    Mr. William was very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate for his profession. He meticulously investigated the source of my outrageous water bill. He was very patient and took time to explain procedures, terminology, and components of the water sewage system. QSP will definitely be my “go to” for all things plumbing!

    I received the text that the technician Edwin was arriving, and he was pleasantly 20 minutes prior to the arrival window. He was professional and very knowledgeable and completed the job (tub faucet) as requested. Melissa was an awesome point of contact as well getting everything set up timely and keeping posted on Edwins arrival. I would use QSP again and would recommend them.

    QSP replaced an outdoor hose bib that required both indoor and outdoor plumbing work. They were quick, professional, cleaned up completely, and just did a great job! William was easy to work with, flexible in scheduling, and very responsive to all of my phone calls and scheduling issues. Ill use them again, and recommend them to my friends and family.

    My hot water heater needed to be replaced and I had called several plumbers. I got several estimates ranging from very high to low. QSP plumbing was one of the lowest estimates. I was reluctant at first to use them but after talking with Will, I decided to go with them. They were excellent. They were on time, installed the water heater, coordinated the WSSC inspection, and followed up after the inspection to make sure everything was alright. They came back the next day to fix a small item on the inspection report. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to all of my friends.

    I am more than happy with the service QSP Plumbing Services provided recently, our water heater suddenly broke, I called them to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. They came on time, they were very professionals from the beginning till the end, the team explained step by step the process of replacing the WH unit. We are very pleased how they manage the situation, we experience an excellent customer service before and after the visit. Very happy the team fallowed COVID-19 protocol 100% all the time during the visit. We are more than happy with the service and recommend QSP Plumbing 100%

    I have used QSP for a Kitchen and 2 Bathrooms remodel and creation and I am very happy with the work done. They are true pros and respond quickly to inquiries.     I was towards the end of my bathroom remodel when I called QSP. I had another plumber relocate the hot/cold pipes from the floor to the wall for my new vanity. However he didnt measure the vanity opening correctly, the drain pipe wasnt high enough to fit.I contacted QSP to fix the issue. Kris came out the very next day, moved the drain pipe, and extended and welded the copper hot/cold pipes (previous plumber used sharkbites and Kris didnt recommend them). He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also connected me with a drywall repair person. Overall I was very happy with the work and price.

    I had need of some new plumbing in a kitchen renovation and a basement. William from QSP came out to quote the job. He was professional and courteous and the quote was a reasonable price. William and The team came out, did the entire job in less than two days and the work was high quality. Highly recommended.

    We used QSP for two different projects. They came recommended to us and provided better than fair pricing. On the first project the team trenched a drain for a new full bathroom in our unfinished basement. They also ran all the supply lines for sink, toilet, shower. They installed the fixtures too. There work was inspected and approved by the county. On our second project they moved supply lines and installed a freestanding tub (figured out how to move water lines and drain without having to break in through the ceiling below which was a big bonus).

    I had both of my outdoor garden spouts replaced. It was a good thing I did, because QSP Plumbing found a leak in one of the pipes that would have cost a lot of money for me to fix if I tried to water the yard on that side of the house. They did a thorough and great job.

They have completed for me, just about everything you can imagine in a residential plumbing system including fixing clogged drains, installing new bathrooms, running new groundwork, installing sewage ejector pits, hose bibbs, new kitchens etc. The list goes on. I would recommend them.

    QSP Plumbing performed my gas fitting inspection for the installation of a washer/dryer appliance. I requested this work because I was a little skeptical of the work that had been done by another company. I am an engineer myself with a different discipline but not completely ignorant of this kind of work. William from QSP caught all the things that I thought was wrong with the installation. I am definitely impressed. I will work with QSP again if I have another opportunity.

    QSP arrived within 2 hours of my initial call. They stayed in constant contact and fixed the problem quickly. The needed to remove toilet to make the repair and they did so without issue. They were honest about the problem and did not attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. Glad to know there are still honest and fair priced providers out there.
