    Had the pleasure of meeting this crew when my water main blew. When I called and stated the water leak was increasing and I was added to the schedule. The price was reasonable and they were very familiar with homes in my area. They were knowledgeable when I asked questions and took the time to explain the process to me. They fully cleaned up when they were finished and planted grass seed where they had to dig the hole. Financing was offered. All in all, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

    Mr. Otto and his crew did an amazing job. Very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. He did a thorough check of our plumbing system before leaving.     Iā€™m just now writing this review, but our main stack developed some cracks this past summer. Heil sent Nick DiRubbo to assess the situation and provide recommendations. Nick and his team were great and helped us understand what was going on and what they were doing. Overall, Heil was quick, affordable, and approachable, and theyā€™ll be the first ones I call during my next plumbing emergency.

    Working with Heil on connecting to public sewer and abandoning my septic tank was a great experience. From start to finish every single person I interacted with on the team was nothing but friendly and professional. They were Very responsive, knowledgeable, and had competitive pricing. Despite running into boulders under my house and in my yard (not rocks, boulders), they got the job done efficiently and with a great attitude. We feel very lucky to have found them and acquired their services. We do not hope to have anymore plumbing needs but if we do, we know who to call. Thank you so much for your help, Heil!

    I had multiple plumbing issues that I attempted to fix myself but reached a point where I needed professional assistance. Heil plumbing had helped me before so I reached out to them only. Jeff Thomas came to my house at the beginning of the window they gave me. He was awesome from the moment he walked in. I explained everything that was going on and he provided me the solutions immediately. He was friendly and extremely professional. He was able to fix all of issues in a timely manner and I couldnā€™t have had a better experience. Highly recommend Heil plumbing, and if you are lucky enough to have Jeff be the technician they send, youā€™ll be in great hands.

    Eric did a great job of replacing my water heater and rebuilding an outdoor faucet. He was very knowledgable, answered all my questions, and did excellent work. Left the work site neat as well, which I appreciated. Iā€™ve had Heil Plumbing address various issues in my house over the past 2 years and have been impressed by the quality and reliability of the work. If you want the plumbing issues to be addressed properly, I would highly recommend them.

    My recent experience with Heil Plumbing and plumber Jonathan Thomas was very positive and professional. Jonathan was knowledgeable , arrived timely, and did an outstanding job. His work was done neatly and did an excellent job cleaning up. I have used Heil several times and was very satisfied. About 18 months ago Eric Brown replaced my hot water heater and again a good experience, I would recommend either plumber with Heil Plumbing.

    Joe Welch fixed my plumbing issues in a very timely and thorough fashion. Very engaging and professional manner. This is my first interaction with the company, and if this is the way they roll I recommend them highly.     I had a major sewer line repair done with Heil, and I cant say enough about them. They did a good job explaining the issue and process, and did the best they could cleaning up after a 3 day job inside and outside of the house. This was a large, costly project for us, so I felt a bit frazzled and stressed a few times in the process, but the estimator, Ike, and the team doing the job were understanding and communicative, which I needed. Thank you, Heil.

    We had a leaky, corroded pipe, made a late night appointment and Heil came out the next morning. They were incredibly courteous, respectful and clean. Eric was able to replace our hot water heater at the same time as the leaky pipe to save us some money and he and his crew did a bang up job! We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

    Though the technician got held up at the prior job just past the time window, it was worth the wait. He quickly identified the leak and replaced the section of pipe that was faulty, including several saddle valves. He also made some excellent recommendations to improve the water quality and prevent future failures. I highly recommend Heil. They always do excellent work.

    Ike worked with us to replace a corroded sewer line that underlay our very long asphalt driveway. Ike answered all my questions and gave a reasonable estimate. We needed to delay replacing the gravel they used to a more permanent solution, and after a while the gravel eroded away. When we informed Ike and Heil Plumbing about this several months later, that very SAME DAY they came and repaired the exposed pipe and put a heavy duty cover to protect it. An amazing example of customer service!

    I got 3 estimates for the replacement of our 18 year old hot water heater and Heil came in with the best price. I had used them once before for a clogged pipe and the service both times had been excellent. They came when they said they would, completed the work in the time estimated and cleaned up before they left. Definitely recommend.

