Ive been doing business with Johnson City Generators for 9+ years. They have always been prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. But they really stepped up to the plate when my whole home generator decided it didnt want to work during the recent storm. The guys went out of their way to get us back on line. You cant go wrong with Johnson City Generators. Give em a call!

Bob and Ross are amazing, the installation was so quick and talking to them is easy, personally these are the only 2 I recommend for installing generators or information, pricing, they dont give ya the run around theyre very professional, straight to the point and down to earth. Amazing, punctual, down to earth and fast! Ross and Fred know their stuff. Bob has all the knowledge and can even quote you from only sending pics of your chosen location. I recently received a call from Robert at Johnson City Generators. I was not in the market for a new one. However, with this storm our power had just gone down. We have a Generac and it normally works great. Not this time. I told him what happened and they said the best they could do because of the storm would be late October.Robert talked me through things I could do on my own. They were sort of working. When I got a message from Nicole that they had a cancelation and were just minutes from me.Her and I believe Brad ( if I am wrong sorry).Were FANTASTIC to say the least . Polite, courtesy and straight to getting things done.Diagnosed issues and cures were in place quickly. Explaining everything they were doing and why. Hepling with hints as what will help in the future to not have the same issues. Asked if I wanted to have pm maintenance done because it hadnt been done in years.They REALLY IMPRESSED me by cleaning up after themselves and cleaning up trash my kids had thrown in the yard.This is service wat above and beyond we find in and service industry anymore.Thank YouWm P Plaas

I recently had an annual preventative maintenance job done on my installed Generac generator. Johnson City Generators came out when promised and immediately went to work. They completed the service professionally, ensuring everything was cleaned up and any trash removed and properly disposed. The price was very reasonable, especially as it included all parts, lubricants, labor, and trip charge. The people doing the work were courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Bob and Ross are the two to ask for when it comes to anything about genertors! Got questions? They got answers, the kind that makes sense and doesnt burn your pocket they really take time to care about customers I had the best experience from beginning over the phone to the end cost and quality was top notch. The prices? You cant find better ones anywhere else!! I know. I personally wasted too much time calling and researching other companys, more time than i wanted to be. So when i called these guys they made everything simple.

Bob and his crew installed a back up whole house generator with transfer switch this week. It was a little more complicated set up than most so he and Micah finished up yesterday. They gave us a training session after testing the generator and switch. They have been professional and helpful in explaining the steps and how the system works. We had several options for locating the generator and he found the best from a cost, aesthetic, and safety standpoint. They will also provide annual maintenance at what I feel is a good price and are available to help with questions or issues should they arise going forward.
