My wife is a teacher in Joplin schools and a colleague there recommended Satterlee to her. The main Satterlee office put me in touch with John and John came and did a straightforward, knowledgeable, and fair estimate. I checked with 3 other companies and decided to use Satterlee because they were the most responsive, a fair value, respectful, and friendly. The guys came out when they said they would, on time, and finished the job in the same day. They even returned to help us program our thermostat when we could not figure it out later. I would recommend Satterlee to my friends and family and will call them again when needed.

Satterlee is simply the best in the Joplin area. Thomas Coleman did an outstanding job getting our heating unit working properly again during 5 degree winter weather. Same day service from these folks, twice now, while their competitors always seem to be a couple of days out. Great customer service at a fair price. You can’t ask for more than that. They have earned my long term business and will be who I use at system replacement time. Locally owned truly shows!

Our new Lennox HVAC is great. Satterlee was very good to work with in finding the right product, sharing rebate information from three different sources with the original quote. Installation was very professional, and we are very pleased with the improved efficiency of the unit through a very hot summer. Our August statement from the electric company shows the KWH 15% less than last year and lower than 8 of the last 10 years for August. We are very satisfied and are happy to recommend Satterlee for your HVAC solution.

We have been a customer of Satterlee Plumbing & HVAC for many years and have always been satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism, courtesy and fair prices. They have even responded after hours to repair our A/C when it was extremely hot outside. No matter which one of their repair techs came to help us, they were always prompt to diagnose and repair the problem. Recently, during high temperatures and high humidity, our 18 year old heat pump failed to provide cool enough air to keep our house comfortable. They responded quickly, serviced the heat pump to keep us comfortable, and provided a quote for the cost of a replacement, which they had in stock. They installed the new equipment a few days later and we are very pleased with it. They exceeded my expectations in every way possible, going out of their way to make sure that we were kept comfortable and informed about all the details. I would certainly give them the highest rating I could based on our experience with them.

My HVAC system quit totally during our near record setting cold. They did a repair on the old system to give us some heat until a new system could be obtained. Three days later they installed the new system amid the cold and snow. They did the complete system install in one day. The old system and all of the junk material was removed so the area was neat and clean. The price for the system was very reasonable and the paperwork for the rebates from the manufacturer and electric company was taken care of. Over all, the job was done very professionally. I highly recommend this company.

Heater quit blowing warm air and it’s 15 degree outside on a Friday morning. Was super worried I wouldn’t be able to get someone to come out before the weekend and two other places I called were booked for 1 - 2 weeks out. Satterlee came out same day and fixed it. Technician was very nice and respectful and got the job done as quickly as he could. It was a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for!! Good, timely service!!

I was having clogged pipe issues and Satterlee came and unclogged the pipe and figured out that there were roots in the line. Had to dig up and replace some of the line, but so glad I called Satterlee. They have fixed all my plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner. I wouldnt use anyone else! They know their business and do the job right!

I have used Saterlee HVAC on a number of rentals and the products are good but the install of new systems can be hit or miss on the quality and attention to detail. I havent had any issues with any service calls on older systems, just a few on new system installs. I did have a drain pan crack and leak after about a year on a new system that they installed but they fixed it quickly under warranty and they were great to work with. Overall a good company to work with and prices are good as well. I will use again in the future.

Satterlee Plumbing & HVAC replaced our 24 year old main level HVAC all electric system with a new Lennox dual fuel system (electric heat pump and natural gas) including installation of interior gas piping from the meter to the furnace location. There bid was competitive, communication was very good and the job was completed on schedule.

They worked with my insurance, installed our new system (in the bitter cold weather) and put everything back exactly how they found it. Their professional demeanor, quality of doing it right, and completely signing their name to their work means a lot to me and my family. This will be the ONLY place we use and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to ANYONE that needs a place to the job right!