    We couldnt be happier with our first time experience with Heil Plumbing and are so relieved to have a trustworthy professional plumber. They provided excellent service and support from our estimate, to scheduling, to the final install of three toilets and a fix to an older shower. The front office was great, setting us up with an initial appointment to go over the potential work. Scheduling was super easy and fast. Brandon (our plumber) was fantastic to work with and wed certainly request him again. He was assisted by DeMonte who was also really great. The team was very respectful of our home. Brandon was sensitive to our budget, provided options for fixing the shower and helped us weigh the pros and cons. He communicated each and every step of the way and genuinely cared, treating our home as his own. There was a bit of apprehension on our part because of a previous company who came out to fix the shower but Brandon was patient and addressed each and every hesitation and question we had. Several months ago we made the wrong choice calling on a brothers plumbing competitor (slightly cheaper) who created a larger home problem and unfortunately didnt handle the situation with integrity or professionalism. Save yourself time, money and a potential headaches and go with Heil - a true trusted professional plumbing business. Thank you to the entire Heil team for providing such excellent service!

Plumber Eric Brown was kind enough to wear boot slippers to keep my white tile floor clean and he explained the process, did the repair in mere minutes, and gave me some tips to manage the system for the remaining life it has left.     Weā€™ve used Heil several times now and have been very happy with their service. Weā€™ve been able to conveniently schedule plumbing maintenance work and same day urgent plumbing repairs. The issue literally took less than 10 minutes to fix with what is likely a $10 part. $225 is a bit much for the required effort.

I contacted another who informed me that to do the work, he would need to cut the drywall and that it would be quite expensive, but Steven H. from Heil Plumbing was able to get the exact parts needed to fix the problem without damaging my wall.     A great experience and reasonable price from Heil Plumbing for what I thought might be a complex job. The Heil tech, Jon Thomas, arrived promptly, and said what we all want to hear, no problem, we can get this done today. It was a sump pump replacement but complicated by the fact that it was part boffins a sealed radon mitigation system. Jon expertly replaced the pump and did everything necessary to restore the radon system to the proper negative pressure state. Jon was friendly, explained everything along the way, and did some extra stress testing of the system once complete. I will request Jon again when we have a plumbing need.

    This was my second time using Heil Plumbing and it was great once again. Jonathan T arrived on time, used shoe covers, was polite, methodical and kept his cool when I wouldnt have.     I called Heil plumbing to do a professional job installing a new toilet at my home. Eric and his assistant arrived on time and had everything needed to complete the job. They discussed pricing with me before starting the job, and when they discovered the existing toilet flange needed repair, they made sure the extra cost wouldnt be a surprise. They hauled away the old toilet and all packaging, even the pallet it came on, but made sure I had the manual it came with. They also hooked up a new bidet, which worked perfectly.     Robert Sharpless Jr was our plumber most recently and he was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, but most importantly for us: respectful. There was a ton of salt outside from the recent snowfall and our 19month old was sleeping upstairs above the kitchen (where the work was to be done).     We scheduled a plumber to come take a look at our out of commission garbage disposal. Jon T. was amazing. He was polite, courteous and kept our space clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained his hypothesis and a couple of different options in terms I could understand. Because our garbage disposal was still so new, Jon tested the electric flow to the garbage disposal instead of suggesting we install a new one outright. Indeed, the electricity was no longer reaching the disposal. He confirmed the meter he was using worked by checking our other outlets as well. He saved us over $450 by not simply jumping to the conclusion that we should replace the disposal and that we actually had an electric issue on our hands. I will absolutely be calling back and requesting Jon. This was our third very positive experience with Heil Plumbing in general.

    I had a great experience with Heil Plumbing from start to finish. I needed to replace the water line from my house to the public main. Ike Bagley was my estimator. He arrived early and started on time. He explained the project and provided a thorough estimate. I had several other businesses provide estimates. Ike checked in with me several times to see if I had any questions. I decided to use Heil, and it was easy to get the job scheduled. I had a limited time window for the team to arrive and they were able to accommodate my request and arrived fifteen minutes early. Otto and he team answered my questions as I watched them work. They finished the work, cleaned the work areas in my basement and in my yard. They used my garden hose to clean the dirt off my driveway. The returned several days later to pour the new concrete. They setup a barrier to prevent anyone from driving over it. The team let me know when they were done and reminded me to wait five days before driving on the new concrete to allow it to cure. They thanked me for my business.

