    Sam did amazing job! My water heater did not work well, so I reached out to him. He quickly diagnosed and then replaced the parts and flushed. Now I get hot water :-) He is very professional. Highly recommend.

    So thankful for Sam and his expertise. Not only did he diagnose my dishwasher issue he also educated my husband and I on appliances and what we needed in order for us to come up with a game plan.     My water heater finally gave in to its battle with old age and started leaking which was why I reached out to Sam at RedBeard Plumbing. He gave me a call same day(on a Sunday) to get some more info and since I knew it was time to replace he was able to give me a quick quote on what I needed. The price was fair and I agreed to have him do the work.Sam was there the next next day to replace my water heater and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering all my questions. I hired Redbeard to do some additional work on my house and based on my experience would certainly recommend them for anyone in need of plumbing services!

    Very reliable, replaced our tankless hot water heater, recommended that it should be serviced once a year ( which we didnt know) cleaned up everything from the job. Good Price. Would definitely use this plumbing company again

    I had a puddle of water show up in my front lawn. I figured it was the water line that comes into the house that was leaking. I tried to dig down and find the leak myself. I couldnt find the pipe, and the hole kept filling up with water.I had a plumbing company come out and they gave me a price to replace water service. They would not offer a repair, just an expensive replacement that isnt in my budget at the moment.I finally called Sam with Redbeard Plumbing. He came out and gave me a free estimate. He gave a price for a full water service replacement AND an option to find the leak to make a repair. He explained that it could be difficult to find the actual leak and could potentially get expensive if it took a lot of work to locate.I made the informed decision to have him try the repair first. He shut the water off , and pumped the water out the the hole I started. He actually found the leak about 1 foot away from where I started digging! I cant believe I was so close!He replaced about 16 of pipe. He used copper pipe to make the repair because thats what I already have. He also used heavy duty compression couplings that are rated for underground repairs exactly for this situation.Sam was great! He was very knowledgeable. Offered multiple options, and gave a very fair price.I will definitively call for any plumbing needs I have in the future.Thanks Sam!

    Used Yelp to locate a plumber for a possible in wall leak. Sam was the first plumber to respond so we connected and he came out within 2 hours. Extremely personable, knowledgeable and cost effective. He explained what he found, showed us and discussed the repair before moving forward. Since in the last year we had a new HVAC system and tankless water heater installed he also reviewed the BTU each used and looked at our gas meter to ensure it was compatible for the volume. He went out of his way which most don’t. I will continue to use Sam for all my plumbing issues. 1000% recommend 🎉

    We called redbeard plumbing when our toilet was backed up. They responded quickly and came out the same day. Turns out that our sewer drain was backed up from tree roots. Joe was able to snake the drain and get rid of the roots for now. He then gave us an estimate to replace part of the sewer if the roots were to come back. Overall very professional and made this situation easy to deal with.

    Red Beard Plumbing provides great service! They responded quickly when we really needed help. We have unexpectedly used Sam 3 times in six short weeks! First visit: Evaluate & fix a major plumbing leak into our garage ceiling. Second visit: snake & retrieve a rag from a toilet drain. (Dont ask how that happened.) Third visit: Clear pipe and install a new drain in the laundry room. Each visit was handled in a timely manner with efficiency, communication, fair pricing, and expertise.
