Had an in home emergency with water leakage in shower, Cinch had a team here in 2 hours. The team that came was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. They identified and fixed the problem quickly. When our water pipe from the meter to the house busted we did not know what to do. Homeowners and Home Warranty did not cover the costs, so we had to pay out of pocket costs. I was referred to this company by a close friend. Denny came out and looked at the job and assured us that he could get the job done. Im a HUGE supporter of small businesses. He was able to do the job without digging up my entire yard. He came out and sure enough, he did the job. My husband and I are VERY pleased with the work performed. Denny and his crew were very polite and professional. I could not ask for a better plumbing company. I definitely recommend them. I know we will use Cinch Mechanical for now on for ALL of our plumbing work.

Great service and friendly plumbing technician, Jamal. He identified the issue quickly and did his due diligence to determine that our water heater and the issue were actually under warranty so we wouldnt even have to pay if we chose that route. The other route was him fixing it but it would cost us. We still chose to go with Cinch Mechanical and Jamal because the service and expertise is worth the money. Now our water heater is fixed for a very fair price and we dont have to wait weeks for the warranty technicians to come and maybe fix it during the initial visit. I will gladly call them again for any plumbing issue in the future.

I spent a few hours calling around in search of a plumber to replace all 4 toilets in my new house. The estimates I received were so high that I was convinced that Id be breaking the bank no matter who I hired for the job. I found out about Cinch Mechanical through FB and decided to give them a call and Im so glad I did! Im upset that I forgot one of their names, but him and Keon are life savers. They picked up the toilets from Home Depot, installed them, and disposed the old toilets in a timely manner and for a SUPER reasonable price! I will no longer be wasting my time calling around for service. Cinch Mechanical will be my go to for all plumbing services.

Cinch did a gas line pressure test for me, repaired a leak, and handled all permitting and inspection work with Harford County. I called several other plumbers and left messages and never heard back. Cinch returned my call 15 minutes later, scheduled within 2 days, and kept me in the loop with the repairs and permits. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I called and he was here when he said and took the time to determine the leak was not mine but coming from somewhere else in the building. My wife and I needed the pan under our washing machine replaced. After being stood up three times by a large regional plumber, I looked in a community Facebook group for a recommendation and everyone raved about Cinch! I’m happy to say they lived up to the community reviews. We were able to set up next day service and our plumber (forgive me - I was working from home and missed his name as my wife was primarily handling things) showed up within minutes of the scheduled time. Professional, friendly, and efficient service! Truly left our small wash room better than it started. I wish I had called them to begin with but I know all future plumbing issues or projects will start with a call to Cinch.