    Eric Brown came to help us today with what we thought was a leaking pipe, based on the buckling on our family room ceiling. We understood that he would have to cut a hole in the ceiling after he looked at the bathroom which we thought was directly above the bulge.We told him to go ahead because we needed to find what the problem was. He cut a small square out of the ceiling and could find no problem. He called his boss to discuss the problem, and told us he could cut a bit more, but he didnā€™t think it was a plumbing problem. He showed me the outside of the back of our home, and said he thought it was a roof leak. We told him to go ahead and cut some more, so that we could be sure what the problem was. He cut another small area, and found an infestation of termites and some very damp and moldy places in the area between our ceiling and the roof. He covered this with plastic after taking pictures for us to show the exterminator and roofer. We appreciate the care he took to find the cause of the problem, and the way he protected our rug and furniture before he began cutting. He is an outstanding. employee.

    Heil definitely deserves their 5 star rating, I rate them the best! Provided great customer service at the most affordable price to quickly and expertly repair my busted water pipe. Initially I didnā€™t notice the main repairman was Mr. Charlie Heil. He expertly maneuvered heavy equipment into my townhouseā€™s tight parking lot and he and his assistant Marlon worked diligently, digging deep into the ground, mostly with shovels in the chilly rain. Before realizing who Mr. Heil was, Iā€™d asked him how long he worked with the company and numerous questions about the repair. He was so humble, lol, didnā€™t tell me who he was, but attentively answered my questions in great detail. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and respect he gave me!

    Easy accurate scheduling. Daniel, the technician,. Was a pro. Bootied up and masked up. I needed new valve stems and diverter stem. He was able to get the old ones out. They had to order the parts which came in in a few days. They scheduled to come out next day after the parts came in. He was in and out in 45 minutes after putting the new valve stems and diverter in and new knobs and looks great. The price was reasonable and they credited the diagnostic charge to the total.     My house had a 26-year-old 75-gallon Rheem gas water heater that cracked and was leaking water from the bottom of the tank onto my basement carpet. I called Heil and made a same-day appointment with Allison. The plumbers (Jeff, Derek, and Steven) arrived within 1hr of my call and got right to work. They shut off the water and gas, drained existing water from the pipes, removed the leaking water heater without spilling any dirty black water onto my beige carpets, installed a new State-brand 75G gas water heater, tested all the faucets, and cleaned up over the course of ~3hrs.The plumbers were very experienced, professional, and friendly. They made sure to wear booties on their work boots to keep my floor clean and took extra care going up the stairs to not scuff up my walls.I called and compared quotes between Heil, JF, and Michael & Sons, and Heil seemed to be the fairest. They charge the most for a home visit ($95 to come out, waived if I use their services, compared to $79 and $69 from the other two companies), but did not upsell me on anything I didnt need. I trust Jeff, Derek, and Steven a lot and will be specifically requesting them for any new jobs in the future. Thanks guys!

    Brandon replaced my water heater today and he and his partner did a great job. They arrived on time, I appreciated the automated text that they were on their way and also provided a picture of the technician. I appreciated the scheduler working with me to make sure they would have everything on their truck to get the job done in one day. My only complaint is that there was no rough estimate for the work provided ahead of time, and the water heater cost about twice what I expected. Overall, tho, I was very pleased and will use Heil again when I have plumbing needs.

Ike first came out to take a look at our leak and how the house is set up, and then Will came out to do a full inspection.He returned today and despite the leak being in a spot that is a nightmare to get to he figured out a way to get to it, fix it, installed some new cutoff valves, and had the house cleaned up within 4 hours and for less than we were originally quoted.Weve been looking for a plumber to call when things go wrong as we havent had much luck, but its safe to say we found who to call in the future.

    Robert Sharpless, Jr spent a few hours taking care of three problems, including repairing the water supply to one sink, replacing a drain on another, and installing a new main shutoff valve and pressure corrector for the whole house.     When had a hot water heater that gave out and flooded the basement over night.
