    Called for help. They were here within 30 minutes. Diagnosed the issue as only outside (thank goodness) ... in 5 minutes and resolved in another 30 minutes. Water running w/o issues. They arent even done - will be running a camera down the sewer line to see WHY it backed up ... and then came and looked for water damage in the house from the back up -- and will be addressing that for me in next few days (for additional cost of course - my choice -- not strong arm .. no manipulation ... just discussing (sewage) water issues behind drywall etc. ) ... We are very pleased and relieved on the response and help and professionalism. Thank you!

    Really can’t begin to describe how satisfied we are with the service we received from Wellington and team.     I believe the techs name was Chal! I left the paperwork downstairs.He was wonderful! Professional, explaining things to me so I would know what to look for in my older house regarding clogs.He fixed my leak and added all new piping so that it’s up to the current code.Root Rotor has never left me down where others have.Chal cleaned up the floor and had everything tidy.Thank you so much for being here for me!     Our technician Trevor was one time and on the money. I called the phone number posted online at 10 AM. the day after christmas, expecting to be put off. Trevor showed up two and a half hours later and our drain was running clear by 1 pm. Plus trevor was a really nice guy. Thanks roto rooter.

    Roto-Rooter was fantastic! They were able to get someone out to check in my kitchen sink the very next day, on Saturday. Dal was awesome! He quickly identified the issue and went to work. He got everything fixed in under two hours! Great service!

    5 Star service! 11:00AM The day after Thanksgiving and my main drain is clogged. Had 5 Star service from Roto-Rooter 10 years ago so that is who I called. 800 number call answered right away. Kenneth couldnt have been nicer or more knowledgeable. He said a local plumber would be at my house within a couple hours. I didnt expect I could get any one that soon on the day after Thanksgiving. Soon after I got a call from the area manager Brad assuring me that they would be there soon and got more details about my problem and also asked if there could be water overflow damage. By 2:00 PM Jeff and Melvin pulled up in the Roto-Rooter van. They both were super friendly and quicky got to the root of the problem (pun intended). The charges were explained up front so there are no surprises. They worked hard for 2 hours to clear the line. No extra charges for the difficult clog they cleared. Due to the nature of the clog, Jeff scheduled another person to come out and check my line with a camera. Within 2 hrs Doug called with a time to do the camera work. I am so pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of Roto-Rooter. I highly recommend them and I wouldnt hesitate to call them in the future.

    My kitchen sink/garbage disposal backed up late Sunday. Requested Monday morning early. They confirmed the appointment and alertedthe plumbers arrival via text. At eight a supervisor came by to check the situation so that they could have what was needed. Jeffrey arrived shortly after and proceeded to roto- root the most horrible gunk out of my pipe. At the very last Jeff got a flashlight to inspect.and the dis postal was leaking. He went out to get a new one, installed it and cleaned up.I am so happy with the work and they gave me the senior discount. I love the attention to detail.

    Awesome work from the tech Mr. Chan (Master Plummer). Work was done under 2 hours and its good quality work. Operator Tanya has great customer service skills and knowledgeable with all the information she had told me. A bit pricey but I do understand how business works.     I’ll give the technician 5 stars ONLY because he was professional, on time, and had shoe covers (though he wore them from his van to the front door and throughout the house, but it was my house so I digress). After his assessment, he stated he couldn’t fix the water heater because he couldn’t find the gas turn off switch and suggested the water heater be replaced due to its age. My friend decided to get another estimate and he stated that technician fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I’m assuming that technician found the gas turn off switch. Yo no se. It wasn’t my house. I was just there to let the technician in.

I’m very satisfied with the outcome of his work he is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and Rotor Rooter for their quick response. Compared to dealing with a sub par home warranty company this experience was a breeze. After dealing with the first plumber sent by the home warranty I didn’t think this issue could be resolved. But Carlos proved me wrong. He knew what he was doing and didn’t give me the runaround like the contracted plumber or the warranty company.The frustration was gone within the first five minutes of Carlos being here! He is wonderful.

    The serviceman/plumber who came to the house was excellent. He worked quickly and diligently, and explained whatever needed explanation. The 4 stars are for him. The absence of a fifth star is owing to RotoRooter’s refusal to stand behind their work. Two visits in 6 months totaling $1500 is excessive for an outdoor clean out. We‘re an older couple who follow the instructions of the company about sink and toilet usage. The work should last longer than six months and one week for the price that they’re charging. Praise for the serviceman. Blame for the company.

    Khai was the personnel who came out to fix a leak in my toilet. He was awesome, thorough and got everything squared away with minimal cutting into my ceiling in order to find the source of the leak. Afterwards he installed a new seal for my toilet, made sure it was 100% fixed before packing up. He was thorough, and cleaned up everything after he was done as well. I can’t suggest Khai enough for any plumbing needs you may have. He was absolutely amazing.

