I recently had the pleasure of using Next Generation Plumbing, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I reached out, their team was responsive and attentive. They scheduled my appointment quickly and were punctual, which I really appreciated.The service itself was top-notch. The plumber was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain what was happening and how they were going to fix it. They also offered tips on how to prevent future issues, which was a nice bonus.What really stood out to me was their pricing. Given the quality of work and the level of service, I expected a much higher bill, but their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Gaylen plumbing! They were nice, did a great job and were very reasonable. They got the job done quickly and skillfully. Another plumbing company starts with an R, had sky high prices, I never would have found this wonderful plumbing company if it hadent been for their prices.

I have used Next Generation for years for all of my plumbing needs. Recently due to the amount of rain we’ve had, my basement flooded. Next Generation came right out with a sump pump and cleared the water out. Next step will be a permanent sump pump installation. I have confidence they will do an excellent job with that also. We were told that we had a leak under the house and we didnt know what was causing it. We made the mistake of calling Gary McKinney first, and were sorely disappointed with his service. Not knowing where else to go, we gave Next Generation a call. We had such a pleasant experience with this company! The woman who scheduled the appointment was nice and knowledgeable! She got me scheduled quickly, and with a 7:30 am appointment (No 2 hour window, and it worked perfectly with my schedule). The tech who came out was very helpful and thorough. He explained what was causing my leak and was in and out in an hour. The billing was straight forward and fair. It is safe to say that we will be contacting Next Generation for any of our future plumbing needs. I strongly recommend this company!

I had Next Generation install a hose bib, correct issues with an installed to the water heater (that they did not install) and correct the installation of a vent pipe (which they did not install). The installation and repairs were done very well. Bob and Bryan were outstanding! They communicated very well and were sensitive to my concerns. I would highly recommend.

They were very responsive with taking my call. They were able to make an appointment within a week. They were true to their quoted time and called ahead to make sure we were available. He came in and quickly found the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I was delighted by their speed and price. Their whole staff were so nice and caring. 10/10.

I am sorry that I posted a negative review last time while the young boy was still working very hard in my home. (Sorry, I was just very worried at that time) Although he was not experienced, he worked very hard and tried his best to do a good job! So I should have given him a five-star rating! I want to apologize to him for my last review. I am sure that the young boy will become more experienced! He is very kind and polite! Today I had Brian to come over and he was amazing! He worked very efficiently and he was very thoughtful! I recommend that you use this company. Their price is fair and their service is excellent!

Bob Evans did more for us in two visits, than our contractors did in two months. He was very professional and truly knows his craft. He fixed two leaky sinks, installed a new vanity for us and ran a waterline and filter for our new office Keurig. You get 10 stars from us. THANK YOU :)

They replaced my mom’s hot water heater.Maybe they all do this but they only charge by the hour, they don’t break it down to the 1/2 hour.So the guy replaced the water heater, lit the pilot light and left. He didn’t have my mom turn her hot water faucet on. Which means he didn’t get the air out of the tank or check to see if he had any leaks on the supply side. But she still had to pay for the 1/2 hour after he left even though he didn’t check his work. 🤨

I would recommend Next Generation Gaylen Plumbing to anyone in the service area. I had a failing control valve on my water heater. Rather than replace that part and move on, they were able to tell that my water heater was 13+ years old, and recommended a replacement. They did not push for the replacement and were happy to replace only the faulting part, but provided their professional opinion that a new water heater would be the way theyd go.After deciding to go with a new water heater, they were able to drain the old, go buy the new water heater and parts, pull out the old, and install the new all within around an hour or so. No mess left behind and the installation looks very well done. We were very appreciative of the quick turnaround and expertise.

Bob from Next Generation came out to work on our water heater and fixed it for a fraction of the price of the first plumber wed had out to look at the issue. He then, without being asked, took the time to check for other issues (w/out charging for it or trying to sell more services) and caught safety issues in our house that didnt even have anything to do with plumbing. Good to have a trustworthy plumber I can recommend!

I had emergency need of plumber and called one out that was available ! Turns out he couldnt help me! Still in emergency mode I called Next Generation Plumbing and Im so thankful because they saved me a ton of money. Long story short but previous plumbers inspection of problem said I need to have a clean out put in which is hundreds of dollars. Bob From NGP came out assessed my situation found my current cleanout that was there and fixed my drainage problem. Bob was great to work with answering all my questions and more importantly was expertly performing his job. I was so blessed to have NGP end up with my problem and you can be sure NGP will be the first I will call in the future. Definitely recommend NGP to everyone.
