    Logan robb for the air and layton for the plumbing they are both very amazing and caught the problems head on. From here on out I want those 2 to work on my house because the problems got noticed right away and fixed right away. I would give those 2 raises and employee for the year

    Tanner was excellent! We had two toilets installed, a gas dryer hooked up and a plumbing pipe issue corrected. He was quick, professional and left everything tidy.     I had some pipes replaced and Joshua Robinson was my tech. He was very professional, polite and considerate. I had Merle come again today for gas lines. Always professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend them and they will be doing any work needed in the future as well as general maintenance. 5+ ⭐️Before I add to my review let me say that I live in an old house and get a lot of maintenance that needs done. Anyway, I smelled gas again and called Air Services. The reason for house explanation is to make it clear that it was not shoddy work by them.This time Jeffrey was my service technician. He had the job.completed.in about 20 min but had to wait 2 hours for the gas company. He gave not one complaint and assured me that it was OK. I enjoyed visiting with him while we waited. He was professional, polite and friendly. I wish that google would have let me make a separate post for him.Folks, I cannot recommend this company enough. In the last year I have had a ton of work done and everytime I call them. Their work is exceptional.

    Our experience with Dalton Vaughan was very good. He was professional, courteous, and did not pressure us in any way. We decided to purchase the Gemstone Lighting, largely because of our experience with Dalton. We have been Air Services customers for many years and have maintained a service contract to keep our furnace and A/C in good repair. We have always had good experiences with sales reps as well as technicians. I highly recommend Air Services, as well as their maintenance contacts.

    Our technician, Merle, was fantastic. He explained exactly why we were having the problems we were and had immediate fixes for it. He also showed us how we can handle some of the things ourselves in the future. He also was cool with me shoulder watching and answering all of my questions. Very happy with my experience, would highly recommend.

    Due to smelling natural gas, we believe we had a genuine emergency. When Jeffrey arrived, he immediately checked our furnace and the gas lines. After testing, he was able to assure us there was no hazard. He took time to explain and show us why there was no danger to us. Jeffrey earned a full Five Star rating for his expertise and professionalism. Sincere thanks to Air Services and Jeffery for being there. Follow up: Caleb was the professional tech that replaced the faulty part. It is important to say the part replaced was due to a mistake made by the roofers; not through any fault of All Services. Each tech we have dealt with earned the highest possible rating.

I had a lot of electrical related questions that he answered, and he provided some suggestions to improve my electrical system.     Jaden responded quickly during the timeframe provided. He was thorough and identified the issue quickly after hearing what a previous company had not done well. I appreciate that you all have 24 hour service as well. I also spoke with a tech, Jeremiah, who was going to respond in the evening but helped me by phone to temporarily resolve an issue. Super appreciative of his help and the customer service reps who helped with scheduling.

    The best part of Air Services is the quality of their people. They are responsive, knowledgeable, professional, considerate, capable, and reliable. Moreover, they keep you informed through every stage of the process by letting you know when they will arrive, who will arrive (name and photo), what they will charge for diagnosis, what the diagnosis is, what the solution options are (cost and labor), when it can be completed, and more. They do not move forward without your permission and they make sure that you understand everything, patiently explaining it as they go. There is no hard sell or upselling, just a clear explanation of your options with no pressure. Finally, they stand by their work. I’m sure there are lots of great options out there for companies to service your HVAC maintenance and repair needs. For me, Air Services gets it right.

    Woke up w/o hot water, our 22 year old water heater had finally given out. They were able to come out that morning, assess the situation, give us options, and explain those options. Thanks to a cancellation, we got same-day installation, and have hot water by bedtime. Most of all for me, the representative was polite and understanding when talking with my wife and with me by phone, and treated us respectfully at every turn.

    The communication and punctuality of this company is top notch. I had an issue with AC unit not kicking on. Tech came out and quickly located the issue and fixed it where it wouldnt happen again. Then the tech took the time to inspect the furnace and AC unit and located some things that will eventually be an issue. I was happy enough with the service I enrolled into their service membership.

    The technician Josiah was sent to our home to inspect our water heater. He was very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust him to help us decide what was needed to be done. Our water heater was very out of date and needed to be replaced. We now have a sparkly new water heater and peace of mind. We were surprised that the price for install, labor, and disposal of our old water heater was lower than expected. They provided excellent service and we definitely recommend going through them for your plumbing and hvac needs.