    We had a great customer experience with Roto Rooter (I forget our plumbers name!!). We had a significant clog in our kitchen pipes and he came out same day to fix. Although he wasn’t able to fix, he did not charge us and gave us a lot of helpful tips for preventing further problems. He also helped to diagnose problem and is sending out a plumber who can replace pipes. Even though this was not an ideal situation, he was very polite, knowledgeable, worked hard, and offered help.

    Roto Rooter is our go-to service because they always come out very quickly and handle the issue with ease. At 1230pm I was completely flustered with my clogged kitchen drain halfway through meal prep, and by 3pm I had a clear drain and I was back to cooking/cleaning up. Girard was very friendly and gave a thorough explanation of how the drains are set up and how to avoid clogged drains in the future. I would definitely recommend this company, especially for emergency or same day service.

    My shower handle decided it wanted to stop turning after the shower was turned on. I couldnt leave my shower run all night and didnt want overnight service so had to shut the water off for my entire home for the night.     Our cat got through an open place in the laundry ceiling, took it all the way to the back, and fell getting stuck between two walls. Min, from Roto-Rooter, came early the next morning. He was very understanding of the situation and quickly got to work. He had all the tools (flash light, camera wire, ladder, etc). He determined where our cat was quickly, and proceeded to cut the dry wall carefully. He really did his best to not make a huge hole while trying to get the cat out safely. Once he cut the hole, our cat hid. Min was patient, helpful, and creative in finding ways to get her out. Finally, he was able to hold her and carefully get her out. Cat is safe and doing fine! We really appreciated working with Min. He kept us appraised of all his steps, and why he was doing what he was doing. He was also very kind and gentle with our cat.     I called today and in less than an hour a plumber was at my apartment to unclog my kitchen sink. It took Van 30 minutes to unclog it. He also informed me that the clog was a simple clog that the maintenance personnel shouldve been able to do at my building, but they didnt know what they were doing.     We had a leaking garbage disposal. Contacted Roto Rooter via their online scheduling tool. Someone arrived within the hour to replace the disposal. He also snaked the lines since the drain was running slow. Gave us a great discount on the service. The plumber was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend the company.

    Min was extremely professional and I appreciate him for coming to see what was going on in my home. He was called for water damage in my dining room. He checked the plumbing and flooring to find the source of the water. He was able to locate the source of the water with minimal damage to my walls. Thank you so much!!!!

    Joseph 5423 came promptly to our house and repaired our water leak in basement. It was a very complicated and difficult job but Joseph made sure the job was done properly. He was courteous and informative. I would definitely have him back to take care of our plumbing needs.

    A less reputable plumber installed my sump pump a year ago. It was so loud and ill fastened it made the living room floor shake. I am so grateful to have Roto-Rooter available on a Saturday nonetheless to diagnose and correct the installation with higher quality parts at a great price for labor and materials.     I had the pleasure of having Mr. Angeloe Wilson come out to look at my sump pump, as I was told it’s too dry so I should have it checked out. Before filling it with water, he took out everything that didn’t belong in there. He proceeded to fill it up, which took several trips and then he tested it out and said it was perfect and that I didn’t need a new one. He explained to me what it does and was nice enough to answer a few more questions for me since this is my first house, which was very helpful. I appreciate Angeloe’s services, and will definitely reaching out again if I need any other work done. Thank you!!!

    My toilet had a broken PVC flange between the toilet and the soil pipe. Needless to say, this repair work was out of my league and I needed a Master Plumber. Jeff from Roto-Rooter came to the rescue. He was very professional wearing a mask, rubber gloves and nylon booties over his shoes. I was very happy that he was following CDC guidelines for health and safety. He did a great job and my toilet is back in business. I highly recommend Jeff at Roto-Rooter.

    I had a Birthday party with about 30 people scheduled for 7pm. I discovered that we had a main line clog at 4pm. Roto-Rooter was at our house at 5pm. William Garcia was on his last job of the day. He knew we were against the clock to get teh problem solved by the time guest arrived. He unclogged the problem and we went about using water aagain in teh huse but befre he cold leave the line clogged again. he stayed until midnight trying to help us unclogged the line. While we didnt get it resolved, we knew we have people coming to our house and he knew it was my birthday. He worked liked he really didnt want to disappoint us. Other plumbers may have left before the second clog appeared. he stayed to make sure it was functional. It was a tough night be Mr. Garcia impress us.

    I had the technician Sailo and he was extremely profesional and great customer service. He went out of his way to get the toilet unclogged to make sure I didn’t have to go buy a new toilet. I really appreciate the great work he did and he even caught a leak for us and prevented further dripping.

    Joseph Suanlian (Service Technician #5423) came to our house late in the evening and spent several hours unclogging two sinks and the bathtub drain, which had lots and lots of hair in it. He also recommended that we get two new toilets and a new garbage disposal. We bought the toilets and garbage disposal today and he is coming out tomorrow to install everything. Joseph was prompt and extremely courteous. We recommend him very highly.
