Just had my first service (outside of installation) from Power Solutions and it was “The Best”! A+. Dustin came out and installed my whole house surge protection system Scott recommended. BTW, I highly recommend this. It is cheaper than a new TV cost! It comes with a life time guarantee and $100,000 insurance policy on anything damaged by lightning. Hard to beat that!He did everything professionally and safely, double checked the generator startup from power outage. And he even volunteered to look at a ground fault outlet that wouldn’t rest after an electrical storm knocked it out. You got to love that kind of service!Anyway, the service was really outstanding and my wife liked that he cleaned up his job site when he finished and took off his shoes when he came in the house! When the wife’s happy…!

Installed a new 14kW unit. The representation by Scott was excellent leading to the actual sales compared to 3 other companies. Installation and initial test run by the PSU crew was very professional. Communication and service by PSU office was as good as it come.

Very friendly people, very helpful and easy to work with and BJ one of techs was very helpful and gave us a lot of advise to help us with our Generac 22kw . We never had a generator and he spent extra time to help us. Would highly recommend this company.
