Marshall was fantastic! I asked if I could watch him since Im unfamiliar with the generator. He showed me he was doing, explaining everything as he went along, and not in a condescending way as frequently happens to women when speaking with a male service technician. He genuinely cared about the job he was doing, while making sure I became familiar with the equipment. Very kind, friendly, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and it was obvious that hes overall a good person. Service like this doesn’t happen everyday and its so much appreciated!

From my first contact with this company a few years ago through today, I have been nothing but totally impressed with how professional everyone has been. Their different options were thoroughly explained prior to my purchase, installation was flawless, they set an appointment for their yearly inspection and follow up with email and text confirmations. As requested, they called 15 minutes before arrival. They send a picture of who is coming to the door. He was here and introduced himself, totally pleasant and professional, conducted his inspection and reported back that there were no problems noted. This company truly has their act together! Nice to experience!

He was very knowledgeable. He was familiar with various issues detected during his inspection. He had parts to replace failed components on the spot. He was able to get the generator up and running quickly, and he made suggestions what to do next to keep the generator in good shape for the future. Overall, very happy with the service provided.

The representative who came to our home with the material was very professional and courteous. His supervisor also reached out to us in case we had any questions and was very responsive. What we liked and appreciated was their patience in giving my wife and I time to review the additional material they provided in response to our questions. After performing a cost/benefit analysis of purchasing the generator or not, we decided against purchasing one. That said, we are keeping their contact information in case we move and the analysis indicates it would be wise to have the unit.

Kobe D was outstanding!! Answered every question and concerns that we had. Showed up on time and was very professional. He made sure that we spent very little time with the power off so that our AC would be back on. All the while he suffered with 90 degrees outside and very humid. I wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone to this company! Our experience from the 1st call to the installation was easy, fast, and very professional.

Midwest Electric was easy to work with, expect multiple touch points for bids, site inspection, payment, and installation. Technician did site inspection twice. Do ensure that you check options for horizontal boring, if needed, and trenching before deciding on location of your generator. Midwest installation crew was good enough to work out the location of the generator and minimize trenching cost that I hadn’t considered above and beyond the original bid. Chris, Dillon, and Ethan were timely (7:30am start), courteous, efficient, and cleaned up the site after finishing! Site looks great and generator runs perfectly! Awesome! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Adding to my previous comment: power went out for three hours and generator came on instantly👍Didn’t miss a beat!
