on our Maui sunshine now!

    My business requires electrical service 24 hrs a day to operate but one Tuesday morning we had an aging panel failure. WikiWiki had installed our home solar so I called them to ask about the repair.They understood the seriousness of the situation so the owner and a couple of his guys showed up in about 20 minutes. The problem required the power company and County permits so WikiWiki started right there contacting everyone and getting the process underway.This Covid thing has reduced utilities staff and made everything take longer but they know everyone and was still able to have all permits and processes ready so that by Friday noon all work was completed and final permits were signed off - the business was back in operation.Cant say enough about how impressed I was with their service and employees knowledge - their experience definitely shows!

    So I wrote a review in anger after finding out my system was not finished installing. I did not get all the details. I will say I went with WIKI WIKI because of the price. Rising Sun Maui says they match prices. When I showed them the quote from WIKI WIKI They said WIKI WIKI underbids to get business then upcharges. I did get a raise in price when a certain panel was not available. We will alter review as needed.

    Had a great experience working with Wikiwiki Electric! Purchased a PV system with a Tesla battery with them and I’m so stoked with the end product. They were helpful and very professional from start to finish with very competitive pricing. They also did a great job adding electrical for our AC. Would highly recommend this local company for PV, battery, or any electrical needs.
